Gavin is GREAT! Excellent communication and prompt!! I unfortunately had to have my truck towed again due to a bad mechanic. This time had to pay out of pocket. Made quiet a few calls and Gavins price was the most reasonable and he was the friendliest!! THANKS for making a stressful time easier for me and not ripping me off!

He didn't have to take the time to help me like he did, be could have just towed me and dropped me off, but he didn't. He took time out of his day to truly help me. Gavin was amazing! My car had been driven and abandoned by a family member after I moved out of state. Gavin was sent to remove the vehicle but gave me options instead of impounding the vehicle right away. His demeanor is kind and calm. He made the whole crazy ordeal so much easier to handle. Gavin is the best! I have needed several tows with my ford and I have called him every time. He has not let me down. Whether it's towing from the side of the road in Benson or just moving from one lot to the other he comes through.

It was a hard pickup, but he made it and was pleasant and professional. Folks are so hard on service companies. To say the least, you can see just by the reviews how awesome Gavin is! Long story short. I called a few places prior and they all wanted to charge a ridiculous flat fee and hookup charges etc. I seen Gavins reviews and called him immediately. He picked up right away and told me not to worry he will get it done to sum it up. I couldn't be there cause of work and never even met him, but he picked up my car and drove it to the destination and called me and said all done. He even re -seeded my left front tire and filled it up with air! I wish I could give him a 10 star review honestly. It's good people like this that you know you can trust! I very truly appreciate the help you gave me Gavin! You are the man! I will definitely be only using your company and referring out to family and friends from now on! AGAIN, Very much appreciate you helping me out the way you did! ?

Fantastic service. My vehicle and I just got dropped off. Had an absolutely great experience. Very quick quick, inexpensive, friendly, and expertly done service. He even gave me tips on how to resolve the issue that forced the tow in the first place. This is my go-to towing from here on out.

Although it took a few calls to get in touch with him, Gavin was very nice, thorough and on time. He also quoted me a flat fee for the tow (no per mile charges, no hookup fee, etc.) and was able to take payment over the phone. I was happy to support a local family owned company and very pleased with the service. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
