Lady on phone was rude as ever. Totally unprofessional and needs training. She did not seem like she wanted to be bothered, nor did she communicate well at all. Her tone and behavior was of no help, and she kept repeating the same sentence over and over which made it quite difficult to understand where she was going. She gave me quite an attitude as well which I did not need in my circumstsnce of needing tow help.

Trash Company. I called to get towed and they were extremely rude and disrespectful; they were of no help at all and said that I should ask a police officer to call a tow truck for me instead.

This company has got to be fake. Do not waste hours of your life waiting for them like I did. I would give zero stars if I could.

Called for service on a Saturday and they told us they had no trucks out today....they are not 24/7 service.

Waited 2-3 hours and no show. Called them to cancel and they sounded so happy they didn’t have to come. Never call them to tow your car, they won’t even come.?

Never thought I'd be on the road stranded the only good part about this company was the pricing. Lied to the cops said they called me 5 times and dropped my request for tow never got any of those call or even a single voice mail. He said a voice mail was a waist of time.
