I've been to a couple other places and none tops this place. They take the time to answer questions and explain what's going on. Always given a fair price. Employee's are friendly and always welcoming.
So Jesse the owner pretty much just relocated to the current address!!! That move was precipitated by the lot they used to reside in was, how con I say this, ahh, pulled out from under him when the owner sold the property!!! So they move to current location and the city tells him he's not in an approved area for the recycle business!!! He's got to vacate the site!!! Bunch of horse maneuer!!!! This comes after he'd ( Jesse) secured the business license!!! So now the poor guy has to locate, procure, move and hopefully his business will not suffer because of the natural lag in sales due to the "regulars" being unable or unwilling to travel to the new location!!! As well as the planning and movement of the materials to get another site up and running smoothly!!! This is not a good business climate in taking our current crisis into account!! Besides just about a mile or so South of here sits one of the most polluted salvage sites in Tucson!!! Ya the eyesore on miracle mile just after Flowing Wells and a bit B4 the overpass on the south side of miracle mile!! That place is a " superfund site for sure. Well, they're good and fair there at the current yard! Don't know how long they'll be able to do biz at this location , so get on over there with your metal treasures, trade it for $$$$$$ Thanks for listening!!! Tommy
