Excellent customer service with full explanation of what they saw that needed repair after my car had been involved in an accident. Brent had so much patience with me for every question I had and answered each one of them. My car was repaired beautifully. It looked like it was taken right out of the showroom. This is my second time going to this meticulous auto body shop. They have done an amazing job. My vehicle was ready on the day that they said it would be ready. The person that I spoke to about the parts understood my situation and tried to give me the best price. Which he did he let me see everything on his end and I truly appreciated that. Everyone there are nice people. And they're service is amazing.They was very understanding and very patient with me. When I picked up my vehicle.I couldn't believe it was actually mines. These guys were really nice and did a great job of fixing my car after a minor accident. They seemed really busy but they never made me feel rushed and took time to thoroughly answer my questions. They were flexible with my pickup time and they even cleaned the interior of my car which was a really nice touch that I appreciate. Would highly recommend.

I was in a no-fault accident, and the entire team at Meticulous was incredibly helpful in working with the other person's insurance company and providing guidance along the way. I brought my 1996 Corvette to Meticulous Auto Body for a full weatherstripping replacement and to have a new fiberglass roof painted—and I couldn't be happier with the experience or the results.
From the very beginning, Hector was my point of contact and an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in the project. Brent walked through everything with me in detail and gave me total confidence in their work. He was 100% right. The finished roof looks like it came straight from the factory, with a perfect paint match that blends seamlessly with the rest of the car. The new weatherstripping made a huge difference—completely transforming the ride, eliminating old issues, and making the car a joy to drive again.

Had my side mirror replaced twice within one month after some vandalism a while back. They were very nice, and did quick and quality work. I recommend them to people often.
Update: I had a taillight replaced on my current car. Four or five years later, the service is still excellent, and they really do try to get you the lowest price on parts. Hector was great with keeping me informed every step of the way.

They Buff, Polish & Wax my 427 60th Anniv Corvette. They painted my rear defuser Ashton Grey, painted my wheel wale flares black front & rear, installed exhaust filler panel, also painted my wind shield A Frames black... They did a beautiful Job!!!
Brent and his crew are masters when it comes to great quality body work and excellent customer service! When someone hit my pride and joy, I knew I wanted to go to a place that wasn’t going to give me the run around and was going to take great care of my baby. I chose meticulous auto body to repair my vehicle through insurance. Not only was the process painless, they kept me updated throughout the process and involved me every step of the way. To say that my car looked great after getting it back from them would be an understatement. The car looked brand new! I couldn’t believe how great of a job they did blending the paint from where it was repainted to the rest of the body. I was so satisfied with the end result. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else after my experience here. This also lead me to taking my girlfriend’s car here a few short months later when someone hit her car as well which needed extensive repairs. Needless to say, the results were as expected and the car looked absolutely amazing when it was done, better than I remember it looking when she had bought it!
The only word I can describe the quality of work the team provided is “METICULOUS”. From beginning to start of the project, the entire team made sure my car was taken care of and every suggestion and opinion was heard and implemented on flawlessly.
I turned my 2002 BMW 540i to them to have a complete color change from original Black to Lime Rock Grey and honestly, not even I can tell if the car was ever a different color then what it is today.
Brent, Manny, Hector, Katilyn and the rest of the team were always there and helpful and treated me like family.
I am so glad I had them take care of my vehicle and do the job as I don’t think there is anyone else in this state that I have seen so far that can do a better job then them, and trust me when I say, I have seen many paint jobs on cars and by far, this is THE BEST I have seen.

Last winter, our car was scratched and dented deeply enough to create a deep scrape with rust starting to build. It was done in a parking lot and nobody left a note on the car. I didn’t want to file an insurance claim, so I asked the garage I use for a recommended body shop.
I called and asked for an estimate, telling them about the referral. The appointment was easy, the detail was impressive, they worked with me, knowing that I wasn’t trying to put in an insurance claim, and they gave me an estimate that ranged from price A to price B, depending on how many replacement parts they were going to need. The cost total came in at the lower price, the work is beautiful, the name fits the body shop, and the staff are excellent.
They not only repaired the rusted scrape so that I don’t have to worry about the rust damaging my car any further, this entire team seem to be enthusiastic about what they contributed to the work. Clearly, this was a team effort, where everyone felt valuable, and appreciated their contribution.
I hope I don’t have to work with a body shop again. However, if I do, I would return there without hesitation. I would also highly recommend this shop.
Best experience I have had getting auto body work done! I called Monday morning, got it in for an estimate at noon. Dropped it off for repairs on Wednesday and it was completed.

I recently took my van in for work after a fender bender. They took care of all the body work and anything mechanical underneath. They communicated frequently to update me on the van. Everyone here was super friendly and welcoming when I dropped and picked up my vehicle. Best part is they vacuumed my filthy van before I picked it up!!

My daughter got into a small fender bender a week before leaving for South Korea, so I was tasked with getting her car fixed. I originally went to a large dealership auto body, waste of time. Brent/Meticulous, was recommended by a friend. They made it so easy, Brent worked directly with my insurance company. The car looks better then when it was purchased. They went above and beyond and buffed out the film on the passenger headlamp, which wasn't even the side that was hit. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.
Kaitlyn Brent and Nick are absolutely the best. My Jeep was repaired as good as new and LOOKED new as well because of the thorough detail/wash they performed before returning it to me. I could not have been more satisfied and would absolutely recommend them. They worked directly with my insurance company so there were no hassles for me. Great job guys!
