This place sucks. They don't answer the phone. Or if they do they say "one second" and you wait 10 minutes for no one to answer. Clearly not a good customer focused organization.
Every time I went I had no issues . Maybe a little wait on the phone but I get it I usually call early in the morning too so it’s a bit of a wait each time but no biggy , I really recommend this place for your parts for sure the price comparisons are great!
They don't need to be in business.....I'm a working woman and I been trying to get a part for my car so I been looking around and I was told they were a great place to get parts and not expensive like some places long story short I called last week and was told the part had to be ordered and be available the next day with my work schedule I missed them because they closed at 5pm thinking the part is there since I haven't picked it up last week.......no I was told yesterday that it had to be ordered and be there in the morning after 9 I called around 10 and was told the part had to be ordered and be there tomorrow once I told the man I called yesterday he said let me see if its here and it wasn't he said let me call and see where it's at he'll call me back never did I called back only to be put on hold never have to worry about this woman trying to support small business like them again
Their credit card machine is no good, Fraud Trap!! Unless u want to deal with the bank, use cash only. Otherwise great parts, prices and service. I wonder if they know.
The person who answered the phone was very rude. Didn't want to answer questions about anything didn't even let me finish what I would say and cut me off. Just not a good interaction on a phone why would I go in person and be treated the same way? Should have people who like there job and want to answer a phone And really help the customers or people in need of parts for there vehicles. Most people are dealing with enough crap with shitty cars that they don't need somebody attitude and the tone of voice just sounding like there so done with trying to even help us on the phone. Just don't even waste your time here if you are really looking for parts check other websites for good deals too. Walmart had a great deal anyway!
Cheap parts not really worth it I bought a radiator and with in 2 years I had to buy another one cheap parts with 1 year warranty is not was up it a waste of money

Horrible Service!!! Kept me on hold for over an hour. Once I made it to the store they decided to close early that day, very inconvenient and inconsistent. The sales clerks were also VERY RUDE AND SNOTTY!!!?????
This place is awesome! One of the best spots to get the right part at super reasonable prices. If they don't have it, they will get it for you with a small wait. (1 hour - or next business day) These guys are Quick, Accurate, and very Knowledgeable. If you need to make repairs save some unnecessary steps, start at National Wholesale Auto Parts, They will get you rolling!
I think the guy's name was Terry, a very a aggressive customer, who needed 5 heavy duty tires (that we don't carry). I told him we could special order the tires and get them in a couple days. 4 out of 5 got there in 2 days, the 5th got there on the 3rd day. When he picked them up on the 3rd day, he proceeded to tell me how I didn't know how to do my job, and I should tell customers that parts don't come in on time. (I had no way of knowing the 5th tire would be back ordered) I told him I apologized, but there was no way I could've known. He then told me (after wasting my time for 3 days) that he wanted to cancel all 5 tires, even though he had all 5 in his hand on the way out of the door, and I explained to him about our 25% restocking fee on special order items, then he decided to say I probably never went to school, and that's why I don't know how to take care of customers. So I proceeded to tell him, that I actually went to college, and I guess he was so upset by the way he was taken care of, that he decided to google us, and write a fake review. Sorry for any inconvenience this caused anyone else, but I thought the truth was deserved.
They gave a rong hub berring and boiljoint and i lost my paper work and now i cant reclam it i naver had problems with them but why now is a mood day o sow need better services
All special order parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you have us second source a part that you specifically said you needed and you come back and return it, we are charged a fee. Because of this, the customer is charged a fee. It specifically says no returns allowed after 30 days, and all returns are subject to 25% restocking fee on every receipt. I'm sorry for any inconveniences you had here, and are welcome to come back any time. Please just make sure that if you need to special order a part, you are ordering the right part for the right car.
Had to buy a wheel bearing for my car. Came here as it was the best price I could find, about 15 days ago. Yesterday got a call from my mechanic saying that the wheel bearing doesn’t actually fit my car. Called Mike to tell him this and he said he has a 7 day return policy. But if I could find the receipt he would work with me. Found the receipt, did the return and was still subjected to a 25% restocking. Even though he was the one that sold me the wrong part. On the receipt it’s stated that returns are subjected to 30 days (unless specified). Which to me means he can just change the rules and policies as he sees fit. I think this place is an absolute rip off and never buying from here again, or referring people here, even though I was already referring people over.
I think the guy name is mike that gave me the wrong part and i brought it back and they took 25 percent of the money i asked mike it wasn't my fault it was his .then he yelled called me names and i told him to get the manager he said he is and isaid he need to treat people better then he went off again saying i dont own anything didn't finish school. The is uncalled for.
Excellent prices better than advanced and O'Reilly's! The guys there have helped me out so much and have great deals on their parts...Friendly and super informative.
