Pleasantly treated and costs were up front. Sat while they fixed my car and everyone who came in during that time was greeted sincerely and treated well. Plan to return for more work on my Subaru, even though I live a ways away.

They helped me do a pre inspection on two cars and when the first car had a major head gasket issue, the owner/manager had offered to do the second inspection for free. As a college student this was a very kind offer and the manager also helped to explain the very complicated issues of a car to make it easier for me to understand. I will definitely be using REIS as my new go-to car maintenance shop. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend Reis Automotive for your next repair, as well as any needed services thereafter! I started going to them a few years ago, and wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else. Everyone I've encountered has been so personable and friendly, respectful at all times. Which I appreciate, as the last thing I want is to feel like a dummy at the repair shop! Beyond that, they've always been able to fix my car issues at a very reasonable price. And if it's something they don't do -- in my case once, an exhaust pipe needing a welding repair -- they recommend other businesses that are trustworthy/reasonably priced. And that gives great peace of mind when stressing over need and cost. My most recent visit..I'd bought a battery at an auto parts store that turned out to be bad. Reis put in a new one, and when I had trouble getting a refund at the other store, Swee personally called and spoke with their commercial sales manager, who in turn called her store manager at home to authorize my return that very day. Something I'd consider only a good friend would do. My personal experiences have been with Swee and Anthony, who I feel super-comfortable working with. They treat me like a friend. They're trustworthy, reasonably priced, and always pleasant and respectful. The kind of place my dad went to when customer service was A-1.

I was in search of a place to replace my headlights as they require specific bulbs and the previous places I brought it to were unable to help. I found REIS Auto and they were amazing to work with. They were very communicative and upfront about what was needed and even included pictures with my report. They also didn’t try to force any services on me, which is super respectable. It was also super affordable to get the work done. I definitely will be coming back here when I need another car fix!

Ive been looking for a reliable mechanic for the past year and happened upon Reis and I am glad I did. I was literally sent videos and pictures of issues via email, was given an estimate prior to the work and was able to then speak to someone about what I wanted all fixed on my vehicle. I am relieved to have found a place I can now come back to for future work. This place was great!

I decided to take my 2008 Hyundai Tiburon to REIS to get brake work done. They were very thorough, provided pictures / videos of various components of my car and didnt try to pressure me into getting any repairs I didn't need or did not want. Very great service and the brakes feep amazing now!

Just wow. I have always been very uncomfortable bringing my car to a shop for repair, its high stress and like most l've had some really bad experience with local mechanics. This repair shop is different. I wasn't pressured into repairs my car didn't need. I was able to visually see what repairs they suggested and why (they take pictures and videos and explain what is going on and why they recommend the repair). I've only been here once, but I don't think I will ever go anywhere else.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Friendly and accommodating, providing a ride I needed being out of town and then picking me up after repairing our car. Service is thorough and they did an excellent job fixing our car at a reasonable expense. If we ever need service when in the area again we will return to Reis Auto Repair. I would recommend Reis for all of your auto needs as they do a thorough job of analyzing your car when in their shop to keep you on the road and off the side of the road. I thank them for their service and assistance.

The inspection, quotes, repairs, and customer service at Reis auto were all fantastic. Anthony kept me in the loop all day with updates and I really appreciate that we receive a link to the inspection with videos and pictures attached! Anthony answered all of my questions about repairs before proceeding with any, and the cost is very reasonable and transparent. Having the visuals such as pictures and videos helps to know exactly what is working and what needs improvement or repairs. I look forward to continuing to work with the staff at Reis auto in the future! I know my car is in great hands with them.

Great communication and I appreciated how in depth they went when it came to the diagnostic for my car. I was sent a link and there were even photos attached! I have never been to a place that has done that and I really loved it! I will definitely be coming back for any and all car stuff!

I went in for an oil change and was provided premium additional service at no cost (brake evaluation, tire rotation, fluid replacement, air filter evaluation, etc.). I paid the price I was quoted and not upsold any additional services. I initially went in for an oil change and emissions testing, but I was told they no longer conduct emissions testing and was given a few locations that do. Not only did they complete all of the above work in a timely manner, but the customer service representative took my car to three different emissions testing facilities to find a place to have it done! I have never had an automotive service go to such lengths, and I felt incredibly grateful. I would like to thank them all so much for their quality work and going way above and beyond what would typically be expected from an automotive service. Keep up the fantastic work!

First time at Reis auto and it won’t be my last. Excellent service by a very friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. They went above and beyond expectations as they thoroughly inspected my car to be sure there were no other issues at no charge. The work they performed was done very well and the price was very fair. They followed up with me regarding the work done to be sure everything was good and that I was happy. I will definitely use this business again and highly recommend them.

Take your car here!!! These guys are great! They were so helpful and thoroughly explained each repair that needed to be made. They also provided pictures, diagrams, and even some video of my car's condition, as well as why the parts were important. They even provided a tiered list showing which repairs were immediately necessary, which were urgent, and which I should just be mindful of in the future.

This place delivers incredible, well-rounded service. My car needed suspension work ($$$) and Reis on Loomis did a great job communicating exactly what work was necessary and they were straightforward about all the costs and timeframe for repair. You can tell they want to do a good job. I appreciate their efforts with my car and will keep going back. They are a trustworthy!
