Best towing company in Tucson! The driver was very nice, and dispatch was communicative.

Called them just to get a quote and he said they have vehicles available to tow a RV then once the price is agreed upon then he says he doesn't know it will be available then , so I'll have to call when I want it picked up to see if they will be available. Terrible scheduling and not a good feeling from this company. Very bad attitude I don't recommend for anyone

We had a vehicle towed by this company, they damaged our brick wall and refuse to admit fault/repair the wall. Even though the truck driver at the time admitted fault and the manager that came out admitted it was the truck drivers fault. But now are saying they are not at fault.

$375 to tow 1 mile. TOTAL RIP OFF. I was quoted $150 on the phone via Tesla, my girlfriend was driving the car but when they got there they changed the price to $375 because it was not under their "corporate rate". Ricardo was friendly but also totally unable to adjust the price or help when he clearly understood the misquote but he was willing to rip us off anyways. SHAME on TOW companies that take advantage of woman in bad situations!!!

They were courteous and got out to me quickly. The only complaint I have is I was quoted $156.00 and was charged $210.

I gave them the cross street to my father's truck. Houghton rd and Mary ann Cleveland way. Told them the truck was on the side of the road going east on Mary ann. They said the searched the road and didn't find the truck and still charging me over $250. For nothing.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS, been working with Frontier for 3 years, I never call anyone else. Jim Mooney is the best.

One of a few that will accept tesla cars is flexible and knowledgeable for when you don't have a working car and need to get into the car glove box and no power. Patient at crash sites when you are juggling police, insurance, other drivers, and your own situation. I am glad they are around, although I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, Frontier is definitely a winner for me.

I feel like most tow companies get a bad rep. from the general public and they often times deserve it. But when you run into a good one with good people it's worth taking a little time out of your day to call them out and leave them a good review. I've picked up two different cars over the last few months from Frontier. Front staff has been friendly and helpful. But the main reason for this review is to call out Michael. He took care of me both times and I must say he went above and beyond. He is professional and friendly and a true asset to the business.

My daughter had a blowout on her car while going ro school. At the recommendation of a tire facility I called Frontier . Their driver showed up timeously and he offered to change her tire. He got her car back in commission quickly. The driver was extremely helpful and vey professional. We did not get his name but kudos to Frontier. Thank you for your professionalism and thank you for helping us with an unfortunate situation by offering that solution and easing the burden. He could have just towed her and left her stranded.

Fast friendly professional service! I’m new to town and was referred by Julie Burnett State Farm! Relieved to be jumped and back on the road in minimal time. 10/10 will recommend to others.

Absolutely horrible. Everybody who has experienced tow yards in Tucson knows that they don't have the greatest reputation, but Frontier is on a whole nother level. My mother in law was in a severe accident in which she was hit by a drunk driver. Department of Public Safety had the vehicle towed by Frontier and was able to provide a inventory list of all items still recovered in the vehicle. When the vehicle was able to be recovered with permission from DPS, the employee Frontier was extremely rude not only to mother in laws husband, but the Geico claims adjuster there as well and attempted to prevent them from going to the car. Upon getting the car, items that were listed in the inventory list provided by DPS were suddenly missing. Frontier is attempting to say that the inventory list is incorrect and certain items were never in the car. Action will be taken against Frontier, but in the mean time, I would emplore anybody who has the option, to avoid this company at all costs!!

I had to make arrangements over the phone to have my daughters vehicle picked up and dropped off at a mechanic shop down the road. Price was reasonable, time frame was more than acceptable and best of all, I didn't need to be there and pick up and drop off went as smooth as could be. Will definitely use again if needed.

Next time I'm calling Frontier first. Broke down and called four other towing shops that were closer with terrible results. Frontier, picked up right away, arrived under an hour, super friendly, very professional, and reasonably priced. Thank you Benny!

Exceptional service and kindness during a particularly difficult moment. Larry was calm and joyful when we felt like falling apart. His sunny demeanor helped to lift our spirits and he took such care of our delicate vehicle. I’m so grateful I called Larry H Miller Dodge Ram Tucson Service Department for a tow company recommendation and got the info for Frontier Towing. Excellent to work with. Had a carrier hauling a load for us that was in an accident and towed to Frontier. Jim at the yard was super easy to work with, was able to handle the transload for us, and dug out some ppwk I needed from the cab. I deal with a lot of tow yard working claims for a 3PL (Sunset Transportation LLC in STL) so excellent service at a tow yard really stands out. Thanks!

Came on Christmas Morning! Berry was extremely professional. He took the time to put air in my tire before moving the vehicle so as not to ruin the side wall. He covers my steering wheel and put a seat protection on. Super impressive.

I agree with a previous review. Not sure why they aren't rated higher. My car was dead on the side of the road and the maker called Frontier to arrange a tow. Benny from Frontier showed up with a flat bed and arrived within the time frame given. He was had a working knowledge of my car specifics. I asked if instead of the agreed location if he'd tow it to my house. My issue was worrying about getting it in my garage. Benny said he'd do it even if he had to push it in the garage. I know the maker of my car uses Frontier as a preferred towing company, but I will recommend them and Benny to family and friends who may need an unexpected tow. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Fantastic service. The gentleman who helped name is Richard, he just had a new baby boy. He was so thoughtful he would not put his truck in our drive way so not to hurt our pavers. He pushed it to the road. That is beyond service. He is friendly and knowledgeable, he even tried jumping the car. Wow I am impressed with the level of service. I’m honestly not sure why they only have 3.6 stars. I called them with interest of getting a pod container towed and my car from the south side to the east side. My driver (Larry) was awesome. I gave them a time frame that I needed them there and they called when they were on the way. Larry put everything exactly where I wanted it and was very friendly. They towed the pod first and if they wouldn’t be worth using again I definitely would have hired someone else to haul my 68 Fury. They did great for me twice out of two times so I think I’ll stick with em next time.

The driver went above and beyond for us. Not only was he a true professional, but because of our location and difficulty of the job, he was kind enough to call to ease my mind when he reached the paved road and again when he had delivered my car to the mechanic's shop. I wouldn't use any other company for a tow.

We had Frontier come out to upend a 18-wheeler with their heavy duty trucks. Very professional and they did their job well.

Great job by Wyatt. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time and helped me with my vehicle, towed it to Toyota after it broke down for a reasonable price.

My motorcycle broke down on me the other night and I had no way of getting home on my own. It was 1 am but Benny came out, secured my bike VERY well, and got it home safe. I was very impressed on how well he secured it. Pricing was reasonable and service was great!

These guys are awesome. They always answer the phone and the drivers are amazing. I've used them multiple times over the years but today they really came through. My ex-gf had her new bf block my truck in with his BMW and almost no space and even after I said its cool we'll try tomorrow they spent 30 min getting my truck out and to me perfectly unharmed. No matter what car or where it is these guys can get it!!!!
