A guy named Edgar took care of me with a warranty issue on a part a couple days ago. He was kind and very professional. No run around just straight the point. I contacted 2 other NAPAS and got no help. Excellent customer service. Give this guy a raise!

This is my go-to store to buy auto parts. I like working with Brian. He's more of the senior member of the staff and his years of experience always gets me the right part and even advice on tools to use. With NAPA's quality parts and Brian's professional knowledge---my car repair headaches are a thing of the past. Thanks to NAPA for hiring stars like Brian.

Long story short, I came to this store today after an employee at Autozone on 1st/Glenn, argued with me about a part not fitting my truck, despite his “computer” saying it’s the right one. The packaging alone said it was for a different model year than my truck, but he wouldnt look and just told me the computer was right. I tried to show him my old drain plug to show it was smaller than the one he was trying to sell me, but he eouldnt even look at it. When I came to this store today (I didn’t catch the employees name!), but a white guy, mid to late 30’s, 6ft, longish Black hair with a beard, helped me out and took the time to compare my old oil pan drain plug with the one he matched in inventory. He totally made my day after the experience at Autozone and because of that, I will be driving out of my way to come here for truck parts from now on.
