I swear people just hate to work for their company at this point. I showed up in the parking lot at 12:08 there was a worker sitting inside one of the Napa trucks with it running. Then another customer pulled into the lot. There was a sign on the door that said will return at 1 pm. I jumped in my truck and so did the other customer to leave. The other customer left and as I was pulling out of the lot at 12:12 the Napa worker went back inside the building. I don’t understand why these companies don’t vet their employees. I went down to oreillys 3 minutes away and spent 1,100.00 on batteries for my plow trucks. Do better Napa employees. This is why you don’t get raises bc you help your company lose money.
Disappointing Experience with Napa Auto Parts
I recently visited Napa Auto Parts with high expectations, given its reputation for quality. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.
First, the customer service was subpar. I had to wait a significant amount of time before anyone acknowledged me, despite the store not being particularly busy. When I finally received assistance, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked knowledge about the products. Simple questions about compatibility with my vehicle were met with vague answers or shrugged shoulders.
Second, the inventory was a letdown. I went in for a common part, but it was out of stock. Worse, the employee couldn't provide a clear timeline for when it might be available, nor did they offer to order it for me. It was frustrating to feel like I was on my own to solve the issue.
Finally, the prices were surprisingly high. I understand paying a premium for quality, but when you're getting mediocre service and limited options, the cost feels unjustified. I ended up finding the same part online for much less, with faster delivery.
Overall, Napa Auto Parts needs to step up its game in both service and stock management. Until then, I'll be exploring other options for my automotive needs.
Horrible customer service. I went there at 11 AM, on a week day and during open business hours. The open sign flashing and the doors are locked. I could see at least two employees inside make eye contact with me and ignore me. I stood there for at least 10 minutes holding two heavy boxes with cores that I needed to turn in. I was totally flabbergasted by the lack of acknowledgment by the employees. I’ll never return to this store ever again.
Trash... Staff just act like there's no customers in the building. I stood there for 10,15 minutes with a staff member literally 10ft away. He never acknowledged me or another guy in there trying to get parts. I mean at least say something to us. I took my 500.00 to the State st. location.
They need to do some staff training. Pathetic
I'm a Brinks driver and I go to this location at least once a week. The Store manager has been rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. He has belittled me, cussed at me and other things. If he treats someone who is giving him change orders this way, what would you be any different? It's best to do business elsewhere.
I came to Napa in need of a wiper blade. Now, I'm not someone who doesn't know how to install a blade. I grew up in Wyoming. Before my Dad let us drive, we knew how to change oil, tires, alternator, plugs, wires, & belts. You may drive 3 hrs before seeing ppl. But I was lazy today. I needed some help. Thankfully the guys not only found me the correct blade, but helped me put it on.. Thanks NAPA.
I was told they did not have what I wanted and they were sold out, so after checking the shelf, the product o was looking for was the and alot of it. They clerk said he didn't know that was a substitute. Then, I Couldn't pay for the product because the computers were not working. Worst, Napa experience ever. Sorry NAPA you have lost a customer.
NAPA's Carlyle tools have representatives come to collages (personal experience). They are one of the only professional tool companies that offer their tools in regular stores, giving them the ability to make acceptable amounts of money wile selling they're product at a RELATIVELY low price with easily respectable quality. Now that I recall, they also have Good electrical parts.
