Matthew brought to my attention questions I didn't know needed to be asked. He also gave me tips to avoid problems in the future. End result my motorcycle is running like a champ again and I left knowing how to care for my bike better.

Don’t bother, there are many auto part stores in town with friendly staff. The assistant manager is rude and clueless. Someone with such bad attitude should not be employed in a position where he has to deal with the public. I found what I was looking for somewhere else without having to put up with the attitude. Like I said don’t bother with this place.

John really helped me out today. Our oil change place said my battery checked out at 9/24, but it was only a year old. John tested it and said it’s just fine, no worries. I ended up buying new wiper blades which were half the price the oil change place quoted, and John put them right on. Awesome service I say!

I had trouble changing my headlight since the bulb was stuck. Juan was incredibly helpful and was able to change it for me. Incredible service, amazing staff. Thank you!

Went in the other day to have a battery replaced and the employee (younger male with dark hair and glasses) was amazing and very friendly. Changed the battery without an issue and had a great sense of humor. Interaction and experience was great and if I lived near this location, it would be my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

After getting a jump on a dead battery, drove straight there and had a new battery installed within minutes. Most excellent service.

Great store. They do minor installations for you in front of the store like batteries, wipers, etc.. They also are very friendly and helpful and offer advice. Also, if they’re not too busy they don’t just tell you where a certain part is but they will take you back there and show you.

Pulled in here within minutes of closing time for a light bulb replacement. Despite the late hour, I WAS TREATED to outstanding old fashioned customer service, not only did they have my bulb in stock but they even installed it for me to insure l safely got home. The staff at this store exemplified the highest levels of customer service. I would without any hesitation highly recommend the store.

To Leo, we are truly grateful for your assistance in our time of need. We are from El Paso, TX. On 4/30 (SUNDAY) our Tundra was experiencing overheating issues. O'Reilly's was the closest and open auto store... even though are issue was graver than we expected it to be, you Mr. Leo, provided us the coolant we need to reach an open auto shop, near by that you recommend. Our issue is getting fixed as I am writing this. God puts us where he needs us... you sir Mr. Leo, did a good deed. Hope management reads this and helps us thank you in bigger fashion than just a review.

The people were very friendly and helpful. We just got windshield wipers and the nice guy put them on for us. He was very knowledgeable too.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and they had the item my 4 runner needed. Prices have increased but that is true everywhere these days and we all know why. Staff were extremely helpful

Great people very helpful. My wife bought windshield wipers and they installed them. I know that is what they are supposed to do there but the people were also very cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend.

Love this location! Leo is such a great guy who seems to genuinely care about his customers & that is rare these days! ? I hope O'Reilly realizes what an incredible asset he is! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a battery a year ago. They track warranties by name or phone number in their system. I need a new battery already and no record of it in the system, so no warranty. Buyer beware if you thought you were going to get battery that lasted a year or that you could go get a new one if it died.

My wife had a terrible interaction with the Bear Canyon store few days ago regarding a battery replacement. She spoke in-store to a manager named Mark. We wanted to try and replace a small 4-wheeler battery because it seemed to be dead. We had purchased the battery previously from the store and she was asking if it had a warranty Mark apparently was having a bad day and was quite rude to her. He told her it had run out a month before and the one we had was a replacement already. So basically we had two bad batteries in a very short period of time. He was very short with her, telling her that's just how it goes and there was nothing they could do. When she asked him if that's what we could expect from batteries bought there, he told her to shop elsewhere for batteries. Wow. I was shocked. I've been going there for some time now but no more. Mark was a terrible representative of the company and I won't shop there again.

Took my 81yo friend who is on oxygen into this store to order a fuel pump for his 1927 Model T. We genuinely needed the help and expertise of a human being. I politely asked the sales guy to wear a mask since he's going to interface with an 81 year old on oxygen. He declined. Yes, my friend is triple vaccinated. He is also very vulnerable and this did not have to be a risky interaction. There is a mandate, because even in this RED state it is necessary. Of course, the guy got real angry when I told him his ignorance and arrogance could kill my friend. I am so disappointed in my community right now.

It's fairly difficult to give an #autoparts store five stars. They'd need to be serving caviar on silver platters to offset all the grease in there. That being said, it's fair to say these guys get a solid four stars. The gentleman behind the register today was positive and had everything under control. That's what I like to see. Got my battery replaced and I was on my way. Solid.

I used to shop at autozone. I'd go there for all of my DIY automotive parts. Well recently autozone has been a horrible experience, everytime I go there. They gave me the wrong brake pads 3 times. Their employees have no clue how to use their own system, to find the right parts, sometimes. With further investigation, I found that they were not reading the specification notes, that includes, or excludes certain models of my vehicle, to certain parts. You would think that they would train their employees how to spot things like this. So I made a trip to O'Reilly auto parts. They had the exact parts that I needed, and asked more specific questions about my make and model, that autozone failed to do. The staff was friendly, and seemed really eager to fix my issues. I will definitely go to O'Reilly auto parts from now on.

I used to work here when I was a kid, which just furthered my knowledge of automobiles and how to fix them. The staff is always super friendly and quite knowledgeable. Prices are decent, but it depends on what you are needing.

I am very impressed with Mr Sandy Young at the store on 9095 E Tanque Verde location. I am amazed how my emission issue with a o-ring in the air cleaner PCV connection failed the emission test, I new the man who can figure out anything you have a problem with mechanically Sandy Young. Sandy found the right ring and in less than a minute he installed it wow extremely impressed! Thank you so much Sir ! And thank you for your service! Another amazing American! Great store! I will always go to this store thank you and to Mark the manager who has an excellent choice for employees. Sincerely Joe P .

I had an issue with my car and Sandy Young was more then extremely helpful at resolving this issue. He saved my over $400 by showing my exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and how to fix it. The customer service at this location is outstanding and beyond anything I have ever experienced at any auto body shop. I highly recommend going to this location with all of your car troubles, I know from now on I will be coming here whenever I have another issue with my vehicle. Thank you Sandy Young!

My experience was not as good as most of the reviews show. I went there on 8/23/19 and thought I needed a battery for my car that died. I purchased the battery with no problem and drove the car directly to this location. It was determined that it was the alternator. I called back the next day to see about either returning the battery or getting some type of store credit. The person in charge that day Sat 8/24/19 let me know that because I had installed the battery and it had drawn a charge from my car there is nothing he can do. Which I do understand that. I asked about any type of store credit or even crediting me half the price so I could buy an alternator. He was not willing to try and help me at all. he was short on the phone and not customer friendly. At that point I was irritated because the battery had been in my car for 12 hours. I called the Rita Ranch store as I live closer to that location. Steve was who I spoke to and I explained the situation. He seemed a little puzzled that the other store would not work with me. He said we take care of our customers and he could absolutely help me. I returned the battery to the O'Reilly auto parts in Rita Ranch and he gave me a credit and I purchased the alternator there. He didn't hesitate to help me. Not sure why the guy at Catalina Highway couldn't do the same. I will make sure to spread the word to my colleagues about both experiences and encourage them to go to Rita Ranch and stay away from the Catalina Highway store.

Went into the store yesterday due to a check engine light coming on. The store was completely empty, two men were standing at the counter, looking at something on the computer. Neither looked up to greet me, I stood there for a minute or so and finally got a, “I’ll be right with you buddy.” After they finished what they were doing, I was greeted. I asked if I could get a check engine diagnostic and that I had a good idea what it was already. The gentlemen told me that he can’t say for sure what’s wrong with my car in a way that he didn’t want to assist me. I said that I would like the diagnostic anyway. He went outside mumbling under his breath. Got into my car and mumbled that it was a waste of time. When I popped the hood to show him that I needed a engine intake hose, he cut me off and said he didn’t have that part. I asked how he knew that without looking in their system and he responded again that he didn’t have the f$?!ing part. I said I’ll just go to Autozone then, since he showed no interest in helping me. He then told me that Autozone doesn’t have that &@$!ing part either and he walked inside the store. I couldn’t believe that I was treated so poorly. But after looking at the reviews on here, I’m positive it was because I’m Mexican or male. Looks like if I was a cute female, he would have put the part in for me. I was going to just leave, however, I wanted to talk to his manager. When I went inside I asked for his name, he indentified himself as Bruce. I asked who the manager was and the other gentlemen indentified himself as Mark, the manager. Mark told me that Bruce was upset that I was going to go to Autozone, I responded that I was going to go elsewhere due to the way I was treated and cursed at. When I asked for the corporate number, Bruce pointed at the door and said, “what are you going to do call them, they aren’t going to do s?!t anyway.” His exact words. When I asked Mark if he was going to do anything about his employee being like that to a customer, he said nothing. When I was taking a photo of the phone numbers, Bruce said that he didn’t need his job that much and asked me what I wanted to do and proceeded to throw his hands up in a gesture that he wanted to fight me. I asked Mark again, what he was going to do and he told me that Bruce said I cussed at him first, which was completely false. But in my 18 years of customer service, I’ve never wanted to or attempted to fight a customer for being upset at poor customer service. I left and got in my car, Bruce stood at the front door flipping me off. I called the store and Bruce answered, I asked for his manager. He said, “it’s that f?!?ing guy again.” I spoke with Mark as I wanted his last name and store number. Mark England and 2761 in Tucson, Arizona. In the Bear Canyon area. He told me both, but refused to give me Bruce’s last name, he said he would have to look it up. I asked for the third time why he would let his employee act in such a way and he said he was caught off guard and agreed that Bruce was out of line. I called and reported it to their district & regional manager, as well as their customer service. I received a call from their regional manager, so let’s see how this is handled. I’m positive now that this was a race issue.

I needed an air filter for my car. The gentleman who helped me,cute guy with pretty eye's?,gave me 2 options - $6 price difference. He was up front in letting me know the quality was about the same, which iI appreciated. I asked him about how to change it out and he offered to change it for me. Great service!

Many thanks to Bruce for saving me last night (10/12/17). My battery died and he went the extra mile to remove and replace it. Not an easy task since it's located under my passenger seat! I appreciate your confidence and skill in taking on the task. You saved me lots of hassles and many hours not having to take it to a shop. Thank you! The employee who helped me was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to get me the correct windshield wipers and install them for me in the rain. When those streaked, he was able to find ones that worked great and installed those ones as well.
