Great customer service by a young lady name Betty, she was very patient, informative and communicated with me very professionally. I am overall very pleased with the service.
I go to a lot of different places to have my car serviced rather is for mechanical or auto body and this experience was just me haven’t brand new tires installed, but it was a great experience. Overall I believe her name is Maria in the front at the office. she was great. She was very informative and knowledgeable about my reason for being there she made sure that she serviced me and met all my knees, and even the one the process of having my tires installed. It was an overall great experience. The guys was fast. They were efficient. They even gave me a recommendation to another place to have like a wheel alignment done
First I couldn’t believe they’re black owned that made it a plus for me but their service was phenomenal especially Natasha I came in and got everything I needed right away and more and now my car looks great !

I pulled up… was asked to wait 15 minutes. I got my tire put on and stepped out to go inside to make my payment. I didn’t like that I had to get out the car to pay with my phone but other than that it was fine.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They responded to every text message and returned phone calls within minutes. They paid me about a hundred dollars more for my car than any of the other places I called offered. When they came to pick up my car the tow truck driver was quick and made the process go smooth. He even caught me when I slipped and almost fell on the ice. I'd definitely go to them with any future needs.
Looked all over for a rim. Called here midweek, said they had it, told them I couldn't pickup until Saturday. They held it for me and had it ready. Girl/owner couldn't have been friendlier!. Highly recommended. Great service and fair pricing . Thank you !!
I’ve been calling multiple (about 12) auto salvage yards looking for a steel wheel for my 2012 Nissan Sentra. They are extremely hard to find. Speaking with Dither, he said he’d look around for me and send me a text. He did just as he promised and the place he referred me to actually had several in stock for $65. It’s a 45 minute drive but well worth it as Nissan wants $280 for a new one. Thank you Dither!!!!

I ordered NEW Tires and they called me right away when they came!! Once on site, I was greeted and was in and out of changing my tires within minutes!! Great Customer Service and Tires are amazing!! German did excellent
I was shocked by the quality of service at select auto parts. I called to request a part which they did not have but the man on the phone said hang on. I’ll see if I can find it for you elsewhere and he directed me to a different auto salvage store and gave me their phone number and address where I was able to find the part. What an extremely helpful business. They went way above and beyond for me and I imagine they would do that even more so for their pay customers. Great job guys.
I call to ask for my 04 Chevy. Impala rim today the people in the office are very friendly and they are very nice the price was very reasonable did have my part ready for me when I arrive I recommend you to come and get all your use parts for your vehicle here my rim almost like new for low price thank you
