Excellent service, fair pricing and very professional. I can not say thank you enough to the folks at WATTS. They got to us quick to tow our travel trailer into town. Being stuck on the side of a busy road with a broken leaf spring on a loaded full travel trailer was not the way we thought it would spend the evening(or our anniversary), but thankfully they got to us quick and made sure we didn’t spend the night camping on the side of the road!
Excellent professional tow services. Was broke down on a fuel island. The tow truck driver worked quickly and efficiently to get us moved across the street through a very tightly packed parking lot with no damage to the truck. Would highly recommend this company.

After dealing with a different tow company that couldn't produce a truck capable of the tow, Coach-net finally sent out Watt Towing. They came with the right rig and the driver knew the low bridges to avoid. Very grateful for the tow.
Over the course of my years I have dealt with dozens of tow companies and I have found WATT Towing to be the best in not only Tucson but all of Pima and Cochise County and probably Beyond I don't know how far they travel. In every category, they beat the competition hands down. Very professional, very efficient, and accountable. Had an amazing experience today with Wade one of the drivers at Watt Towing. I needed my 40’ MCI bus towed 85 miles south to my new property. I. Called and spoke with Kyle who scheduled everything and hooked me up with Wade. On time this morning with quick easy loading and the equipment is perfect for the job. Once at my new site Wade stayed and guided me into a very tight spot going above and beyond. Highly recommend them for their service, prices, and their overall attitude….thanks guys and gals.
my dad's car was stolen a while ago and the police found it and sent it here. my dad lives in mexico so of course i picked it up for him, and the WATT people were awesome and helpful. they have (at least) two sweet dogs to pet while you're waiting for the paperwork. my girlfriend drove me there, and she had already started to drive home when i realized the car wouldn't start up! so i called her and she pulled over at the gas station to wait. luckily the WATTs guys came out with a jumper box and sent me on my way. then my girlfriend and i drove next to each other all the way home. thanks WATT!!
We lost the rear axle hub on our 5th wheel going west on I-10. VERY SCARY! NO ONE SLOWED DOWN! Only a few pulled into the passing lane. We could not get off the interstate and the driver side of the truck and 5th wheel were in the road and on a slope. Officer Matthew's, with the sheriff's department stayed with us and made calls until he could find a tow company to help us. One said it would be about 5 hours. The next was there within the hour. Chris P. was the tow driver and he got the trailer blocked, unhooked and hooked onto his truck in quick order, risking his life with people in a hurry to go nowhere. He took us to one place that said it would be at least a month and a half and he found another place that replaced our axel and hub, packed and put new bearings in the other 3 hubs and got us a spare tire and rim IN ONE DAY! Chris P. had wonderful people skills and was very helpful. Thank God for men like him.
My trailer sunk into the ground, I called Watt and thank God they were able to send someone. Fast, reliable, awesome equipment, and super friendly. I can’t thank them enough I was able to hook up my truck and be on my way.
Called regarding a towed vehicle from an accident. Company owner got on the phone to answer some questions and was very helpful. We didn't know what direction to go on getting the car picked up and Ty answered all of our questions and gave some good advise. Thankful for the help and information. Ty & Nate were incredibly kind & so helpful during our Military move from Dallas to San Diego when our boat & trailer needed to be towed from the Freeway & stored for a week until we could get back to AZ to pick it up. I couldn't believe how much both were willing to go above & beyond to help us. Highly recommend!!
Rude drivers. Lack of training and superior/God complex. Willing to even disrupt traffic for their own wants even if there’s an easier option that will take an extra 30 seconds of effort.
People handling the phones are even worse. You think when you call to vent these frustrations they can empathize and descalate with the promise of doing the right thing with training and representation of their company to the public? No I was mocked and talked to condescendingly, then hung up on before I can explain that the situation appears to be the driver doing the right thing, there’s an easier option that he just ignored, not for a reason but Because he could.
You want a good towing company? Do Tucson Auto towing, where they exude customer service and understanding that their business is built on convenience to the public and that everyone could be a customer. Watts towing will leave you disappointed and feeling weak and without control of even the most basic of your ability to make a choice.
Great company with old fashioned values! I will use this company again for both personal and business, they were so reasonable and professional. They service their customers above and beyond their call of duty. We used them for hauling a large injection mold piece from our facility to another here in Tucson. We wanted everyone to know that great customer service is really still out there!
Called and asked for help with a tow. Very easy to deal with. Came on time and the truck looked brand new. You can tell they take care of their equipment which carries over to the customers car. Very happy, will be using them again in the future
This company has excellent service, extremely knowledgeable staff, and an uncompromising work effort, the best in the business from what I've seen, I will always recommend them to friends and family. They can handle whatever you throw their way. Five stars all around!
These guys are amazing. I dont trust just any tow driver to tow my lowered cars. I've had many bad experiences with other guys. WATT is amazing and they were able to tow my lowered cars without on multiple occasions without any stress. 100% the only guys I trust
Every person I have met from the crew is very professional and friendly. They are ridiculously quick to come help and always do it with a smile. Even helped me push my car into my garage after they were done towing the car! Will always use them to tow my vehicles!
I’ve used the guys at Watt to tow my 78 F250 and it was the absolute best experience ever. It was raining and the truck was parked at the sellers house in the mud but the driver got it loaded fast and safely. I absolutely recommend this top tier crew.
