Honestly, a lifesaver!! After dealing with two companies not showing up, multiple phone calls, and hours of wait, I came across this company, and omfg they actually give updates, and the two people I talked to were wonderful.
Devere was the one who was able to tow my car; he’s very nice and professional. We chatted for a bit about the car and how stressful our day was, and overall, we left happy with the service and grateful there was someone that would show up, lol.
10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using them as my go-to.
Dashan was amazing I called so many tows no one came he came and saved the day. He had to jump the car to get ot to move park it amazing at my house no hassle. Thank you soooooo much you saved the day !!!!!!! He deserves a raise.
Was on time. Prices were decent and the driver respected my truck which was awesome too. Def recommend and being at 12:18 at night. Drivers name was devere and mad respect to him
Devere was incredibly efficient, professional and kind. Got my car loaded, towed and unloaded quickly and without a scratch. He kindly offered to let me sit in his warm truck while he worked when I was freezing and needing a tow after a 12 hour shift. I don’t usually leave reviews but in a time when one can feel overwhelmed with car issues and really vulnerable it’s important to recognize professionals that do great work. 10/10 recommend!!
I was in desperate need of assistance, as I had a flat tire in Milwaukee and I still had a drive of near an hour to get home. MC Towing and Recovery came to assist me and I am thrilled with the service I received from Devere. Devere called me to say he was on his way, arrived timely and ready to work. I've been waiting on a tow for 3+ hours. The company was only 8 minutes away from where my car was. The driver was awesome but he didn't get my request from the company until 10:14pm. I called them at 7:10pm. Unacceptable. No discount was offered. 0/10 will not try again.
Great company and prices are reasonable. The driver Devere came out professional and very patient with me and my grandmother. He had it on the truck and out of there in just 5-10 Min Definitely will prefer this Company.

1st of all... the service is top-notch. Shane beat me to my vehicle location, was super patient, then arranged to meet me at the drop-off point. Super flexible. Another company might have given me a tough time about holding THEM up, but not here. Thanks for helping me get my mom together.

MC towing was quick and curteaus for some help I needed with my daughter having car issues in Milwaukee. 5 hours away from home. They attempted to get my vehicle going by bringing extra gas but sadly, it needed to be towed. They showed up early and got my vehicle to the repair shop quickly. Shane was very professional with the tow! Highly recommend this company

Dashan very caring with my car. Took photos prior to loading. He suggested a shop for getting my brakes done and save me over $300 instead of taking to a dealer. So very pleased with the service
