This was the best experience imaginable to pick up my junk vehicle! Super fast, reliable and easy service from the time I received my quote. The price I got paid in cash was the same as what they originally told me over the phone. It was by far the highest out of anywhere around. I was able to reach out and received a response back pretty much instantly every step of the way. Extremely superb costumer service, even from the tow truck driver who hauled it away for me. He was very kind and professional and explained everything I needed in order to make it the smoothest process for me! The only thing that went wrong was me accidentally leaving my garage door opener on the visor inside and not realizing it until over 5 hours later. As soon as I called, they took care of everything and had it waiting for me to pick up! Hands down couldn’t have worked with a better company, they are the best!!!

Called KMK to come scrap a car on a Sunday. Set up a time two hours after the call. Driver showed up right on time and was extremely professional and courteous. Made the process of scrapping a car the easiest I've ever experienced. Will not hesitate to call again if ever in need of their service. 6/5 stars

Just wanted to share the experience i had with KMK Towing & Recovery. I had a Honda Odyssey that still ran, but I was having so many other issues with it. After looking through Craigslist & Facebook Marketplace and being told by several other towing companies that they'd be there by a certain time, only for them not to show up and keep me hanging. Well all of that changed when I contacted KMK. I spoke with Keith & told him my situation. He quoted me a price and a time that he could make it over by me. Had given me an accurate ETA and showed up a little earlier than stated. Was very professional and kind. Even helped me out with getting an item out of my trunk because I was really not feeling well & under the weather. Also, got my license plate off the car for me, which was very sweet. Please don't waste your time reaching out to other towing companies. KMK is honest and quick. And most importantly they pay what they say. And I just have to add this....Keith is a freaking Rock Star!!!!

I contacted them to tow my Buick Enclave. Prior to contacting them I called 3 other places. The other companies were garbage and try to lowball me. This company told me up front how much they would give me for my vehicle, sent a confirmation text and picked up within hours with cash in hand. I signed the title and they were on their way. Fast and simple. They were very efficient and easy going. I love good customer service. Personally I know I made a good choice and I just wanted to share my experience with y’all.

Great experience, nice guy! Got 500 for my car with this company! Everywhere else was 300 or less! He was very communicative during the process with when he would arrive and he came in a timely manner. Didn’t make me wait long! Would definitely call him again if needed in the future!

Car got hit by a drunk driver while parked one night called KMK towing came got it and gave me good amount for it even tho it was damaged. Next time I need to junk a car I'll know who to call.

Best deal to take my junk car in the greater MKE area by far. He even helped remove the licenses plates for which I am very grateful. He called letting me know he would be early. When he arrived it was a smooth transaction and he towed it with care. Highly recommend!

My 12 year old Kia stopped running and was past the point of fixing. Called for a quote late in the afternoon to get rid of her and KMK was able to take her that night and paid cash! (More than a previous place I had called that fell thru) Very big relief. Highly recommend!
