My husband and I can't speak highly enough about Spectrum Auto Collision. We were hit at a stop light by the car stopped close behind us who was hit by someone going at least 30 mph. We sustained substantial damage. We were at a loss at what to do or where to go. Spectrum came very highly recommended. 25 years in business, local, honest. First visit we spoke with Marco. He was professional and honest with the appraisal, as much as he could be with out being able to see all the damage at that point. Of course we were going back and forth with insurance. Took car in for repair. It was repaired in a timely manner. Communication was spot on. We were updated regularly. As with the initial visit, we were provided by Marco with an extremely detailed list of damages, how it was repaired and with what. No surprises. Our vehicle was fully repaired. No contracted out work done. Full transparency. Once we took in our Jeep, Spectrum dealt with insurance. What a relief. And we found it interesting that although the repairs were covered by insurance, the cost was not astronomical. Business is easy to access and maneuver in. Area is secure for you and your vehicle. We are so pleased with our entire experience with Spectrum!!!! They kept us updated frequently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Honest, professional, knowledgeable, local. They appreciated our business. It was such a positive experience. Brought our stress levels down exponentially.

The 2004 F-250 truck I bought had a damaged passenger and drivers windows. They were badly scratched from dust and dirt so it was hard to see through them. The windshield molding was popped up on both upper corners and I was concerned about water leaks. Marco provided outstanding service. Fast friendly service and excellent workmanship. The work was accomplished in one day and the total was less than the estimate. If you want excellent work this is the business you want to take your vehicle to. Outstanding!
Brought in my 2008 vehicle that had faded paint on the hood, roof and side mirrors from aging and sun damage. Had a year old estimate which they honored. Said it would take about a week to complete but it only took 5 days. The paint job looks amazing. My truck looks like a new vehicle. As a bonus they updated the pin striping as a finishing touch which I did not expect. I am so happy with the result. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend. Spectrum came highly recommended to us and they didn't disappoint us. Everyone working there was polite and friendly. During an AZ downpour, the owner was kind enough to hold an unbrella so my wife didn't get soaked by the rain. Their work on our car was done ahead of schedule and was done beautifully. They even cleaned the car inside and out. No one wants to go to the auto body shop but it you need to, Spectrum is great!

A darn semi tire recap flew into the front of my Volvo thank goodness there was only front end damage. Spectrum took care of everything absolutely perfectly. I have been to a few body shops in my 68 years, Spectrum on Ina is THE BEST !! Five stars from me.
Amazing service! The team at the Ina Road location is always very knowledgeable, approachable, & genuine. As a woman, I don’t feel like I’m being bamboozled, which is refreshing. Really appreciate Marco’s expertise. 10 out 10 recommend.
1. They told me they replaced the front bumper but they reconstructed it.
2. The bumper was not completely aligned in the corners.
3. They left parts of the bumper without being replaced.
4. I had to tell them to put the pending parts.
5. Super expensive, $3,079
without replacing the bumper.
6. Now I know why the insurance companies are increasing their prices!

I recently went to Spectrum after receiving other quotes on a scraped door panel with a small dent. I was paying out-of-pocket, so didn't want to spend thousands on this. After speaking with Javier he suggested an approach that didn't involve removing the dent but removed all the other evidence of the scrape. This was much more economical and resulted in a much improved appearance that was within my budget. Highly recommended!
Over a year ago, I backed into a dumpster wall. The damage included breaking the gas cover. After getting quotes from several auto body places, my husband and I chose Spectrum. The car is 10 years old and has high mileage, so I only wanted to fix the dent and the gas cover. I didn't care about anything else. Marco explained why painting the car would be important, and we agreed. I expected they would have to wash the exterior to paint but WOW! Not only were the repairs and paint work great, but the interior was an added pleasant surprise. The entire car was detailed. I came to Spectrum Ina Road Auto Collision because of the raving reviews I'd heard over many years with Marana Chamber of Commerce members. Though I wasn't a super fan of the online processes, I was completely swayed with their immediate customer service received from everyone in the front office when I walked in. Rene took care initially, with follow up the very next day. When I brought my car in for the actual side mirror replacement, one took care of the car, and another took the billing information. I watched them treat everyone who walked in quickly and kindly. (I also had a nice chat with the owner, Javier) Very professional, polished, will go again (if my car needs it!). Recommend.

He was friendly, fair and honest and gave me a good quote for a costly mistake I made! He said they were able to take care of it in the next couple of days. That is was, and beautifully done.
The whole team at Spectrum were kind, friendly and professional, Todd, Echo, Rene and the owner Javier. They all work so well together because of Javier's great leadership!

I don’t often leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at Spectrum, I feel almost obligated to share.
First off - They did a great job restoring my Lexus IS to tip top, pristine condition. It looked like no accident ever happened. They also did it in a great fast manner. No delays.
However, when I got home, my car would not start. I thought it was the battery, but the AAA gentlemen thought it was more than the battery since I still have power but no start. He recommend I take it back to the shop I just got it from (Spectrum).
I called Spectrum and spoke with a manager (Renee) and he was very kind and called a Tow right away to bring the car back in the shop.
They made sure everything they did was correct and accurate, and ordered a new battery for me. They got it installed, ran the codes again and nothing popped up. I picked it up the next day in the best condition I’ve seen my car in a long time.
One of the best auto experiences i’ve ever had. Their customer service is top notch - and they will make sure your issue is taken care of. I highly recommend them, and they definitely earned a customer for life.
Javier and his team have always gone above and beyond to take care of me and my family. They're quick, great communication, and give nothing but VIP service for their customers.

Tom was very thorough in explaining the process of the work required for my Mercedes, from the initial examination to the completion date Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable in his work . If it wasn’t for Tom I would have went to a different place , nevertheless they did a great job on my car and had it done in 6 working days .
These guys are fantastic. They took wonderful care of me and my car. They are thorough, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They put my car back together and left it looking like I just drove it off the lot. Very pleased with their work and customer service. Highly recommended.
