Al, not only doing insinuate I was stupid. He tried to say I would scam him. All I wanted to do was make sure if the part was correct and if I was able to return it, I quote “I won’t sell it to you cause I don’t trust you”.

I had an excellent experience at Cost Less Parts on 12th Ave in Tucson, thanks to Anya. I ran into an issue with my payment, and she was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Anya is a great example of outstanding customer service—she absolutely deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.

Got parts from them today for my car and guess what I went to oriellys to compare prices cause my mechanic said I could of got it cheaper and the guy told me they get parts from junkyards and spray paint them becareful in the slightest way with these people we’ll see how these parts do but wow I’m disgusted from hearing that and the lady today wasn’t very friendly they just up and moved there other store outta the blue I won’t be coming back I’m scared!!!!

How am I supposed to buy parts from you when I called 8 times and somebody picked up the receiver and hung up 3 times and I still never got through the time is 8:47 am Thursday June 12 your posted hours say you open at 8 am.....

Beware of the return policy! I ordered a part from this place, and no one told me that I'd have to pay 15% percent of what the item cost plus other hidden fees which ended up close to $50, if id known i would have been more careful. Now im at a loss.

I Love This Place it's Family Oriented,and Very Friendly to Our Neighborhood Here On the South Side of Tucson. I do miss The days when I Usto Bring Cylinder Heads to Have them resurfaced and valve replacements etc... when Pablito was was there but Hey can wait till You Guys Bring this side Back also Great Prices for the ones whom are balliN on a Budget lol. When you call the customer service rep. over the phone for a particular part and while speaking business to the customer rep he's distractied to someone else about God knows what without being mindful of a potential client trying to resolve an issue for my vehicle only to be ignored not once but twice. And to top it off, this rude guy is like "yeah we don't have that part you're better off finding a dealer for that and hung up on me."Yeah not cool at all. As a potential buyer and having a conversation about some business and giving the customer proper full attention is common courtesy for continued business with any clientele. So with that said please get your act together and if you're offended by this no worries I shall not return for any kind of business from you. Thanks but no thanks. Sincerely a person who saw this place for what it is pathetic.

business hours are wrong l they close an hr earlier than what it say and they always open later than hours listed even when you call thru give you hours that they are supposed to be opened but not honored

I have ordered several parts for my vehicle. I went in for pick up. And opened the box to fix the vehicle. It was the driver side instead of passenger side control arm and ball. I have my family member take it back. And the owner claims something that doesn’t even make sense as to why I don’t have the right part. I have no vehicle at the moment waiting for his wife to return the call. I have no control arm or ball to fix my car nor the funds to buy the part elsewhere. I have called today 12/16/24 the owner refuses to talk to me. I have to wait until his wife comes in. We are now on Tuesday. And this was to be taken care of as of Saturday. This is not a well ran business. I ordered from the owner’s daughter as she babysat her daughter on the job. And picked up from the owners wife. After reading reviews I should have not trusted Costless auto parts. Please customers coming from the side of town the work on. When they see a hard working woman coming in to purchase. They take advantage of your money.

I have given my business to Costless Auto for many years never had a problem when they were on 6th Ave. I would always get my batteries from this store.I never had a problem with charging or changing my battery out! I was always told to keep my receipt for any problems arose, never had a problem. I went in this evening to change out the battery that didn’t last 3weeks just keeping my viper alarm on. When I walked in an old man with thick glasses and a nasty nasty attitude(I Really don’t know why)refused to help me!! He argued with me and said that the battery was fine yet it can’t hold a charge for an alarm, ya ok like I’m some dummy! He also went in to some strange talking crap about Autozone (I-never brought that place up!)well he would not help me and proceeded to sit down with his nasty face!!! I have never been treated like that at that store. I always had good things to say about them and even recommended friends and family to them! Never again I think he’s an angry old man that looks like he knows his business is failing! I had my receipts and he just started looking around in the air. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT RETURN GOOD CUSTOMER!!!! My husband speaks and I speak Spanish and even though you could see he is in a part of town that is mostly Spanish speakers he would not utter a word of Spanish! Sounds classist to me,but he works at a hole in the wall auto parts store. I get it, there cheaper than other auto parts stores, but if your paying half the price for used parts that just don’t work it ain’t worth it!! That nasty attitude he has that store will close down bet me jack!!! Go to Battery Outlet there cheaper and nicer oh and not ashamed to speak Spanish!! You lost a true customer and I will be letting all my friends know that that man is RUDE and unhappy with his life and sells bunk parts.

Again, Cost Less Machine Shop did SUPERB, PROMPT, ECONOMICAL MACHINE WORK, dressing a pair of brand new CHINESE POT METAL brake rotors purchased from Dynamic Friction, a brake parts company acting as a front for selling sino-junk in this country. As soon as I can obtain REAL HONEST AMERICAN IRON, rest assured, Cost Less WILL get the job!

They have really great prices; sometimes half of what the big stores cost. Would love it to be closer, but it's definitely worth the drive into town.

They open when they want,it has gone down hill , closed on sundays I only go for my battery now when warranty is over I'll start going to Walmart for my batteries.. so sad 30yr customer !!

????? i desperately needed a bolt for my tensioner, recently. All of the entry doors then I could find were locked, and even a number of the windows were boarded up, as if it were closed forever. It's a darn shame because I really need that bolt.... Now, ,I have to travel to the east side on the Sunday buses schedules. Hurray for ME!!! ?????

Wish I could give a zero on a big poster outside of this establishment. Manager Al is the worst to how he treats his employees I as a customer witness it he should have been fired retired and given a don't come back but he is the owner plz do not give any more money to this establishment he is a horrible person to treat his employees this way.

Well I for one have never had a bad experience and have even driven from Sierra Vista to come find the best priced car parts when I lived there. They don't always have what I am looking for but if you call ahead you will know and even times the person who answers the phone will provide you a solution if that can not provide what you need. Fun fact did you know the have a machine shop in the back and can provide some services on your engine parts if you bring in what you have they might just be able to help. I have had great success here and I always try my best to shop local over big chain stores, so this is a win win. -Josh

Horrible service you purchase something here and if you need assistance with returning it they blame you that they did not sell you the part even with the receipt in hand and that you messed up the part just to not refund. I was barley explaining my situation and an old lady a girl and an old man all started yelling at me. Disrespectful!

They tried saying it was our fault the part wasn’t working because of some faulty wiring and even threatened us with a warning when they returned us the part yet we got the same part at a junkyard and it worked way better then the part they had claimed it was our fault … I highly recommend anyone to think twice before getting anything here. Highly unprofessional.

If I could give this place zero stars I would completely unprofessional and they don’t honor their 30 day return policy I bought a fuel pump from this place and it didn’t work went to return it Because I had gotten one from somewhere else and they refused to Give me my money back I had the receipt and the fuel pump. They tried stating that I needed to have proof of purchase elsewhere which honestly is none of their business where I bought the fuel pump that worked. So they sell broken parts then refuse to give you your money back for what you purchase

I wish there was a zero rating option becuase Al the guy who answered the phone cant even provide customer service anytime u call to ask for information. He hung up on me twice he seemed to get grouchy said hold up i got another line and put me on hold never came back and had his female employee pick up the line becuase he knew he was in the wrong about getting defensive about what autozone and orielly told me. He said hes been doing this for twenty years. Thats a long time of unprofessional customer service. Definitely will not recommend this place and the parts are no good. U always end up taking it back.

Poor service!! They don't greet you or acknowledge that they see you.. only on their phone until they think you have been standing long enough to assist you. It hasn't happened once or twice but 3 times!!! Too many chances now they loose this customer!

I'm a little disappointed because when i was looking for a part, I wasnt given information I had to keep asking this employee questions about when this part would be in. He wouldn't provide information that would help me what so ever. I'm a female and I've worked on cars for years. I have always bought parts from here but lately the staff has lost the passion to help. This will hurt this company that's for sure. What a shame. Even the cashier, she never smiles. Customer service is at it's worse.

Terrible customer service! Drove out of our way to this store and were given the wrong part. This delayed our repair. Car was supposed to be ready Friday so I rented a car for Friday, Sat, Sun just in case. The box had the correct part number on it but in the box wrong part. (Please check boxes before you give them to customer. Especially when you are getting the part from an outside source. A lot of times we don't know what we are buying. We are not experts that why we rely on you for the correct part.) Delayed our repair till Monday afternoon when we no longer had rental. Cost on Friday was $33.50. Had to return and order part again and wait again for the part. Never told us the price would be different. Went to pick up part Monday which is a good 25 min drive and part was $34 more than the last time. We could have bought it in our neighborhood for the same price. The least they could have done was to tell us that the price would be different. Also get the name of the person that helps you over the phone because if you don't have that your price goes up. Customer Service was horrible. The first day we went they sold us four parts when we asked for three. Will never go to Cost Less again.
