Chris was a real life hero today! I was locked out of my car with a dead car battery with about 30 minutes to spare until I was going to miss my flight. He jumped in his car and came immediately - no hesitation and jumped my car and unlocked the door. And was absolutely lovely to talk to in the meantime. So so thankful Chris! I’m at the airport right now thanks to him!!
I can’t even begin to share how horrible of an experience I’ve had with Sierra Towing. After what seemed like a decent phone call with Chris yesterday he had had a quote of almost double of his competitor Barnett’s. Chris had expressed he would like to earn my business and said he would match their pricing if I would commit to using him. We discussed payment and after finding out there would be a $40 fee for card I told him i would not be doing that and could do Venmo or business check and we had mutually agreed on Venmo. We scheduled for first thing this morning and he picks the truck up late around 1pm. He texts me when he gets to the shop we were paying to have the truck hauled to and requests we get him paid while he’s still there. It’s not working because apparently his account is not set up completely … his response is “weird” and nothing more. My husband tries setting up to leave work and meet him with cash on his way back to his shop as the shop he had taken it to was about an hour past where my husband was at in Marana and Sierra Towing is in Tucson so it would be on the way. At this point Chris is just not responding to anyone. I try calling several times and receive a text saying he is hooking it up and impounding it at his yard. The experience we had could not have been more unprofessional. I would HIGHLY recommend going with Barnett’s before giving yourself and unnecessary headache with this company. My husband has had a trucking company for several years and has dealt with many tow companies. Not one experience as awful as with this company. Oh and I also had a text while we were trying to figure out the Venmo debacle saying “ I tried the Venmo ??♂️. I can leave it without payment. CC fee is $40.” Not trust worthy people.
All around pretty terrible experience. My wife had been speaking with Chris about a tow, he was late to get there which wasn’t that big of a deal, but had made arrangements for us to pay him via Venmo. Upon delivery, I made several attempts to Venmo him, but he hadn’t done Venmo before and his account wasn’t setup properly. After speaking on the phone with him, I was trying to make arrangements for him to meet me (on the way back to his shop) so that I could pay him cash, he refused and wanted us to pay with a card over the phone with a $40 fee. He then proceeded to leave the shop with the truck in tow and stopped all communications. Would not answer phone calls or texts.
Wow! Did Chris do a great job!! He showed up on time , even though it was at 01:30! He had to bring me a good truck and take a broken one. How efficient He did it all was amazing. Whoever cioned the phrase "not his first rodeo" had to have been talking about Chris. Sierra Roadside is my go to wrecker company from now on. Thank you Chris for being so friendly and professional ?
Chris is an amazing guy and runs a remarkable company. If you need it towed, call Chris. If you need it done right, call Chris. If you needed it done yesterday, call Chris. Just call Chris, and he will make sure it is done right.
Chris and his wife Afron were very friendly and professional in towing my Peterbilt to the Rush dealer. Chris showed the utmost care and professionalism while towing as though it was his rig on the hook. Highly recommended Sierra Roadside for anyone. They made sure to bag all loose parts off the driveshaft to insure nothing was lost. Impressive dedication. They also went above and beyond to insure my German Shepard Duke was safe and calm.
Requested assistance disconnecting a car hauler from a dually, had never done that before. Was very helpful n willing to drive from Tucson to Benson.. Followed up the next day. Excellent Customer Service, friendly , caring, highly recommended their service
If superman lived in Tucson, his name would be Chris. Chris absolutely saved the day when a family member locked her keys in her car and I was 1,000 miles away. Do no hesitate to make Chris and Sierra Roadside your first call when you need help!
Good people! Real pleasant and knowledgeable! Had waters and offered snacks which helped because I was stressed out after my breakdown, they made things better as soon as they showed up.
After countless towing companies were unable to get our travel trailer with a broken axle out of a tight location on a side street with a 90° entrance/exit, Sierra Roadside came through to save the day. They communicated constantly with us providing updates, and were fun and friendly to talk to and work with. Can’t recommend them enough for your heavy duty towing needs. They are the best!
Sierra Roadside is absolutely the best! I got my car stuck and Chris came out quickly even though it was late on a Sunday night. He was able to rescue my car and his friendly demeanor really helped make what could have been a bad situation much better. I picked this company on a whim but I am so grateful that I did! I know I can rely on them for any future roadside needs and that knowledge is invaluable to me.
This guy was awesome. We were locked out of our car on the top of Mt. Lemmon and he drove out in the middle of the night to rescue us when other tow companies said they couldn’t help because it was out of range. Super friendly and kind, quick service.
I had a vehicle stuck off road and unfortunately Sierra Roadside was unable to assist me but thankfully they pointed me in the right direction and followed up to make sure everything worked out! I really appreciate Sierra Roadside and the tight knit, friendly mechanic and car service community in Tucson!

The gentleman who helped me brought out his tool kit to unlock my door. Did some CIA kind of stuff. I think it took 20 seconds and the door was open very impressive. The guy knows the stuff cool as hell if I ever have to get my door unlocked again. I’ll definitely be calling him.??

Very good tow company they made sure my truck was very taken care of and while being towed over an hr back to town. I would recommend them if you ever need your tractor and trailer towed
