IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO I WOULD!!! MIKE IS VERY PREJUDICE! Him and his shop messed up my brand new 2019 Chevy traverse ! Only thing I told him to do was fix a high pressure fuel pump and oil change!! he put a regular fuel pump on there, then I had to remind him it’s supposed to be a high pressured one.they then put the “correct” one on and when I called he said “my guy is out driving it now and it’s still running funny” but now he’s saying they never test drove it? How? My dealership had me a warranty to be covered but because it was not something they messed up! So do NOT SHOP WITH THEM, and DEFINITELY DO NOT GET ANYTHING REPAIRED HERE
I took my truck in and within 5 weeks they still hadn't looked at my truck. I live nearby and I stopped in a few times to be told tomorrow or a couple days. I just went to get it and took it somewhere else. No explanation, call or anything. Just says they've been busy. I come pass there twice a week and seen different cars in and mine had been there weeks before those.
I bought a car from them at Brown Deer auto sales in the winter time just to find out in the summer, the car has overheating problems then the car started. Overheating radiator busted with the hose. I replace everything. Just to find out, they sold me a car where the wire for the band is messed up that causes a car to overheat so I called the guy he says bring it to get scanned so I bring it just so he could tell me come back tomorrow and I’ll bring it the next day just to tell me to come back tomorrow worst experience I had and the car is a Volvo
Don't EVER go to this place. Dropped my car off 8 days ago and it's still sitting where the tow truck set it. Had to have it towed somewhere else. This place deserves 0 stars.

The guy Mike has the worst customer service ever. They couldn’t fix my car and they keep telling me to bring back so they can just have it sit in the parking lot.
I Dropped My Car Off There This Morning At 10am For A Tune Up. Technician Said Mike Was Going To Take Care Of It. I Called From 1pm Til 4pm To See If My Car Was Ready. No Answer. So I Had My Boyfriend Call & They Said They Didn't Have My Car Keys When I Left My Key With Them. So I Called Once More & The Guy That Said They Have My Keys & To Come Get It. I Get There, Mike Had My Keys Sitting On The Counter. He Didnt Say Anything To Me, JustLooked. Never Again. Horrible Customer Service. Unprofessional!
They got me an appointment quickly and got the work done fast very friendly and informative, they were less expensive than the other places I had called. I had a problem with the part that they used it was defective and mike got me right back in and had me a new part and back on the road the next day with no issues great customer service I will definitely be calling them in the future with any auto issues I have!
I bought a truck from there and I had to take it back 4 times then I had to call a lemon Law lawyers to see if they wont fix the problem with the check engine light or I want my money back or the layer will take over. The manager say we will fix it but didnt get done.
Had my car for 2 weeks to call in tell me they don't want too work on because it was a wire on plug plus when I came to get my car tow to another shop the battery was alway dead
