TicTac Tow Towing is amazing. I called to have them pull my forklift out of some water logged grass and they came in 5 minutes and pulled me out immediately. Super friendly too. Highly recommend!

Nice Driver and very friendly, however this was the only tow place available, and my car broke down 500 miles from my hometown of Buffalo NY, and when I heard I had to be spending $130 on a tow that was only 15 min drive I was in shock. I would much rather had gone with a AAA plan before my trip, I’ve learned my lesson so thanks TicTac Tow

I highly recommend this business. I called for a tow, was connected to a driver in minutes and he was there shortly. Marvin was my driver. He is pleasant, respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. He had my car on the bed in no time at all. Very professional. Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing company! I’ve relied on them for multiple years and for multiple vehicles and they’ve never failed me. Always quick and prompt service no matter what time of day or night. Always good prices, and amazing drivers. Marvin literally reversed ALL the way down a one way block in a flatbed truck to get to my disabled car that was blocking the road, and managed to make everything go smoothly despite the tight workspace on both sides due to the parked cars. And not to mention that this is a local family owned and operated black business!! Love this company and I’ll never change my mind!

I discovered my car battery was dead at 9:30 PM on a Saturday night (last night) after shopping at the Mall and dining at a Mall restaurant. I called several places with no luck and tried this company. He answered the phone right away, told me he could help, and would be there in 30 minutes. He was right on time, very nice, professional, and had us on our way in about 20 minutes. I am very impressed by the service and the fairness of the price for 10 PM on a cold Saturday night. Highly recommend!!

I called to have my car towed to the mechanic, and I was told it would take 30 minutes for my tow to arrive. It has now been over 4 hours and I am still waiting for them to show up. It's disappointing to have my car die on me, but having TicTac Tow let me down makes my situation even more disappointing. If you hire this company, be prepared to have an extra 4 hours added on to your estimated time. After calling them back they assumed that I wanted to cancel my tow even though I told them I was depending on them and I wanted them to come through for me. When I express anger and frustration with them and wanted them to remedy the situation they chose not to do business with me. If you want fast and speedy service or decent customer service don't go with thiscompany.

One of the best tow services I've ever had. My call was answered, they were polite and courteous, they hooked me up with a driver right away and had a price quote for me immediately. The Driver, Pat, showed up in below zero weather and took care of everything for me, made sure i was warm and gave me a bottle water. Took me all the way from Greenfield to Racine and had a great time talking to him. If you want an excellent tow service with reliable drivers, look no further.

Stuck in a parking lot at almost midnight in 30 degree weather with two facing-in wheels. Driver was confident, knowledgeable, and courteous... they got there fast, hooked our car up carefully but quickly and got it where we needed to go. Hopefully won't need more towing any time soon but would definitely use again.

I had a brake down at 2am on the free way by brown deer road and it’s was just heavy rainy night . And I decided calling tic-tac-tow as they were referred by one of my coworker . I was amazed how corporate these guys are , friendly, helpful, prices was reasonable, quick in showing up. The guys won’t leave you stranded. they are hard worker and family owned company .

I called on a holiday weekend, received the estimate over the phone, and had a driver to my car within 10 minutes. I know that's probably rare and due to volume, but it was very impressive. The estimate ended up being within $5. Marvin, the driver, was awesome, despite him not feeling the best. I'd recommend Tic Tac Towing without hesitation. Ask for Marvin...he was great!

After being told no or there would be an hour+ wait by 6 tow companies, I called TicTac Tow in tears. They were super professional and Patrick arrived in 20 minutes to take us to West Bend. They’re trucks are super nice! I have a 4 month old that I was concerned we’d have to call an Uber but the truck had a back seat - that’s awesome! ? will use their services in the future if I’m ever in need! Also a huge “thank you” to Patrick who made our 45 minute ride home a pleasure! That’s the type of customer service other companies struggle to gain.

The best there is. Stop looking. Call them. Excellent prices. Great service. Nice equipment to keep your car safe. Marvin was awesome. Had a 4x4 that was, unknown to me, stuck in 4wd. Originally got a wrecker and it could not get towed so we needed a flatbed. They called one in and away it went. No upcharge. Towed it across town for 85 bucks. That is less than half what I paid for a far shorter town last time. Like I said, CALL THEM!

Professional drivers and arrived fast. Price was very reasonable and I really appreciated them sending pictures of my vehicle at the repair shop along with the persons business card who accepted the vehicle. I definitely recommend them if you are unfortunate enough to need a vehicle towed.

I am SUPER impressed. Patrick showed up quickly (15mins) when my car broke down on the I-41 north ramp from I-94. He was a pure gentleman, the nicest guy, and the tow truck was super clean and seemed new. The price was much more reasonable than I expected. This is THE service I will call in the future if I ever need a tow (they are a family owned business too which is a plus) and am recommending them to all my family and friends. GREAT job!!

Today my insurance told me nobody was doing tows today due to the extreme cold... after 4+ phone calls I got a hold of tic tac! Marvin was one of the best tow drivers I've ever experienced, from updated ETA text messages due to traffic all the way to a warm passenger ride to a tire shop on a very cold day. And he was out here towing people when it was -40 yesterday too. Top of the line employee this guy deserves a raise.

My family and I were stranded over 200 miles from home on the highway with a flat tire and no spare. Tic Tac Tow treated us like family. Patrick was very professional and took care of us. Very first class place!

Patrick is the best and made a really bum situation as smooth and pleasant as it could be. This was my first car and first car problems are scary, but Patrick reduced my anxiety significantly. I never thought i would be laughing and joking as my car, Lady Landboat, got towed to the shop but here we are. 10/10 would recommend. Honest, great prices, and reliable as heck.

These guys saved my butt on a Sunday afternoon. John was great. Nice young man. Very polite and helpful. The cost was way less than I expected. Most importantly, their response after I called was astounding. I had called two other places and left messages. An hour later still nothing. I called these guys and get a call back in 1 minute. These guys saved me at 10pm on a Sunday night. 5 "24 hr" toe companies either said they were closed or wouldn't come to my location. I was calling in order of proximity, so I was getting frustrated. Tic Tac towing was there within 30 minutes, took me from oak creek to Waukesha and was very reasonably priced. The driver was also friendly, and pleasant and drove in a way which I felt safe.
