If I could give negative stars...my daughter's car was towed on a Friday afternoon. She was given wong information on pickup, told it was appointment only, and here we are 30 minutes after our appointment time and nobody showed. Next to me is a man who's been trying to get his car for a month and a girl who's been here with her toddler since 6am. This is a scam. Do not use

These guys are scam artists. They tow your vehicle in the middle of the night and when you go to retrieve it, they refuse to return your vehicle without payment. THAT IS ILLEGAL! And when I did call the police, they left immediately forcing the police tomhave toncall them back to the yard. Super shady people.
Do not allow them to force you to pay for illegitimate tows! Call the police, wait for them, and get your vehicle back on the spot. And dispute the tow in court.
Sadly negative stars are not an option.
They have also been reported to the BBB and the Tucson Consumer Affairs bureau.Apr 01, 2026
