Jeff was extremely helpful in a stressful situation, my car was vandalized had two rims stolen I was able to purchase them from this location at a decent price might I add. But during this entire process I had the Rims balanced than come to find out one was bent I caught Jeff before closing time and was able to swap it with another one, I was able to get Jeff’s number to contact him in case I have the same problem with the next rim, long story short, this happened about four times Jeff stayed after hours to make sure his customer was completely satisfied they work with you, that is something that is a rare quality now a days, I would highly recommend, Thank you guys!!!
Spoke with Mitch on the phone. He was real friendly, and got a quote for me quickly. Bought a Subaru transmission, and they had it shipped out to me. It came faster than expected and safe and sound. Installed the transmission and it works flawlessly! Great service, great people! Very smooth and easy transaction.

I drove here after confirming availability on a part, got there from phx 2hrs drive and after an hr of wait they couldn't find it, left and then the next day got a call from the manager Jeff apologizing for the inconvenience and offered to send the part they found to the Gilbert location....

real name is B&R Auto Wrecking. Aside from the fine print on the back of the invoice that gives them an out of any promises the $350 part for an Nissan Leaf I got was the wrong part. If the part needs to be shipped to the Tucson store they want money up front. The fine print lets them turn the "up front" money into a credit when they lie about the part fitting. I was happy with the purchase. The part work great but when it was time to come for The return to get a little bit of money back $13 I use a prepaid card. They refuse to give it to me in cash like $13 going to kill the business
Very disappointing and bad customer service specially over the phone. I paid for a part about two weeks ago, I have yet to receive it. I could’ve bought brand new online and I would’ve got it right now for the same price.
Don’t wait on the phone no matter how long you wait they will just disconnect at the end … paid for part last Thursday and was suppose to receive it on Monday and still haven’t got already been a week long…
I feel bad giving them one star. But…They hung up the first time… so I thought..my bad, let me call again. Places me on hold for 6 minutes, so I thought maybe they’re busy and forgot about me. I called again... On hold again..all 3 times I couldn’t get a word in lol it may take 1-2 minutes to help a customer out. Asking us how you can help us is customer service 101.
Worst place ever. These other 5 star reviews are old or maybe the employees themselves. Customer service over the phone is beyond rude. They don’t even let you get a word out before putting you on hold or transferring you. Stood at the customer service counter for 15 minutes with multiple employees walking by not acknowledging. The one employee who did finally acknowledge me was forced too since he printed some papers out from his computer and I was next to the printer. His conversation was courteous and assured I they would have the item when ready. The item is an alternator and anybody that knows anything about cars knows alternators are a fairly easy and quick pull. Needless to say 7 hours went by wasn’t done. I needed the part that day so I cancelled and asked for a refund to just buy it at the store for more money. It’s been two days waiting for my refund. I’ll keep updating this post with every day that goes by to see how long it takes for a refund. If you love rude customer service being ignored and having your money taken this is the place for you.
I work at a body shop, and we have had a headlamp on order from these guys for days. Ive called multiple times, TALKED TO THE SAME GUY, and he gave me two completely different answers. Wasn't helpful at all. Gave me a bogus "tracking number" for the damn light ive been waiting on, then, after making NO SENSE on the phone, said he would email me the tracking number to the damn light. Nothing. At all. Bogus. So thanks JOE from New Way Auto. Dude needs to be fired and the customer service needs to be improved. If you can avoid using this company, I would advise it.
Got ahold of them for a replacement drivers door and Joe took care of me, gave me a good price that’s hard to beat and worked with me on any other parts I might have been interested in, very responsive, very fast, very nice. Definitely getting my future business and recommending to my friends
Don't Buy from this customer online. I purchased an engine from these guys after it took a while for them to actually ship my customer decided to not do the repair. I communicated this to the seller and was told I would get a refund once they received the Engine back. The engine was sent back by the same company they shipped with. I have the receipt . Now they have the engine and my 1600.00 dollars. I stopped communicating Don't do Business with these guys
I bought a used auto part I needed for a car I'm selling. Carlos was very friendly as were the other two people I spoke to at their front desk. I would highly recommend New Way Auto Sales & Parts to anyone needing good quality used auto parts at reasonable prices.
Visited 5/7/21, Was transfer over from a salvage yard to New Way Auto via phone and some actually picked up (they dont open till 8am, and this was around 740am). Asked and they had the make and model I was looking for, asked for a specific piece to battery terminal area AND they actually had the piece I was looking for. Thanks guys really saved me some $ and even gave a great deal for it. Definitely will come back when I need to, shout out to the two gentlemen that helped me(forgot the names).
I had a bad experience with this place stay away from them I asked them to sell me some leaf springs with all the hardware and they agree they were really nice when I placed the order they told me that yeah yeah we will give you all the bolts and hardware and when they send it they send that without it I call and talk to Jeff and he said that he did not tell me that he was going to send me the bolts, when in fact he did, The first time that I spoke with them they even went to the vehicle to check to see if it had all the hardware and they told me that it did except for a few bolts on the rear by the bumper which I told him that that was OK he claims that only two people work there and they cannot remember that conversation if you do business with them make sure to record the conversation. And also they have a very bad delivering timing it took two weeks in three phone calls to receive my product. Bad bad bad customer service
I called 5 different places looking for a specific part and all I got from them was “no I don’t have the part.” But when I called New way Auto sakes & parts they went the extra mile though they didn’t have the part I needed. They looked up and told me they couldn’t see anyone local having that part but they referred me to someone in Phoenix that might have it and provided me their contact info. That tells me they have great work ethic and they are a great business.
This place sucks the owner that i was talking to was very rude and disrespectful to me he kept hanging up and i was being very polite to him asking him about a part he couldnt even tell me about it. He was selling me a used part for more expensive than the new part price.
Great service! Correct part for a great price. I'll be back next time. Even the mechanics that came in from the yard in the back said hi to us as they walked by. The little things in life make all the difference.

very unprofessional, part came in damaged and we were going to repair it ourselves for a discounted price, but was blamed for the damage even after the driver verified the damage was prior to delivery. spoke with the owner Kent and he was just as unprofessional as the staff.... we will not be doing business with this company moving forward
