Flat tire on the I-19. I needed to get my Truck over to Firestone. I called 7:20 am on a Saturday. Driver showed up in 30 minutes. He was polite and professional. I was at my destination within an hr of calling. The price was fair. I’m very happy with the service.
I hope you never get stranded south of Tucson with a suddenly-broken water pump and serpentine belt (or any other reason), but if you do I hope you call Raul at El Tigre. After I had wasted an hour along the shoulder of I-10 on the phone with a company that claimed to provide wrecker service to the area but turned out to be a foreign call center dispatch service whose reps knew nada about Arizona, I heeded my señorita and called El Tigre. He arrived quickly and towed us first to the parts store and then eventually to his own shop where he worked until 11 pm replacing the pump and belt while telling us his story. He saved us both time and money and turned what we had expected to be a two-day ordeal into a positive experience. I am sure he will provide you the same level of service.
Excellent service and experience! I found myself desperately needing my car towed to the dealership and I had called several places for quotes and Raul gave me the best one. I'm really glad I went with El Tigre towing because the whole experience was great! Raul was very kind, arrived quickly, was very thoughtful when loading my car, and was communicative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend!

In the times of life you need a tow truck I know they're hard and when I'm calling various tow truck services here most of them said they were on vacation Raul from El tigre towing had my car up on his flatbed in under 30 minutes the time I got off the phone with him customer service like that I probably will never see again leading me to believe that there's only one towing service in Tucson to call and that would be El tigre towing LLC thank you so much over and out..
I called him crying my little heart out on the side of the road because my engine had a seizure of some kind. He got to green valley 40 minutes after I called him and dropped it off inside my parking lot at work so my mechanic (who works next door to me) was able to get to it first thing in the morning. 100% recommend!!
