Called this place to ask if they had a certain vehicle and was told with an attitude "Of course I don't have that" I said I was asking cause I had seen a picture of it and the lady said well we dont have it and hung up! pretty rude customer service.
Such nice customer service. Arrived in a very timely manner even though i called last minute for a salvage pick up. When Rio arrived at to pick up my vehicle he was very kind and prompt. Didnt give me as much as i would've like, but with the cost of scrap metal so low, you cant expect much. Paid more than other salvage yards i called.
I purchased a part for my vehicle and took my car to the repair shop, the repair shop replaced my old part with the part i purchased from these guys the part was non working so that cost me more money at the repair shop because the mechanic had to uninstall it and do the work again. I called these guys to let them know part was trash and didn’t work and i wanted my money back. This disgusting guy had a really bad attitude and yelled i couldn’t get my money back i could get another (probably damaged part) or store credit. I wouldn’t refer anyone here or ever shop here again. I will definitely be calling the better business bureau. Stay away!!!
