I had a defective alternator and exchange it, still bad and ordered a new one thru the shop I work at and they wouldn't accept the return on the faulty one which is against their policy and had to call corporate to get my return processed by a different store all because the store manager didn't want to take the hit on the return

I asked for help with my front wipers, they refused to help me. The staff also have poor customer service, they made it seem like I was a nuisance just stepping into the store ?

I've been coming to this location for years and i must say it's always a pleasure.I Would Like to give a shout out to Branden,who is always helpful and goes out his way to assist me with problems . The staff in the store are very knowledgeable about their products compared to many other parts stores I've been to.

The autozone on 76th and Clinton has the worst customer service and was not helpful. I purchased two wiper blades about a month ago. The associate put my wiper blades on for me with no problem. Today I was on the freeway and my passenger wiper blade broke off literally while I was driving. I went to my nearest Autozone on Brown Deer Road and I explained to him what happened and he told me that I need to go to the store where I bought them and they will make it right and he also looked at the broken blade on my car and couldn’t understand how that happened. So I went to the store on 76th where I purchased the blades and explained to the store manager Vanessa what happened and she got an attitude with me and told me why would he tell me that Autozone would make it right. She told me I would need to come back tomorrow morning and speak with a different manager tomorrow morning. I didn’t have my receipt so she could not do anything and that I would have to come back tomorrow morning. I said ok and decided to buy one wiper blade because the blade was broke and it was scratching my windshield. I asked can the young man she was working with me install it and he told her no. She then proceeded to tell me it’s only them two in the store so he can’t help me put the wiper blade on even though there were no other customers in the store. I left the wiper blade and told her this is poor customer service and she told me I’m sorry you feel that way and have a good day. I went to Autozone on Mainstreet in Menomonee Falls and Josh saw me in line and he was carrying a box and he put the box down and told me I can help you. I purchased my wiper blade and asked can he put on the blade and he told me of course he would even though it was 29 degrees outside and it was him and one other associate working. I asked him how do I file a complaint and I explained to him what happened and he said don’t worry and he made it right. Josh was very kind and he cared about what I experienced at the Autozone on 76th and Clinton. I will never go back to that store because of how I was treated. Poor customer service, poor management, people that don’t want to work. Josh thank you again for your kindness and compassion you showed me today. I appreciate you.

Well stocked, but the employee was not very helpful this morning. Maybe he was still sleepy, I don't know. FYI: You should perk up and be as cordial as possible to your customers, even if you're not feeling it. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that one because of this negative experience.

I called first, to see if they had a fuel door for my truck and the guy was very helpful. When I got there it was at the front counter, as he said it would be. The young lady came out to check to see if it was the right one. All in all, great service

Terrible customer service, the website showed they had the brake parts I needed & when I got to the store I was told they were not in stock without the clerk even checking the shelf. I was told to go to another location that had the parts & when I got there they said the parts were not in stock. AutoZone better get their act together before they lose all their customers. I don't have time to drive all over looking for parts.

I went here just looking for lightbulbs, but was greeted with more than just parts. DJ was behind the counter with the knowledge and experience to truly assist me. This auto zone is very good to go to and I would recommend it. I went to a different auto zone about 30 minutes down the road and was met with rude and not good customer service. So if you need anything I highly recommend DJ and the brown deer rd auto one.

Very helpful and great customer service. The young lady at the counter was able to direct to exactly what I went for and the young man was nice enough to show me and instructed me on how to use it and did a diagnostic test for me as well and very patient with me. November A few days ago I went to the same autozone and Steven B was a great help with helping me to get the right wipers and paint color for my car. I was very impressed with the great customer service. This is definitely the store I will go to as I have been here 3 times now in last couple months different people each time but always great customer service

Went to the AutoZone on 76th Street in Milwaukee. Greeted by Cortez as soon as I entered. Looked up the wipers I needed, checked to be sure they were correct for my car (Tesla Model S), and then put them on for me. What customer service!!! This is who is part of our new work force, going above and beyond. Employee of the Month material.

the “Store manager” Maynesha i believe was her name. she looked very unkept as if she wasn’t prepared for work, and was talking on the phone while helping me. I was extremely disappointed with her service. i will not be back to this location.

This review is for Rachel. I first met her over the phone. I called for a large order. Now I'm a woman and she is as well and when I tell you she knew exactly what I needed and checked inventory to make sure she had everything, it was on and popping. Every time I go there I only need her to help me. thanks Rachel

I apologize that I did not catch his name, but there was a gentlemen there with dreads who went above and beyond to service me. He helped me with checking my engine light, offering solutions, even ran out to give me my paper that I forgot. Awesome experience

Ordered iridium spark plugs for my truck online for next day delivery and AutoZone ships with FedEx, so next day delivery is usually early evening the next day. They advertise iridium, the receipt says iridium and the shipping package says iridium but they switch them to copper. So I am out the money I spent because I need my truck to get to work and they said it would take 24 to 48 hours to even get the replacement order started. They are using false advertising and baiting you into buying the advertised part then switching it to a lower grade part. Dishonest company

I was greeted & help by the most, knowledgeable, professional, and kind manager I've ever encountered in ANY establishment. Lex F. is so efficient in his craft that I believe anyone who has the chance to receive his assistance, will feel the same appreciation and also make this their go to location. The worst place ever lousy customer service from the top managers to the regular employee. I placed an order on 6/25/2021 and was told it would arrive on 6/26 and that they would call me when it was in. I didn’t hear back so on 6/27 I went to the store to pick up my order. I asked for my order and they told me without even checking the computer that my order was not in that I should check with them on 6/28. I asked to please check the computer to see if the order was placed. They insisted yes the order was placed and I should check back on Monday 6/28. I then asked the manager to double check while most of the employees including the person who was helping me were on there personal cell phones. To make a long story short my order was never placed so I decided to take my businesses elsewhere. Don't let the 1 star fool ya...you cannot post if you don't rate it.

This place is poorly run from the top to the bottom. Each employee is entertaining their personal cell phones instead of helping customers. This store does not even deserve a 1 star rating but I cannot post unless I do. Avoid this store like the plague. If you want excellent service go to Advantage Auto Parts on Brown Deer Road.

I bought a used Prius a few months ago, and had a very hard time replacing the wiper blades a couple of weeks ago. I evidently didn't do a great job, because one of them flew off when I was using them on the highway today. I tried to get new ones at another store, and they didn't have them. They sent me to AutoZone. The replacement blades I was first sold didn't fit. Tierra got me a new set and she and Eric tried to put them on. Those didn't fit, either. They refused to give up, and eventually found a set that worked. They were helpful and kind and thanked me for my patience. I appreciate that they spent so much time to get me blades that worked.

Hazel and Shaunta was so joyful to work with. Their customer service was over the top. and they need to be on a commercial for Auto zone GET IN THE ZONE. ITS LIKE A FREE ZONE. THEY MADE ME HAPPY!!!!

Lifesavers!!! Courtney got me together. My battery died on me and I came to get a new one. The manager Tierra who was the nicest lady, helped me in the cold when he could have turned me away. The guy guy was also helping and learning. They all had excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store!

Excellent Customer Service! They went Over & Beyond to make sure I was taken Care of! They made sure I got all my Discounts! Even offered to put my Light Bulbs in my Honda! I was Definitely Pleased with the Service! I will Definitely be going Back!

A place to get parts that range in quality from cheep high end parts like Moog. I don't trust inexpensive oil products which they have because you get what you pay for, however, if you're on a budget and it's got to be done, it's a good place to go. Judging by price, they have a fairly, high end torque wrench, and everything on a car has a dedicated torque setting, an important thing to get. They're "better one" runs about 400 to rent, Wich is edging in on the price of a shop tool. The staff there, despite is has some good Knowledge. They're computer system has good info too.

All in all, a great place for your auto parts needs. The few times I've shopped there, the sales people have been friendly. I've had situations where the person didn't seem to know how to look up something on the computer and I'd have to assist. Recently was sold the wrong wiper blade. They took it back without issue and found the right one for my vehicle. The guy politely offered to help me install it if necessary. I went and installed it myself while in their parking lot, just in case they did it to me again, but it was the right part.

My order was ready and waiting for me when i got to the store the customer service lady( c r s ) was nice a and asing if i would be needing another hedlight, because i only picked up one, ad you really should replace both at the same time( i did remember that) and she had foreseen this and had another headlight pulled and waiting for me. Mostly nice people who are even willing to help look at your car when it's freezing outside. Glad they are willing to do that. Plus They have some nice deals that you can get. Also they have car accessories and anything you may need for your car. And if you dont know what you need they can look it up on their computers to make sure you get the correct products for your car. Thanks for helping I appreciate it.
