Looking for a lincoln for two years found one at Brown Deer best experience in buying a car online the lincoln was exactly what i wanted and expected.

I got a suv from them after a few months it’s now not moving all kinds of issues sunroof worked only one time only got one key and it completely broke the day of purchase they knew it need work but sold it to me anyway over priced!!!

Bought an suv from there, check engine light turned on, on my way home. Took it back 3x to get fixed. They never fixed the issue. Sales people were nice and personable. Very nice office. Cheaper selection of cars nothing over 15k ( not a bad thing). Ik whatever I got would need some work because of the price

Came to get a three row suv for my family. Mechanically inclined so I wasn't worried about buying as is. Buying/test driving process was straight forward. Gustavo helped distract my 18 month old while we did all the paperwork. He was extremely helpful getting us out of there quickly. The only negative that I would say is I asked about the backup camera on a volvo xc 90. The particular model had the navigation where typically the camera pops up on reverse. The navigation unit had a remote control. When I asked about the back up camera Gustavo asked a higher up. How to get it off the intro screen. He was told the remote needed batteries. I later found out if the car came with navigation there's a set of controls on the back side of the steering wheel at 3 o clock position. Also turns out my unit didn't come with a camera. I feel like it was slight false advertising since I directly asked about it and was told "all it needed was double A batteries to get the back up camera working." It really was a misunderstanding. If they fully knew the options on the cars they were selling I could've been better informed. Not the biggest deal breaker and not Gustavos fault at all. Do be aware that you do need to be competent. My sunroof leaked water within 2 months of owning it amongst other small maintenance things that I was expecting to deal with anyways.

Gustavo is my guy!!!! After about 1.0 hours window shopping Gustavo jumped in. Suggested a vehicle for my kid (that’s what we were looking for). The family fell in love with the vehicle. We test drove it and the rest is history. The right car. The right price. Quality and personal service! I would certainly make another purchase from BD auto sales. My 2nd car from this place! If ever you’re in the need ask for the “G”. He’ll treat you right!! A+!!! Great job bro!!! Great Job!!!

My wife and I were in a bind. We needed a new vehicle for the arrival of our new born and I will never forget Lauren and the good folks at Brown Deer Auto Sales helping our young family into a new vehicle! We caused her hell. We at sometimes were not the best customers, we blamed every little thing that happened with the vehicle on Brown deer Auto sales! They were more than accommodating. The reality is these ARE INDEED used vehicles. There is a risk, but automobiles do need repair before or after you buy them. My wife and I look to buy more vehicles from them well until our daughter goes to college! Thank you, Lauren!

This place is AWESOME! Customer service on point! I bought a car a few weeks ago, AS IS and it's treating me so well. Had a 2 hour drive home, no issues. Still today! No issues. Everyone is very friendly, patient and if i could go back and do this whole transaction again, I would! Rewind and play it back again like a movie!

I reached out inquiring about a 2008 Suburban they had for sale— upon my research I found on Kelly Blue Book search by the VIN # that there were several recalls, several owners, accidents, etc. I reached out the the dealership to negotiate a price and the problems I found to which they replied with “I don’t know where KBB got their info”, since then the last digit of the VIN associated to the 2008 Suburban on Brown Deer Sales website has been removed (thankfully I screenshotted it), to make it seem like it’s complete VIN but it’s not. When you search the vehicle on KBB now there is no public records allowed for viewing which means they are hiding something. KBB gave me and error for a possible undisclosed salvaged title, water damage, body damage, odometer being off, and many more. Their reviews seem to be accurate and they do not care about their customers or safety, they’re all about $$$!!! Very unethical!

Great Experience when I purchased my vehicle. Gustavo talked to me and explained every little detail on a buying a car. Very friendly staff. Also I recommended my sister on buying her first vehicle here and everything has gone well.

Sold a LEMON BMW EV and a no coverage useless warranty to my daughter and and son that did not even cover the EV vehicle that they are still paying 16K for?!?!? How do you seriously rip off a young family trying to be respectful and productive people with a 1 month old child and now they have no vehicle that you still get paid for and want them to dish out another 7K?? How can you not cover this and why did you sell them a bogus warranty? Lauren and Mike Hansen you should be ashamed of yourself! This couple has been coming back to you since they bought the vehicle from you and you shamelessly will not cover the $7000 battery needed after repeated problems with the vehicle since they drove off the lot. Too much bad karma. Avoid this dealer they will rip you off.

The salespeople at Brown Deer Sales are extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole car search and purchasing process. They have a great selection of quality used cars, none have salvage or questionable titles. Everything about the vehicle is inspected, if needed fixed, and disclosed before posting to the lot. Loren kept me informed and stayed in touch even after I had canceled test drives. She was extremely efficient in processing our purchase and securing a loan all within a half-hour. Most importantly to my wife and I, the salesperson, Loren, is honest and truthful, her car knowledge is extensive and accurate. Their service charge is $300 - $400 less than any other car lot. We can highly recommend buying from Brown Deer Sales.

I recently purchased a used car from Brown Deer Auto sales, and I am extremely happy, especially with the assistance received by the salesperson, Gustavo. As an out-of-state buyer I had many questions and concerns that I needed responses on prior to conmiting to purchasing the car. Gustavo was both quick and thorough in his responses. He sent me many photos to indicate the actual condition of the vehicle. He was also very honest in his verbal description of the car, and pointed out a few flaws that the pictures would not convey. I then made a fair offer on the car, but the dealership's management was not ready to accept it. I told Gustavo to keep me in mind if they changed their's, and indicated my timeframe for buying. True to his word, Gustavo reached back to me to let me know that the dealer was willing to accept my offer if I was still interested. I was happy to leave a small deposit on the car. Brown Deer Sales was excellent to hold the car for the week that I needed to get to them from NY. They were also willing to refund the deposit if the car would not pass a final inspection to check for road worthiness for my ride back to NY. In the week between me leaving the deposit, and arriving for pick up, Gustavo kept me informed of all of the small fixes that the dealer was taking care of at no extra cost. The day of my arrival, Gustavo picked me up from the airport, saving me the expense of an Uber, and made great conversation. At the dealership, he had a cleaned car waiting for me inside a garage, protected from the falling snow. He went over the car with me before finalizing the deal. The transaction was effortless, and the dealer fee was absolutely minimal. When all of the paperwork was finished, Gustavo installed my plates for me and then made sure I was good-to-go on my 900 mile trip back home. He even responded to questions that I had about the car the next day. I highly recommend Gustavo and Brown Deer Sales in Milwaukee if you are looking for a quality used car at a great price. Especially if you are looking for exceptional customer service.

The five star rating was well earned. I was in an accident a couple weeks before and had been looking for a car. I came across an 2016 MX-5 at Brown Dear, added to my list and continued my search. About a week later I had this and one other car on my list. They made the sale for several reasons price, honesty, and a true willingness to get the deal done on my timeline. I spoke with them on a Friday, they took care of the financing. I drove from Madison to get the car on Monday. I have been loving it ever since. Addition: Purchased second car from them. A 2003 E Class. Great price car is almost flawless. This experience was no different than the first. Great service, minor defect they found and fixed before pickup. I need to buy my daughter a car this spring and this is where I will be going to get it. Why mess around when I can get great service, price and car.

Gustavo is fantastic! Super honest, easy to talk to, reasonable guy. Not pushy at all. Understands what I’m saying. Doesn’t treat me differently just because I’m a woman. Good at small talk and funny. Very friendly and thought that me being a diesel tech was awesome. Didn’t judge me for wanting a Kia Spectra. Up front about the car and the work that was done on it. So glad I went here. Took the car home the same day I went.

My salesman, Gustavo, was great. He was patient with me as I test drove 3 different vehicles, and the sale was smooth. I ended up having an issue with the vehicle I purchased 6 weeks later. I reached out to the dealer, and was allowed to return the vehicle for a full buyback. It is very refreshing having a dealer stand by their inventory, and do the right thing.

Bought a Honda Pilot a month ago from them. Seemed like a good deal. Was on the price range we wanted. Financing was easy and the rate was good. However, the vehicle was not detailed and the service light came on. We took it to there service department. They agreed to fix the issue at no charge.they never answer calls about service. I called them Tuesday they said I could bring the pilot in Saturday be fixed. I drive there and service department appears to be closed. Finally found someone who was working and the part is still at the dealer. Now o have to wait to have part delivered. Very poorly run service department. We will never buy a car from them again.

This business is a very friendly and excellent place to buy a used car. They have been on Brown Deer Road for over 25 years. They do whatever is necessary to deliver your chosen car in top condition. Their vehicle repair shop is also on Brown Deer Road. I have known the owners many years and my husband purchased a car. My son suggested for me to check them out and I’m glad I did, Lauren super awesome! Lauren stayed in contact with me if I called or email she responded right away, the car had a crack in the Windshield they repaired it with no problems, the staff professional and caring they called me when the car was ready for pickup, purchasing went smooth no hidden surprises. Car was super clean looked as if it was sitting in show room. So far no complaints it rides like butter for 2013 Nissan platinum Pathfinder SUV. I can’t forget about the dog he was also professional & friendly.

As a BMW enthusiast I knew what to look for when purchasing my 2008 BMW 135i here. I knew all of the key things to look for and the owner was more than helpful and understanding. What people need to learn is to know what they are buying and RESEARCH. Maintenance is key and I’ve had the car for a little over a year now with no problems. I made sure to purchase the 3rd party warranty because turbo replacement and such can get pricey to no fault of the seller.

Although i haven't bought a car there yet i have to say they were very professional and honest with me. I test drove a car and before i even got in it they told me the issues with it. It was nothing serious and would be fixed soon just control arm bushings. They thoroughly looked over my trade and did make a fair offer. They let me take my time and think over the over, no pressure. Actually a very enjoyable experience and i would like to thank them for their time.

We bought a car here in 2017 and after a couple of months we had issues with the air pump. A few months after that the shocks went out brake pads and rotators are bad. Now in 2018 we don’t have the car anymore. We didn’t have the car a year yet and it cost us $2,000 in fixes for shocks, air pump, and etc. the car shouldn’t have been sold in the first place. I do not recommend buying a car from here.I waited to do my review because normal wear and tear happens. However, this car was gone in less than a year. I didn’t even have the car a full year.

I've bought two cars from them. My weight has as well as two cousins. All in all we have purchased 7 cars from Brown Deer Auto Sales. Family owned dealership. They are very friendly, personable, and professional. They get your sale done every time. They also have a variety of cars and plenty luxury autos as well. Something for everyone's desires. At first we thought that we were getting a good deal on a used car from Lauren and Gustavo, who work here. They were willing to answer all of our questions and seemed very nice. However, once we bought the car and were trying get new tires put on at The Brown Deer Sales Garage, owned by the same man, the car went downhill from there. I had to wait 3 hours after my appointment time for them to put on the tires. Then once they put on the tires, they were unbalanced and the car wasn't aligned properly. When I took it back for them to fix it, the car was even worse after they "fixed it". After taking it to a different garage, they told us that the tires were so unbalanced that we should get our money back from brown deer sales because they did such a terrible job. Not even 1 month after buying the car, we have already had an engine leak, had to get the car rebalanced and realigned, and also have to get 4 new coil springs put in (An extra 2500 dollars) . If you want to buy a used car, don't buy it from here.

Great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful not pushy at all. The were very helpful on finding me a lender. The process was very painless and quick. I was even able to take the car to another mechanic and get it inspected before buying. They even fixed the small problems the car did have. I received a great deal and am very satisfied. The experience was awful. I was lied to from the start. They claimed to have done services and repairs that they did not do. My vehicle broke down 2 days after purchase! I have been left stranded 5 times in 4 months owning this vehicle. The response from the owner was "what do you expect? It's a used car!" I have put over $1200 in repairs into the vehicle in 4 months and the only thing they would do is offer me $2000 LESS than I paid for the vehicle. Over $3200 to 'rent' a vehicle for 4 months? EXACTLY why used car salesmen get that kind of reputation. Only reason I put 1 star is because you can't rate zero stars.
