Professional quick service, on time, actually caring about my RV, highly recommend and will use them and recommend them!!!!

What was supposed to be a 45min wait became an 1hr45min. The driver did and excellent job on the tow. These people have just increased in pricing over the years. What once was affordable has become expensive. $140 for a small car. Can't really recommend.

Fast and friendly, the operator lady was very nice getting my information and letting me know how long it would be the guy who told the car was very nice funny and helpful

Have used Five Star multiple times for personal vehicle transportation. As a former tow op, I am impressed by the prompt service, clean & maintained fleet, and reasonable hook fees. Operators also know how to properly and safely hook up vehicles.

I’ve needed towing services twice in the last three months, and both times looked online for which company was closest to where I was. Each time I called them they were giving me a four or five hour wait. Both times I called Five Star next and in both instances they were at my vehicle within 45 minutes. If I ever need a tow again, I won’t call any other company besides Five Star. Their drivers are prompt, courteous, professional, and very informative.

Moving my large travel trailer was a little bit tricky. But the driver was super careful and seemed to have great experience. Also, he had a great personality. And we really appreciate him, and your company. Thank you so much.

Great Service! Lady on the Phone was very kind and helpful got me a quote in less than 3 minutes, the total time between my first call there and when my car was one the truck was less than an hour. Quality service and the cheapest quote I had gotten all day. Driver dropped off my car at a service shop after hours in the perfect spot and placed my key in the drop box and I didn't stress about it at all. Definitely would recommend for long distance towing and I will most likely be contacting them again if I ever need assistance(:

Called for a jump and after asking "are we good" and the girl confirmed yes. Advised eta minutes, we call back outside of the 30 minutes and she never scheduled us. Great service

The time quoted was as an hour but it did take a little longer. However the driver called us and kept us informed on the time and delay. He was very polite and fast. The office was nice and professional. Will definately use again.

I needed to get my car towed after an issue with either the transmission or my front cv axles. Car was still running, but no power transfer to the wheels and oddly gear grinding when trying to put in park. Anyways, I called and a nice lady answered. She asked a few questions, then let me know I'd be getting a call from one of their drivers with an ETA. About a few minutes later, I received a call from their driver, Dale, letting me know he'd arrive in about 25 minutes, possibly 20 if traffic isn't too bad. I didn't check the time, but I'm pretty sure he was there in 15 minutes. He asked me a few questions about what issues I was experiencing and then proceeded to get to work. He gave me a few tips and showed me some tricks like how to get your car out of park if the battery is dead, which I appreciate. The more you know! We chatted a bit, and it was interesting to hear a bit about him and the towing business. The price was reasonable, and the process, smooth and easy. I appreciate their punctuality they showed up right away about 10 minutes the problem is that at the same time they got there my truck started working I told the driver I apologize but I no longer need your services he still wanted $160 just for making them travel to my location I said I’m not paying you guys the full amount if you want we will give you gas money he called someone at their office and said she wanted you guys to pay the full amount but I will take half. Everyone is out trying to make money I understand but the travel was not far for us to pay $80

Highly recommend these guys. Fair price quick service. Above and beyond. I was having a ganon hauled (12,500lbs) the drive delivered it promptly and safely. Really appreciate them. Choose this company.

Jorge was fantastic and impressive! He was some how able to move my car after it was sitting for over a year. He was polite, knew what he was doing, and charismatic. Highly recommend Five Star Towing.

Dale from here did a great job towing an RV for Changing Lanes Recovery. He went above what he was supposed to do. They were on location within 20 minutes of me calling the office. I will use them again and again

We had a tire blow out Monday night, called Five Star and they were incredible. Tre arrived within 5 minutes, loaded the car up onto flatbed and drove us to the tire store. He even helped us arrange for transportation home. The price was fair, Tre was extremely efficient and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tre and Five Star.

Honestly the service was good and the gentleman who came out to help me was extremely helpful. The service was fast and efficient. The only reason I gave them a three-star is because when I initially called I didn't get an accurate pricing. When I originally called for the tow I explained to the lady on the phone that I needed the car moved from one place for an inspection and then moved back to the same place as the car was not running. She told me it would be $150 for the tow plus additional cost for waiting time, which I agreed to. The only thing is she did not let me know that would be $150 for the initial Tow and also additional $150 back, which would have been fine it's just that I was unprepared for that cost when the driver gave me my total because I didn't know up front. But again the service was efficient fast and the gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful.

So I actually ended up using this Service twice for the same vehicle. Both were essentially after 8 PM and talking to the dispatcher they were able to go ahead and give me a really good idea of when the Tow Truck would be out there. They estimated about 30 minutes and I would say that timeline was fairly accurate. Both times was because my vehicle was unable to start, however on the first tow I was able to go ahead and then get the vehicle to start and on the second one which was the next day I was Not gonna trust my vehicle to get started. Both incidents had the same driver and on both occasions he was absolutely phenomenal. I don’t really have a lot of tow trucks that compare the service too, but the price was very reasonable and also they were able to get them very quickly. I think at night they only have one driver, but they were very knowledgeable and they also allowed me to pay with Apple Pay, which is a huge convenience piece. Anyhow, I really do not hope to need their services again but if I do, I am absolutely calling them back.

Absolutely 5 Stars! Had my 1 ton truck with camper, (engine failure), a trailer and jeep towed from Yuma. Angie, dispatcher, very freindly and knoweledgeble, quickly got me a quote to come from Tucson to tow me back. The driver, Jorge, (George) was exceptional! I would like to give him 10 stars if possible. Very professional, calm and methodic loading and unloading the entire setup, and then driving through the night to get me back. I really can't say enough about the whole experience. Thank you 5 Star!

Tre did A great job helping me and replacing my battery, I really appreciated his help and how quickly they were able to get to me even earlier than the original quoted time. It's my first time ever having my car break down for any reason so it was a new experience but I'm glad I had something so reliable to help me. Thank you!

Sergio was extremely prompt and professional towing my vehicle and he was also incredibly patient waiting for me to arrive at the location and arranging payment. I also needed to call customer service to get a detailed email receipt and the woman on the phone was so fast and helpful. I had a great experience!

Driver was very friendly, personable and was a straight up pro when loading the vehicle. He had it loaded in 5 minutes and took the time to donor with care. I would and will recommend these guys every time.

Great company! Needed my car towed twice within 24 hours and both times was given a 30 min estimate on time: and they were! One of the tows I even made an appointment the night before to have my car picked up at the dealership and brought to MY mechanic and they had it there on schedule! Great towing service. I had to move a larg metal antenna tower. It weighed 900 lbs and is 23 feet long. 5 star was able to lift it up and start sliding it on the truck. Then the winch and truck did the rest. A very uneventval move for my ham radio hobbie needs.
