I'm not going back to this place, I came to this place to buy some parts for my Nissan Altima, because I'm retired and in a budget and they charged me $4.00 for a warranty on each of the used items I purchased without asking me if I wanted the warranty or not, I didn't realize they had charged me the extra $12.00 for the warranty until I got home.
I’ve been to my fair share of salvage yards, but the Tucson Pull-‘N-Save really sets the standard. Usually, you expect these places to be a chaotic mess, but this yard is impressively organized. The layout makes it incredibly easy to navigate and actually find the specific parts you’re looking for without wandering aimlessly for hours.
What really stands out, though, is the cleanliness. The rows are kept clear, which makes a huge difference when you're hauling tools around. On top of that, the customer service is top-notch. The staff is helpful, efficient, and they actually seem happy to assist you, which isn't always the case in this industry.
Whether you’re looking for a specific trim piece or a major mechanical part, this is easily the best-run yard in town. Highly recommended for any DIYer in the Tucson area!

I had probably the best experience at this location out of all the junk yards that we have here in Tucson. The service was very professional and the staff (Mabel, Xavier and a new face I believe his name was Sai) all were incredibly polite and patient while helping me find exactly what I needed.
Pull N save throughout the valley is my go to Junkyard, usually the one on 27th Ave, they've had everything I have needed so far, if not your receipt is good for the day to go visit their other location, it's reasonably priced, they offer a warranty, there is a tire machine there you can use as well.
I love this place !!! They always have the part we need no matter how small or how big . They treat us like part of the Pull N Save family . Every time we come in they know us personally and help us out anyway possible . Mable and Jazmine are always helping us asking about our kids our cars our projects and how there doing . Everyone here is great ! Well never go anywhere else . There truly the best !!!!! 5 stars all the way give this place a try you won't be let down ......
Horrible service, the lady that answer my call wasn't paying attention. Like she was asleep or on another world. Said my part was in Phoenix than asked what part I was looking for. Bad for business. I'll go somewhere else. Thx.
I absolutely love this yard! I run out there from Phoenix somewhat regularly. The employees are so much nicer than they are at the Phoenix stores. To date it doesn't matter what day I go on or who I deal with I'm always been really happy
The pricing is all over the road and they charged for everything, never that way before. I was charged for brake pads and a bracket on a caliper. The pads couldn't even be used. Been going there forever, I even bought a car from them. Not going back unless nobody else has what I need.
I got a brake fluid reservoir, it was to locate and with my expertise it was easy to extract,,also fairly inexpensive at $20
The cashier was cordial, I was in and out in about an hr.
Parts selection was robust.

it's a great place to go for used parts. except I was told 15 for a tire and was charged 29.99 and they automatically charged $4 for a 45 day warranty on the tire and $5 for a 45 day warranty on a window. they never asked if I wanted a warranty but charge for it. I mean what do I need a warranty for?
So I went to the junkyard today and I ended up pulling out this radiator for my 2014 Ford focus you can buy one new on Amazon for like $65
And I paid 48+ tax so not awful, but still seemed pretty expensive for a used part
I tend to see that a lot of parts smaller parts are really expensive. Things are just expensive in general. I don’t know what other parts are usually but this is seems a little high for a used part that may not even work. I’m gonna take it back and see if they’ll give me the refund. I know there’s a 30 day warranty on it and go from there but as of right now I’m just not too happy with the price. Is there every time I’ve been there just seems always really high for what you did especially for parts that you have to take out yourself and do the work.
This is one of the nicest part pull yards I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly facilities are nice. The parking lot is great and they’re very well organized. They even have maps.
Went on a 50% off sale day, got a handbrake lever and some OEM maintenance books for 16 bucks. really really clean and well kept yard. really nice lobby building with the used cars for sale on display.
I have been going here for a couple years. Really great service and lots of cars to look for what you need. You can look online before you come so you know where to go. They have 2 computers when first walk in to look and see where your car is. They are really easy to use.
The prices are really good. They move the old cars out and put new ones. If you haven't been it's worth the look. Thanks you I've got some good used stuff from here.
Shay, Jose and the rest of the staff are a joy to deal with. The parts quality is consistently excellent and they stand behind what they sell. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and the place runs like a Swiss watch.
