I bought a car on auction. And I thought that it was going to be a pain to get it out of the car impound lot, but if you have all the right paperwork which apparently I did I had zero problems and the people were very nice very courteous very professional and they even came out and help me with my car that I just bought and I cannot complain one bit!
My daughter had her car impounded. The border patrol uses this facility to store the cars. When it was time to pick up the car they will only take a cashiers check. She called to get the charge from this company. She had her phone on speaker so I heard the conversation. The gentleman said it was $910.00 so she went and got the cashiers check. Lo and behold it was actually $890.00. And of course they couldn’t give her the $20.00 the check was over back. U.S. government agency employing a company that openly steals. What a great country
front gate is closed i had to call them to open the gate for me to be able to access the office also they have u park outside there is no parking space for the office ??
I was happy to retrieve my vehicle back nothing was missing my floor mats was still inside of my vehicle my battery was charged and still inside of my vehicle everything was intact customer service was great they washed my vehicle I asked Apple towing to check all my tires to make sure I had the correct air pressure in all 4 tires also I misunderstood regarding the payment method I arrived with cash Nathan had one of his drivers that took me to get a money order I totally appreciated the great customer service keep up the good work and a shoutout to the driver that gave me a ride♥️#HappyCustomer
They shut my battery off the whole time it was there. When I picked it up they jumped it and I drove down the road like 1 mile to get gas and my battery was dead again and they wouldn’t even come help me jump it again “because I was off the lot” horrible service.
The staff was kind and very helpful. Process to get my vehicle back was smooth and quick. I will look forward to using there service again in the future.
Picked up my car yesterday 9/5/19 the floor mats and dash cover/mat were missing,called this morning 6/6/19 to find out where they were,was told they remove them and throw them in the dumpster i said i need them and what right do you have taking things from my car there response was get a lawyer. I said going to contact senator McSally's office they responded awsome. Do not trust this company at all,they will steal your belongings!
