I had a great hassle-free experience buying a used car from Dennis and Roger - they pointed out the few flaws in their inspection report and drive test video, highlighted the plusses, arranged the shipping, and i had the car a week after i first saw it on their site. They responded quickly to questions and were helpful and efficient. Would definitely buy from them again.

We were nervous about doing something online. However, the pictures and videos showed that the pickup was in excellent condition. The carfax report and one other were available for review. Dennis was very patient with us in the process and helped us complete all of the needed forms. The pickup was delivered on time by a very professional person and met all expectations. We will check with Crosscut if we need another vehicle.

I'm local in Tucson and found Crosscut through a Craigslist post. Dennis had a 2019 Kia Sportage with low mileage for a very good price. It had been stolen and recovered with minor damage, which he was completely up front about. When I started shopping for insurance I became fully apprised of the Kia/Hyundai theft wave - most insurers wouldn't cover it. There is a software upgrade to fix the theft vulnerability available at dealerships, but a long wait to get your car scheduled in Tucson. Dennis initially offered me an appointment he had at the Kia dealer in 3 weeks, but when an insurance company told me I would need to have it to get comprehensive coverage Dennis was able to get an appointment in Tempe (1.5 hr drive) in three days, and took it there himself to get the upgrade. Overall it was a good car buying experience. The website is very user friendly, documentation of the vehicle was exceptionally complete, and Dennis was responsive and helpful.

Glad we didn’t go through w/purchase of vehicle as we experienced quite a bit of pressure to accept their evaluation of the vehicle and an excuse when we wanted to speak directly to Dennis to ask legitimate questions. All correspondence took place through email. And some responses from him sounded condescending and even insulting. Edit 7/28/23 Thank you for your quick and lengthy response. I’m not sure how you were able to draft a long response when you couldn’t even speak to us on the phone. You stated you were in a board meeting call. You could have easily told us in email that once I’m done I can give ya a call (I’m sure board meetings don’t last all day). And Sending an email to my husband asking him if he’s aware of my conduct just because I left a review of your business was very strange. I’m not sure about you but my husband was contemplating of buying a truck well over $25,000, so I have to be involved in it. You stating that I was not part of the transaction was not appropriate. My husband and I file our taxes jointly and are married, so we discuss things together. Now about that form my husband was not willing to sign. Sir my husband was busy w/ work but he was going to take time off to fly to Tucson to see vehicle. None of the correspondence he sent you stated he purchased the vehicle, so why would he need to sign AZ Form 5011? And when my husband asked if by signing form is he obligated to purchase vehicle he never received an answer from you. Now where you were insulting and condescending was when my husband asked if he can take vehicle to a reputable mechanic you said yes but in the same note you asked my husband, "Are you not experienced with diesels/trucks to make the evaluation yourself?” When my husband and I purchased my Jeep diesel, Carmax was very accommodating and transparent with allowing a mechanic to look over the Jeep. Furthermore, I spoke w/ one of the largest dealerships in Tucson where I took my diesel Jeep for service when we lived there and they said they take personal checks all the time for buying vehicles (our bank doesn’t have locations in Tucson and I didn’t feel comfortable w/ my husband traveling w/ a Cashiers Check for a large amount of money as it could easily get lost and it’s just like cash). This dealership also said that form AZ 5011 is completed when contract of purchase is signed, so again why did you make it a big deal about him completing necessary forms? This whole experience for sure taught us a lesson and I’m glad we avoided possibly being hoodwinked.

They show you all the flaws in the ad, and the online price negotiation is brilliant—fast, painless, all from the comfort of your computer or phone! Kind of crazy really. To boot, the truck has been great, and even when a window regulator died during the test drive Dennis set me up for an appointment to replace it, no charge. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

My buying experience through Crosscut was great! They have set up a very convenient online system to guide the buyer. From making the offer to taking delivery, every step was handled easily online. Communication was fast and consistent throughout the process. My vehicle arrived as expected with no surprises, condition was exactly as stated in the listing. The owner, Dennis, demonstrated honesty and integrity in helping with a somewhat major issue that arose during my particular deal, through no fault of Crosscut. I purchased a truck from Dennis back in 2016. This was by far the best experience and easiest experience. I spent a total of 5 minutes in negotiation online. Sent my deposit to hold the truck. I showed up at location and the truck was everything it was advertised as. Paperwork on site was 7 minutes. So all in all time spent was under 15 minutes. You can’t beat that. The best part is you know exactly what you are getting. Recently sold the truck and I regret it. I am now looking for a new truck and I will be going to Dennis to purchase.

so i had the most amazing experience with crosscut auto . this was the first time i have ever bought a truck online and had it shipped . i was worried that it was something that i would not end up liking or wondering if it would be a lemon. these guy eased my mind with all the detail pics and the video. they did not hide anything and was up front about everything. i am so overly happy about my purchase. i would 100% recommend crosscut for your future purchase.

I tend to keep my vehicles for a long time. I have purchased two separate vehicles from Crosscut over the years. Both vehicles have been theft recovered vehicles. They have also both been quality vehicles. The 1st was back in 2012 (I still have this one and its been great) and another more recently in 2022. Both times they have been easy to work with and because I live local I have both times viewed the vehicle in person and they are exactly what their pictures and videos show. The staff is welcoming at their store front. When it comes time for another vehicle I will definatly be reaching out to you Crosscut again. Both car buying experiences Ive had with Crosscut have been good ones. Way easier and more comfortable than buying from the traditional dealership. Dont let a theft salvage title scar you away. Back in 2018 I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from a large well known Phoenix volume area dealership, the process took about 7 hrs of back and forth with the salesman "checking with his manager" before we were done. About 2 weeks later my 2017 vehicle had battery issues and left me stranded in a parking lot looking for a jump start. I found that my 2017 vehicle had a 2013 battery. Im not sure how that happens.... Anyways I paid more for a certified pre-owned that time and had issues with getting a replacement battery from a traditional dealer from something that dealer shysted me out of in the 1st place. With Crosscut, even though I bought a Salvaged title vehicle, the quality of the vehicles thus far surpassed my purchase mentioned above. They are a trustworthy honest business.

Dennis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt throughout the whole car buying process. Had a slight hiccup with the shipping portion but it was not his fault and still took it upon himself to rectify the situation. He really could've washed his hands clean of the situation since the vehicle was already purchased but he stuck with me until the end checking in regularly. I will definitely be looking at Crosscut in the future if I'm in the market for buying a used vehicle. No nonsense whatsoever, straightforward with every little detail that's wrong with the vehicle and tries to fix before selling. A+ Thanks again for everything!

I bought an F-350 diesel from them and i could not be happier with it. Amazing shape for the year and a great price. The process was surprisingly easy, as they took care of shipping for me. (Got it shipped all the way to PA no problem). Dennis was a great help with the buying process, i would recommend them to anyone.

Great guys to deal with...have bought 2 vehicles from them and sold them 1. No B.S.. - with both purchases , the vehicles were as described. We have the advantage of being just couple hours away so both times I was able to test drive before signing, but based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to buy without actually seeing the car. Smooth and easy transactions.

Great place! I found a vehicle on their site at 8pm on a Thursday. Made an offer online, was expecting a response maybe the next day during business hours, but Dennis got back to me right away! No fuss, no muss, we came to an agreement 30 minutes later. I did all the paperwork online and paid the next day. Dennis arranged shipping, and boom, my car was delivered to me Saturday morning! Exactly as described! It was like buying a car on Amazon Prime!

Honest and good people, great service! ?Crosscut definitely has the most competitive prices. The process was so easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase! The amount of detail they have on the vehicle including videos, pictures, carfax, emissions and vehicle inspections was so transparent so you are always in the know.

I have been following Wheelkinetics (now Crosscut) for a few years now. They always have nice looking trucks and cars. I, as many would be, was hesitant to deal with a smaller dealership. Man am I glad I chose them. I got a great deal on a 2006 F350, average to low miles and hooked up, thousands below larger dealership prices. Dennis went out of his way to assist me with my lender who was less than helpful. I will definitely be recommending family and friends to them. The negative reviews I read are just negative people who don't seem to understand they are buying a USED vehicle. These vehicles aren't perfect, if you want perfect go buy a new vehicle, and FYI, those aren't perfect either so be sure to get a good warranty. Anyway, thank you Crosscut, you guys are awesome!!

I purchased a vehicle from them. It was a 2003 Ford F-250 with 138k miles. The video they had posted was when the vehicle was driven and warmed up. The truck fuel injectors had so much stiction in them that they would barely fire cold. In short I took the vehicle to my company fleet technician to find out it needed a whole set of injectors. Beware of this company, make sure you visit their location and actually drive your vehicle. I ended up doing the work myself. But definitely look into what you’re buying from them. Once you get it, it’s “as is” and is what it is. They lied, and that wasn’t cool. Update: 05/24/2021 - No, I didn't test drive it, and no I didn't pick it up. It was transported to me via a trucking company. It was barely capable of rolling off of the truck bed when it arrived under its own. Look I'm not looking to roast anyone. I'm just making people aware. I feel that I paid a decent amount for the truck. It wasn't like I got it cheap enough to throw injectors in it and be even. I threw injectors in it, did the work myself and got hosed. I'm here to tell the public who does business with your team to be vigilant as they should with any used car. I'm one of the very, very few that was able to get Dennis on the phone. Left me feeling helpless. You guys are almost impossible to talk to. Everything is web based unless you drive into Tucson.

Great experience. I needed a truck with in my budget. My good friend bought her truck here 8 years ago so I watched the site until something in my price range came up. Read the ad, asked a few questions, and bought the truck. When I arrived it looked just like it did in the photos What can I say, it’s a 15 year old diesel truck. I didn’t expect it to be like new. It’s tough, it runs and hauls great and gets the jobs done. I expect there will be some maintenance or repairs in the future but that comes with all older vehicles. Honestly represented, easy transaction, I will be back when it’s time for another vehicle.

It is a very fast process ..... be cautious with what vehicle you buy the video of my test drive sold me .. downside ! I got truck home and have had to put 3k into front end just to make it road safe ac did not work as shown on video ... 4 wheel drive didn’t work as shown on video .. there were two tires on truck with holes on inside side walls water and oil leaks were washed off so they could not be noticed.... let's be perfectly clear when ball joint castle nuts would not seat on hub that's more than wear the vac hoses for the 4x4 on the fly did not rub through in 12 miles the holes ( chunks ) in side walls were on inside walls

Best vehicle purchase transaction I've ever had. Watched the video of the truck I purchased, made an offer, they accepted, then went to the vehicle in person. Upon arrival they handed me the keys and told me to look it over and take it for a test drive. I spent about 30 minutes with the vehicle, looking it over and test driving it. Told them it was good to go, then we completed the paperwork in less than 5 minutes. I then drive it to the house. If you want a no nonsense, quick and easy purchase then Wheel Kinetics is the place to go. I'll be back if I need another used vehicle.

I don't enjoy the extended negotiations and inefficient buying process of traditional automobile dealerships. Therefore, I am very pleased with my straight-forward, completely transparent, and stress-free purchase from Wheel Kinetics. I got a great vehicle at a very fair price. For the reviewers that give the impression that independent pre-purchase inspections are discouraged, that is certainly not the case in my experience. I will certainly consider Wheel Kinetics for future vehicle needs.

I'm a local, small business owner. We purchased our first vehicle from WK, this past November. This was our first time dealing with Wheel Kinetics. We have been long time subscribers to their You Tube Channel which post new inventory before it goes up on their website. FINALLY... the perfect truck came along that suited all our needs and price point. I was amazed how quickly and smooth the process was from beginning to end. Unlike other dealers with generic 'representatives' that claim to 'chat' with you, these guys are the real deal ! Our negotiation process lasted all of 10 minutes. From the original offer (made by us,) their counter offer and finally our second counter offer (which they accepted.) We put down a deposit, walked in with a cashiers check and they handed us the keys. They even took care of the title and plates as well. EASY PEASY ! Highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for well checked out vehicles at great values. The truck went to work the same day we purchased it and is running STRONG !

So I got the deal of a lifetime... I bought my new to me truck while I was in Europe. Dennis was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and removed any doubts that I may have had around buying a truck (one of their more expensive trucks at that) online. Between the video, carfax, and pictures, there were no surprises. The process was efficient, and can be done end to end entirely online. I bought the truck in Europe, Dennis helped arrange shipping, provided printable temporary plates/title/registration...I had a nearly new truck waiting for me when I got back. I'm now looking for an excuse to buy another truck from Dennis.
