I was on a work road trip to Milwaukee when my starter when out. RC Automotive came right away, picked up my vehicle and repaired it all in less than 24 hours. I was able to get back on the road and back to my family on schedule thanks to them. Excellent service.
So back in January I had a tow schedule through triple A for my car. Because my drivers side axle broke upon pick up from a company called RC TOWING which is a shop as well as a tow company the owner offered to fix my car since he was located in the area I lived in it was more convenient and I thought cost less for him to fix it. Now fast forward to today my axle pops out of the socket and breaks my control arm because it was a previously used axle and a worn out control arm, not new like what we agreed upon. I call the owner of the shop Cory and I ask him can I get the information for my warranty as well as the receipt that i never received for my supposed to be brand new axle he says he has no information everything is deleted out the system after two weeks. It’s been confirmed from another shop it was a junk yard axle that did not fit my car. I’m paid $300 for parts and labor. My experience has been horrible with this shop he showed no remorse. And lied about it being a brand new part the shop is located at 7419 W Bradley Road The owners name is Cory . I would not recommend letting that shop work on y’all cars. He’s out here scamming innocent people.
They use after market parts to fix cars that don’t work. I don't Understand how you can put in the wrong fuel pump into a car and just clear the check engine light- you guys should be shut down.
Great service! Constant communication regarding eta to arrival. Fast, efficient pick up and drop off. I recommend them if you need towing services for drivable or non-drivable vehicles. Very courteous driver!
I had a terrible morning and this was the second tow service that was dispatched. The young man was SO pleasant, helpful and efficient. He went above and beyond what was needed. His excellent service was greatly appreciated! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. (Young, African-American guy with dreds ❤️)
Bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox for over 6000 dollars only for the check engine light to come on the same day I signed for purchase. Cory Carrigan, the owner, is completely uncooperative, unprofessional, and has done nothing to suffice the situation. I do not recommend this place of “business” to anyone and especially do not buy a car from him. The car needs a catalytic converter and these details were not disclosed at time of purchase. The car also leaks oil and he denies everything I’ve been experiencing with this car. There’s something else wrong every time I use the car and it’s completely affected my lively hood. Do not do business with this place
I recently purchased a vehicle from this company. Customer service was very professional from the start to finish. I loved the fact that the mechanics take time to talk with you about your concerns and did I mention it's a female mechanic there to help you too.. I would be doing business with RCAutomotive again...
