I came at 2pm today, SUNday and there was a workers car inside but the gates were closed. So disappointed.the signs says closed at 3pm. Now I have to take my load of garbage back home until Tuesday!! There needs to be a phone number we can call to complain. Lazy worker needs to be fired. There were also 2 UHAULS waiting at the gate but since it was closed we all had to drive off
Was there this morning, waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they were closed. Dump was full and they couldn't take anymore more things this morning.
Quick and efficient process, was dropping off yard Debris loaded in my vehicle. No cost just verified id as a milwaukee resident. Nice service some items may have a charge to dispose of, so check dpw sanitation website for exact amounts and rates.
Neither location was opened and both online and over the phone for the Lincoln location, stated that it would be open. I went to Lincoln loc. twice today and once on Millroad with my box spring, mattress and frame. People were in line with uhaul's at the Lincoln site, but no service. Millroad location had 2 different signs of days and times that were definitely conflicting.
Great place to get rid of the stuff you don't want that the garbage man don't take however you can only dump up to one cubic yard for free then the minimum charge is 20 bucks which isn't bad at all Mike who is the supervisor up there very professional and knows what he is doing if you have any questions he's more than happy to help
Fast and Efficient. The trash bins are easily accessible since the opening is about waist high. Being able to fill your car/suv with “trash” and dump it for free is even better!
Another week goes by with no service provided from Waste Management...a direct email has been sent informing them exactly where this is and still nothing has been done about it.
Warning: They changed to "winter hours," per their call center, without putting anything on the website, here, or even changing their sign. So, don't go on a Sunday, like we did - it's a giant waste of time.
Other than they should pay more it's ? very weird unique way to earn some $$ if connected to the right situations of course networking is always a + for sure regardless.
Costly. I don't know why I have to pay to drop off refuse when I pay more than $10,000 a year in property taxes. Other wise everyone one was really nice.
Always pleasant and helpful staff members make for a quick and easy visit! They now have an improved system of directing visitors to the correct unloading bin which is very efficient!
Great service today, helpful workers. THANXS, The workers are right there when you need them, The City provides a SERVICE WE SHOULD ALL LOVE SELF HELP CENTERS.

Every time I go, it's quick and easy. Don't let the lines (if any) fool you. They move swiftly. The staff will direct you where to go. It helps to categorize your items as there are different areas for cardboard, TV & electronics, metals, and etc. It's super quick and free (note: depends on what you have to dump)!!! Just go and see for yourself.
Good day to go. No lines. We were in and out within 5 min tops. Staff very friendly and personable. We were directed exactly where we needed to go to dispose of our items we were dropping off.. Recommend highly.
The self help site is clean an the employee's are helpful to a point. Remember it is self help. The process has changed in the control of the client intake. The line of cars is getting longer every time I go there. I go at least two times a week. I can't put my finger on the process change.The self help location is a nessseary service provided by the city.
