Walked into this store & the clerk was on the phone screaming and yelling at a custom then called home to someone yelling while customers were in the store because she broke her phone while drunk for new years. I proceeded to the check out to purchase oil and asked if someone was available to check the oil for me & was rudely told no because no one was available. I then asked the clerk why was she being so rude & called her out on the conversations I’ve heard since entering the store & she became upset and threatened to call the police. She called the police and made a false call stating I was refusing to leave the store

This store sucks. TERRIBLE unhelpful people allegedly working there.

I had a great experience replacing my battery at Advanced Auto Parts on Brown Deer Rd in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In particular I would like to mention Jelani who helped me find the correct battery and expertly installed it taking the time to make sure it fit perfectly.

Jennifer, she’s the manager at this location I raise in India. I have a broken English bad accent even though I have this kind of English. She understood my accent accent and she understand my broken English and she came. She helped me such a great and she helped me how to install my wiper blades one of the car washes the blower take out my Wiper blades off my car windshield and I was struggling past two days because it’s a long weekend I didn’t find any Mechanic, but I’ve stopped by at advance Auto Parts and Jennifer the manager. She’s the best she helped me in frictions of second she resolve my issue. She is the best if anyone wants to get any business with her please stop by at this advance, auto parts she’s the best thank you ma’am.

Travis was extremely polite, helpful and patient . I had a pickup order but later returned to purchase something else that appeared to be in stock online. Although there was a discrepancy of the lug wrench not actually there he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied including contacting another location for me . We need more people like him in the customer service industry. Thank you Travis ! 100/ 10

Girl at counter was rude as can be, hat on sideways didn't say a word tossed my change on counter when my hand was there for my change. Not nice at all

Jelani Carroll is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful every time I come to the store. His attitude is always up beat and his willingness to do all that he can is very much appreciated. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE IMMINENTLY PLEASE !

I wanted to share my experience at your Advance Auto location. I visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon to replace my car battery. The store was not busy, with only a couple of employees inside, yet I was left to replace the battery myself outside in the cold. Unfortunately, Ken, who I interacted with, showed no effort to assist, despite the lack of other customers or tasks requiring attention. It was disappointing to see staff watching from inside the warm store while I worked on the battery outside in freezing temperatures. This lack of service did not meet the helpful and customer-focused reputation I’ve come to expect from Advance Auto. I hope this feedback can help improve the team’s responsiveness to customers in the future. Thank you.

I would give them zero/no stars but of course you have to choose 1 as a minimum. Walked in this store to purchase cleaning supplies and air fresheners for my car. Three of there staff were present and visible. Not one spoke, offered to help or anything. The one guy that was stocking a shelf or doing inventory seemed irritated when I attempted to turn down his aisle he slid his cart to the side while sucking his teeth and ROLLING HIS EYES AT ME!…. (the very first aisle when you walk in the doors) which contained almost everything I needed. He and another staff looked at me briefly and turned their heads and continued on with whatever they were doing. I felt bad so I didn’t interrupt them but stayed in the store for a moment looking at a few other items I needed but then heard the 3rd staff that was at the counter (whom also was present when I walked in) burst into laughter at something he was viewing on his phone. Still no assistance was offered. I decided to go to my car to place an order hoping that it would be ready same day as that seemed easier and more comfortable than dealing with the staff onsite. Decided against that too. I’ll take my coins elsewhere. This place is horrible and they need new management or to at least train their staff on customer service.

They greeted me and asked if I needed help finding something right away! The workers are very attentive and go the length to help their customer. If something isn't on the floor they ask if you have time for them to check in the back. They were very respectful and knowledgeable, about my product.

Placed and paid for an order online. Website said I can call as soon as I arrive and they will bring it out curbside. Got there and called, guy either had no idea that they even do curbside or he didn't care - he told me I have to go in. Are you kidding me? Whats the purpose of curbside if it's not even implemented!? Anyway, I went in and told them I have an order placed online, he asked for my name & within seconds says there's no order there. He couldn't even think outside the box by asking me for my order #??? I'm the one who suggested he search that instead. After a few minutes he finds my item which was only a few feet from him. My name was right on it! I should've read the reviews on Google maps before buying from there. The area smelled like weed! I thought maybe a customer was smoking outside....but I think they were smoking inside too. Normally I don't mind the smell of weed, but this ain't the place for it. It's like they go out of their way to deter you from buying here. Won't be back.

Must say I want to send a shout out to the staff at this fine establishment. I went to O’Reilly‘s on Mill Road and no one seem to want to help me, So I travel down the road to get all the help that I needed. I bought three batteries for my box truck they asked could they help me install but the truck was not there they help me roll them out get them into the car. I even got wiper blades with an extended warranty so I know I can go back and get more when I need them. I must say they’re doing something right at this location. Thanks for making me feel so welcomed.So

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. lazy workers who just talk and talk to there coworkers rather then help customers. walked in needing help with a piece that connects to the battery .. and rather then helping us. He gave us attitude and cocky saying there right in front of us.. and then told him I can't find the exact piece, And he repeats himself with "THERE RIGHT THERE"... This place doesn't even deserve a one star.

Cam & Brandy’s customers service was AMAZING… They greeted myself and other customers. We’re very informational with what I needed to know. Cam was able to successfully change my battery out my vehicle. Out of Auto zone & O’reilys & I called both including this store I am glad I spent my money here. It was definitely worth it. THANK YOU CAM/Brandy for your positive energy, your awesome customer service & your speedy service.

It was a rough day for the two staff members (Cam and Shonda), phone ringing, confused customers. But the two people running the store did their best to get everyone what they needed. They could really use some more help.

Purchased a lawn tractor battery in March2023 just to have it die on me in August from a factory defect..the top seal leakage which drained the power. Was denied replacement or refund…. Never shop there ever again…..!!!

Was there this morning and the African American lady was rude AF. I started with good morning she said hi and picked up the phone ( no give me a second nothing) hung up the call and still said nothing so I started telling her what I needed and she still said nothing nor did she acknowledge anything I was saying. I also told her I have my vin if she needed it. She started reading off prices and I asked her if they only have one brand in stock she stated “I’m giving you the cheapest” I said I’m looking for something in the middle and she said that is in the middle. Then started talking to her male counterpart and was very pleasant with him. Asked me for engine size told her I had vin I wasn’t sure and if someone can go out and look (she got irritated by me saying that) she said no we don’t do that here. I said thank you and walked out. She was just too rude. I needed brake pads rotors all around and a battery. I went and spent my money elsewhere.

Needed new break lights tried various other companies but they either wouldn't install, or had to order the bulbs! This was my third attempt and the employees were kind and helpful. Never had a bad experience here personally, they have always been willing to help, it's the simple kindnesses that people remember for later.

This is not a great Auto Store to shop at. It is not very often I leave a 1-2 star review for most businesses I reviewed. However, during my visit to grab a tar removal spray and some terry cloth, there was only one employee actively working, while the others wondering around the shop. This one employee was actively helping customers. She was assisting a customer with battery terminal issues, ringing up customers, and also trying to answer questions for the UPS guy trying to pick up a box. Two other employees appeared from the back but they look very tired and unmotivated. The gentlemen just walk right pass me, no greeting or nothing. He didn't look too happy to be at work. The second lady did eventually ring me up after she realized I have been waiting for a while to check out. I left afterward but it is unfortunately based on what I have observed, I have concluded that the majority of the team members here working this day is not equipped to help Automotive customers, or any for that matter. I hope they straighten up as this location is closer to me and I would like to return to support my local nearby businesses.

Remember this guys, your store closes at 9 PM. Please don't ignore my hello or avoid making contact to help. I had 10 minutes left until close on 5/24/2018. Please help me get my needed parts, guide me to the coolant next time. I don't work for you, you serve me until I leave your store. I felt I was polite and patient. One star short of five, I hope for five next time. Thanks.
