This place is absolutely awesome, they have great batteries at very reasonable prices and warranties on all their batteries I have purchase batteries from them for the last 10 years I've only gotten three for three different vehicles they have always lasted and I've never had any problems with them unless it was my own fault! The guys that work there are very nice and very professional it feels like you're more of a friend or family is any customer! I highly recommend stopping there before you go anywhere else!

I would love to share my experience with anybody that's considering stopping in. I MEAN THIS ....WHEN I SAY THIS, EVERY TIME I STOP IN AT THIS PLACE I ALWAYS GET TREATED WITH FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TREAT ME LIKE A FRIEND THEY HAVE KNOWN FOR A LONG TIME! I've stopped and at this place at far enough times in between times to where I'm sure they don't recognize me, although they act as if they do because they are really friendly group of people there and very helpful. They have excellent prices for Good batteries that last a long time and if I'm being honest with myself anytime I have stopped in there for a battery return it's not been because of the failure of the battery but because it's something I did to create the battery to fail like leave the headlights on or an interior light on etc. I can without a doubt say that NO battery has ever been returned due to a failure of the battery. I know there's other battery refurbishing places out there and I have tried them and they all have been below standards and those batteries have failed me and failed me at the worst of times at that,

I was just at the Tucson location on Grant Rd. Henry and Fernando were two professional employees. I was given a good price and who isn't looking for that these days. Thank you so much for being professional, kind and knowledgeable

I just finished my 3rd experience with this shop. Each experience is better than the previous. Fernando and John at the front counter have been amazing. Always professional, and always willing to help. They answer all your questions completely, and you leave there knowing that you received complete service, and you are valued as a customer. Look into the refurbished batteries if you’ve never asked about them. I will continue to use and visit this business.

Easiest 5star there is. Employees are very friendly. Even the gruff guy has a lot of love to give! Best value there is for refurbished batteries. They have tools available so you can install on the lot if needed.

Knew my battery was dying day before, but did not plan properly. Interstate was a smooth phone call and transaction away. I forgot to bring any tools with me. Henry(who also took the phone call before I came in) was super friendly and quick! There were shop tools available for me to change the battery myself. That was great, Henry even brought out a tool I hadn’t used before(steel brush bit) that I wouldn’t have thought of have to safely and quickly clean terminals, and so the experience was educational, as well. This was genuinely the easiest time buying a car battery in my life, I thing I have done several times now that I have to think about it. Also, one last thing. The retail prices are better than the general auto parts store brands. I had no idea, this is the first place I’ll check from now on for auto batteries. Thank you Henry!

I found interstate batteries on a Google web search. And let me tell you something the gentleman that was at the front counter and the other gentleman that were working there were all super kind, super helpful. I got a refurbished battery, but it is super strong and I 1000% recommend them for any of your battery or other auto needs. The prices are unbeatable and so is the warranty! I work for a generator company and we only use Interstate Batteries! I have always been a huge fan of them, our delivery driver Jay is the best, great guy, always a pleasure when he is here. The past couple of days I had to jump my battery 3 times. Pulled into interstate batteries-Henry tested it and found that the battery was bad. Because of the great warranty they gave me a replacement battery! Also, Henry at interstate batteries was very helpful and showed me how to easily replace my car battery! I had a specific Interstate battery that I needed. They didn't have it in stock, but the two employees (unfortunately, I didn't get their names) were both very helpful and eventually tracked one down for me at a close-by store. While I was there, they also helped out another customer and were very courteous and helpful with her, also. I was quite impressed with the friendliness and customer service at this location.

We arrived at closing time to bring in a core, but instead of telling us to come back the next day, they let us in with the core. They were polite and friendly, a place I would definitely visit again. They also explained their warranty, so we understood if there was any issue or questions, please reach out to them.

John and everyone at Tucson Interstate was fantastic and honest. We brought batteries to test, and they could have taken advantage to sell us new batteries. But in their honesty and values as a lifestyle and business practice, they offered to charge the batteries over the weekend. They returned our batteries as good as new, charged and cleaned. Very helpful in explaining and answering questions. The quality of their service is priceless. Highly recommend.
