This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Customer feedback for MC TOWING & RECOVERY in Milwaukee, WI is overwhelmingly positive: fast, professional service, careful vehicle handling, clear updates, and courteous drivers. Prices are described as reasonable. Most report short waits—even late at night or in extreme cold—though one review cites a 3+ hour dispatch delay with no concession. Overall score: 97/100. For shoppers comparing options: reviews don’t address inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts, so those aspects remain unclear.
What clients say about MC TOWING & RECOVERY in Milwaukee (WI)
Honestly, a lifesaver!! After dealing with two companies not showing up, multiple phone calls, and hours of wait, I came across this company, and omfg they actually give updates, and the two people I talked to were wonderful.
Devere was the one who was able to tow my car; he’s very nice and professional. We chatted for a bit about the car and how stressful our day was, and overall, we left happy with the service and grateful there was someone that would show up, lol.
10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using them as my go-to.
Dashan was amazing I called so many tows no one came he came and saved the day. He had to jump the car to get ot to move park it amazing at my house no hassle. Thank you soooooo much you saved the day !!!!!!! He deserves a raise.
Was on time. Prices were decent and the driver respected my truck which was awesome too. Def recommend and being at 12:18 at night. Drivers name was devere and mad respect to him
Devere was incredibly efficient, professional and kind. Got my car loaded, towed and unloaded quickly and without a scratch. He kindly offered to let me sit in his warm truck while he worked when I was freezing and needing a tow after a 12 hour shift. I don’t usually leave reviews but in a time when one can feel overwhelmed with car issues and really vulnerable it’s important to recognize professionals that do great work. 10/10 recommend!!
I was in desperate need of assistance, as I had a flat tire in Milwaukee and I still had a drive of near an hour to get home. MC Towing and Recovery came to assist me and I am thrilled with the service I received from Devere. Devere called me to say he was on his way, arrived timely and ready to work. He was professional, kind, and completed outstanding work in record time. I have added this business to my contacts so if I or anyone else I know needs assistance, I will definitely recommend this business. Thank you Devere!
Shane was absolutely great. He was so professional, kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Shane for being so kind. You made my day.
Thank you Thank you! Shout out to Devere for helping get our car out late at night in the cold. He arrived quickly on Tuesday night, was there within 15 min as promised. He handled our car with care and delivered it to the towing destination safely. We so appreciate your help!
Devere provided excellent service! He was patient, professional, and determined to get the job done even in a tight and challenging space. He stayed calm, worked safely, and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend him for anyone needing reliable towing!
I've been waiting on a tow for 3+ hours. The company was only 8 minutes away from where my car was. The driver was awesome but he didn't get my request from the company until 10:14pm. I called them at 7:10pm. Unacceptable. No discount was offered. 0/10 will not try again.
Great company and prices are reasonable. The driver Devere came out professional and very patient with me and my grandmother. He had it on the truck and out of there in just 5-10 Min Definitely will prefer this Company.
Shane was friendly, professional, and a wonderful conversationalist! He really went above and beyond to help me get my car to Valvine for the oil change it needed. Would highly recommend every time!
Shane did an amazing job helping me tow my vehicle. He was extremely helpful and even offered us a ride when towing back to our location. I highly recommend this company.
1st of all... the service is top-notch. Shane beat me to my vehicle location, was super patient, then arranged to meet me at the drop-off point. Super flexible. Another company might have given me a tough time about holding THEM up, but not here. Thanks for helping me get my mom together.
Shane was so fast in getting here, and getting the car loaded up. He most definitely knew what he was doing. Very professional and courteous on a very cold Wisconsin day. So much better than my earlier towing experience this week. Hands down-- superb!
devere did an excellent job, came in in just 15 minutes on such a cold weather below 0, really appreciate him coming to help my new car without license plates get to a safe spot before anything else happened!
MC towing was quick and curteaus for some help I needed with my daughter having car issues in Milwaukee. 5 hours away from home. They attempted to get my vehicle going by bringing extra gas but sadly, it needed to be towed. They showed up early and got my vehicle to the repair shop quickly. Shane was very professional with the tow! Highly recommend this company
Dashan came out in -3 degree temps to grab my daughter’s car and bring it to the shop. He was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I’d recommend MC Towing and Recovery for all your towing needs!
Dashan was here a lot faster than I was told he would. He was very polite and intelligent. He made a bad experience into a good one. He is a good guy and I would recommend him to any and everyone who needs the services of my towing. This guy deserves a nice raise. Thank you!!!!!!
Shane was great! He was fast, reliable, and very kind. Got my car up there quickly, no issues, and comforted me because I was worried about my car. Thanks, Shane!
Dashan was super helpful and offered advice on how to get the best service for my vehicle. He even picked me up when I was walking to the pickup location. Great guy, great service
Dashan killed it. Man did everything we needed and quickly. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Placed it perfectly in a tight spot. Recommend 10/10.
Dashan very caring with my car. Took photos prior to loading. He suggested a shop for getting my brakes done and save me over $300 instead of taking to a dealer. So very pleased with the service
