This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on available recent reviews, feedback on Apple Towing Co. (Tucson) in Corona de Tucson, AZ is mixed: courteous, fast help retrieving impounded vehicles, intact belongings, even extras like washing and tire checks, contrasted with sharp complaints about missing accessories, strict payment by cashier’s check, an overpayment not refunded, and no jump-start assistance offsite. Access can be awkward (closed gate, limited parking) and phones are hard to reach. Professional staff noted, but consistency is uneven; pricing policies draw ire. Parts/inventory info is unclear. Overall: 63/100 with service quality varying.
What clients say about Apple Towing Co. (Tucson) in Corona de Tucson (AZ)
I bought a car on auction. And I thought that it was going to be a pain to get it out of the car impound lot, but if you have all the right paperwork which apparently I did I had zero problems and the people were very nice very courteous very professional and they even came out and help me with my car that I just bought and I cannot complain one bit!
My daughter had her car impounded. The border patrol uses this facility to store the cars. When it was time to pick up the car they will only take a cashiers check. She called to get the charge from this company. She had her phone on speaker so I heard the conversation. The gentleman said it was $910.00 so she went and got the cashiers check. Lo and behold it was actually $890.00. And of course they couldn’t give her the $20.00 the check was over back. U.S. government agency employing a company that openly steals. What a great country

They shut my battery off the whole time it was there. When I picked it up they jumped it and I drove down the road like 1 mile to get gas and my battery was dead again and they wouldn’t even come help me jump it again “because I was off the lot” horrible service.
The staff was kind and very helpful. Process to get my vehicle back was smooth and quick. I will look forward to using there service again in the future.
