They charge me $380 for a tow that’s just expensive never paid that much then $65 a day for storage this is robbery so if your ever in a car accident please don’t let them tow you ?

Billy helped me and he was AMAZING!! He came to fix my electrical connection. He arrived super fast I think I waited maybe 45 minutes. And he was actually educating me on the issue that was going on with my tractor! I really appreciate you rescuing me in a timely fashion and he was professional as well.

The driver was very professional and courteous. He had towed me in the pass and was very pleasant. His truck was awesome and the kids loved the truck, and was given him high five.

I’ve personally never been towed by them but man do they keep their trucks clean. The drivers at homers know how to drive damn good as well.

Our work truck broke down at a very busy intersection in Franklin, WI. We called Homers, they had a tow truck down there in less than an hour. Jon, the service tech, had the truck lifted and towed in less than thirty minutes, even in the midst of heavy rush hour traffic. With service like that, they earned a customer for life. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called these guys to get me unstuck, went from $200 over the phone to $1,000 when they had a guy come look at it, claimed they need a skid steer. I said “no way that cost $1000” and the guy goes “oh well see if you can get someone else to do it” and walked off, just like that. I called later when I thought I ran out of options, they said they could send someone out, and he now said “it could cost $1,000, maybe even more” I said “how much more then $1,000 can it get” to which he responded “well, call someone else then” and hung up. If you want to charge somebody $1,000 dollars, the least you could do is explain where my 1,000 will be going without getting offended and hanging up. They are aware I’m in a bind, and just trying to see how much they can squeeze out of me. Wouldn’t be surprised if they charge you $200 to jump your car. Wouldn’t touch these guys with a 10 foot pole. Found a guy who brought out an f250, Hooked onto me and had me out in 20 mins, most of which was spent just finding my cars anchor point because I almost bottomed out. They know they are one of the only people in this area who offer this service, and think they can charge outrageous prices, stay away from them.

T The mechanic name, Billy is serviced a trailer that I called twice and within one week each time he came out, he was very professional. He was very courteous. He was very eyas and meticulous and determining what the problem was very informative informative 1st time I had to he had to follow me to his shop for policy of JBHunt and we were traveling in rush-hour traffic and it was very polite to move over to wait for me as I was able to proceed and move over easily because he was there and he did that out of the kindness of his heart. Once he repaired the issue. The first time he showed me the part showed me what they did wrong and likewise the second time which was just last evening 514 2025 so just to give a review for mechanic Billy at Homer’s towing services you can’t go wrong with them and you will be very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of this young man and up-and-coming mechanic. So you don’t get estimate and you dont get invoice just link to pay. One air chamber and oil change wit provided oil is 1055. Rip off. Stay avay from this shop.

Have had them repair trucks since working at 2 different companies, good experience both times. They will come to you if you can't make it to their shop. Quick response times and repairs are done quickly as well.

This place is a complete rip-off. Our carrier called them to come out to assess our battery system/ electrical. The truck would not start. We were 12 Mi from their shop at a truck. Stop. 90 minutes later technician shows up and lo and behold. Our truck starts up without any service or assistance from the technician. The technician told us he didn't do anything so he would not charge and we were absolutely thrilled hearing this. 2 weeks later we are being charged $269 for a call out fee. I can understand a company has to make money. I would have been more than glad to pay a hundred bucks or even $150, but to charge $269 for not even less than an hour of that. Company's time is absolutely disgusting. I highly recommend not to use this company for any road service work because they're going to gouge you. I called Homer's to see if they would make it right but they refused and basically said too bad. If this is how they operate then beware drivers because who knows what other hidden prices they're going to charge you. Even anyone driving a car I would be very leery of this place

Class Act company! Friendly staff, clean, well-maintained equipment. The tow truck driver was very friendly and professional and knew what he was doing as to not damage my tractor. I will use them again and would recommend them to anybody needing a tow.

Amazing guys, had my first almost accident and they were so helpful and amazing and I’m so grateful these guys were the ones to come save the day. Something that is a truckers nightmare they fixed and got me on my way with a smile on their face. Truly the most amazing helpful people. Will recommend these guys for the rest of my life.

From out of town driving for the RNC and one of our buses develops an air leak at 01:00. Got referred to Homer's. Best referral for sure. Colin and Dom had us fixed and out of there in less than an hour. Those two are excellent technicians and entertaining to watch as they do their troubleshooting magic!

I got stuck in a parking lot on January 14th and they couldn't get to me until the 17th because if the number of calls they were getting. Owner himself called and apologized for the mixup and delay. They also have a washout place next door that does a good job.

These guys were very kind, had a service call but couldn't fix on road so did a temp fix to get to their shop and was immediately brought into a bay. Fixed my issue quick after would definitely come back if in the area with another issue.

Homer’s towing service is absolutely the best towing service in the German town area. I was involved in a car accident on the 26 of June 2023. Needless to say it was an extremely, stressful experience. However, the driver of the towing service was so professional and kind that he eased my anxiety . He told me not to worry, that all would be taken care of and that I should just concentrate on getting well. I also would like to mention the owner Joe Schultz. He was courteous, very nice and very accommodating to an old man like me. He handled all the details and was attentive to my needs. Again this is the finest towing business in Germantown.

Called early Saturday morning after running my truck out of fuel in Germantown. I was told within the hour and they came earlier than I expected. Driver was very friendly and helped get my truck running again. The service call fee seemed pretty reasonable especially since they had fuel ready and got me up and running quickly. Would recommend.

First and foremost, thanks Colin. Our flatbed caught a flat on the freeway, we gave Homer’s a call and they sent Colin and that nice blue beast he has, got us off the freeway, hooked us up and got us back to the shop near the airport a lot faster than I imagined it would play out. We are a commercial roofing company and I can’t express how confidence we had with Colin on site definitely knowing what he had to do and having the right tools made me understand we were dealing with a professional. His customer service is exceptional, ability to answer questions, straight to the point but detailed enough where I was never confused, friendly plus knowledgeable. Next time our company runs into a situation I’ll definitely be requesting Colin and his blue beast. Thanks a bunch man.
