Amazing and Darvon was so amazing. I was nervous about my car not running right he was so nice and went above and beyond let me know exactly what he was doing and took great car of my car well louding up on truck and at drop off. Thank you so much. !!

Came here to rave about how awesome Habib is, and happy to see I’m not alone! Habib arrived earlier than expected, and despite me not having the car ready(couldn’t get it out of park), Habib not only resolved it for me, but took the time out of his day to teach me how to get the car out of park should I have a similar issue in the future. As a totally car-ignorant person, there’s always a level of anxiety dealing with professionals in this field, but when it comes to Habib, my anxiety couldn’t have been more misplaced. Thanks again!
A-Plus Towing was dispatched through my roadside assistance service and they arrived right in the middle of the ETA window. Habib was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would be happy to use their service again.
Horrible Timing I Waited For 4plus hours without hearing anything else back very alte from ETA I canceled and went with another provider unprofessional
We received great service from Habib! He called us right as I was getting off the phone with my insurance company and said he'd be there in 8 minutes. We were so happy when he got there so quickly, loaded our car and we were on our way to the collision center to drop off our car. He was so generous to give us a ride to the collision center as well. Otherwise we were going to have to call for a ride so we are so grateful to him. He was very friendly and such a pleasure to chat with. He is definitely an asset to your company.
Schedule a pick-up 12 hours in advance. Was told ETA was 45mins & received a call at the time the driver was supposed to arrive that it was cancelled. I realized my number was then blocked after attempting to call 7 times, so I called from a “text now” number just to be told; “the driver had a flat tire.” As in they didn’t know that they prior. Sad
We ordered a towing service from this company around 2:30pm, they said the tow truck would be at the location within 90 minutes, we received several texts delaying the time of arrival. It’s now 5:40pm and they just texted and said it would be an additional 20 minutes from now.
I would suggest you use another towing service.
Dispatched and confirmed through Verizon roadside assistance. 1:15 past ETA. No communication. No call. No one answers when called. No show.
Going on 6 hours on the side of the freeway.
