Everyone was very friendly. They were able to help me out with what I needed. They had good recommendations on the tires that I received. They were able to take care of me with the care and kindness that I would hope most people would give. I’m going to make this Fire Stone, my permanent Firestone from now on.
I work nearby and this is super convenient to drop my car off and go to work. By the end of the day they have me set to go. They have nailed my alignments where the car tracks perfect!
I've had the worst experience ever. Dealing with Will, Ethan and Jarvis was absolutely horrible. I hate that I ever went there. They were not helpful, they do not keep you informed, they lie in your face, my vehicle was there for over 2 months which the first month they didn't even touch it. I went to check the status and Will the manager said "I have no clue what's wrong with your vehicle is just been sitting there?". Then he said that he was new to the location, whatever. You see a vehicle just sitting on the lot and no one asks what's wrong with it??♀️. They left me on hold everytime I called them then wondered why I was upset when I had to go up there to get an update. I reported all my valid concerns to the area manager, district manager and corporate level and no one responded. I spoke more with the 1-800 customer service number to file a complaint then i did with anyone else. No one still has reached out regarding my complaint that has been continuous since Dec 17th. I pray nothing happens yo the parts replaced cause I never want to deal with that Firestone location again. I finally received my vehicle back but guess what my plates were removed/stolen so now I have to purchase new plates SMH. When my vehicle was given to them to work on my battery worked just fine, picked it up and boom had to buy a whole new battery. No one can explain that either. Stay away from this location.

They are the best hands up at being nice with no help at all. Also people that need real quick help like getting air for flat tire near by. Not here super busy with no lines and phone stay ringing so much they can't walk 3ft away to look at what someone is talking about... Firestone is the best just not in brown deer
Need to replace a tire. Got in same day. Spoke with Will and he was very nice. Quoted me 275 and thats exactly what I paid, no random fees or didn't say you need this and that lol. Said it would take about and hour to an hour and a half. Even though they had only one tech, got it done within an hour and a half (I set a timer lol). Overall great experience with Will there ??. Im 5ft and he's at least 6ft, he didnt want to adjust my seats and squeezed himself in to drive my car out lol. Thank you for being considerate, funny you accidentally honked the horn and your head was touching the roof lol. Thanks for the laugh.
This is my favorite Firestone!! They always get me in & out in a timely manner. Will & Jarvis always take their time to explain things throughly to me so I can actually understand what they mean. Hands down the best customer service ever!!!

Never again! I came to this location to get a diagnostics on my power steering leak, paid the fee they gave me paperwork stating it was my pressure line. Ok bomb paid $600 something to get that fixed all to get to my vehicle when picking it up from them and have NO power steering, my steering wheel was tight! I go an tell them Jarvis has the mechanic look at it again. They come back and tell me he didn’t put the O ring on! Jarvis apologizes for the inconvenience and specifies the mechanic should have test drove after the repair (which I agree but that’s neither here nor there). Once he fixed that car was driving smoothly but they had recommended a serpentine belt replacement due to corrosion from the leak, and replacing my pump due to the whining sound it was making said it could be from not having adequate fluid. I did end up properly getting my belt replaced but I utilized the Menomonee falls location because I was in disbelief that the mechanic didn’t properly install my line. I still noticed I was leaking fluid and since they repaired the pressure line and stated THAT was the cause of the leak I went back to them, this time we did a dye test to see where the leak was and Jarvis informed me it was my power steering return hoses. This job would be another $600, and they recommended replacing the pump that job alone was $1700. I could phantom to keep spending that kind of money so I took it to another mechanic all for them to properly diagnosis the vehicle, I did not need the return hoses replaced or a pump, that O ring that he supposedly fixed with the pressure line was not on there correctly! I will never ever again let that mechanic touch my vehicle. I wouldn’t even stop there to use their bathroom I am so disappointed in this company! They cost me unnecessary money when they could of properly diagnosed the vehicle and PROPERLY fixed the issue. And I will yell from the rooftops not to trust them with your car! NEVER AGAIN!
I had a really good experience with Will and Bobby! Even though they’re a little tight right now, they were able to get me in and were complete honest and transparent about my car problems. Great service!
This place is hell on earth. I’m forced to come here to get a work vehicle serviced periodically. Each visit is exponentially worse than the last. The service and disorganization is so bad I feel like I’m on a hidden camera show being pranked.
The hours have been reduced due to not having enough staff. I dropped my car off on my lunch at 1pm and was supposed to pick it up when I got off work at 4pm, but when I arrived to pick it up, it was still up on lifters with no tires. I had to wait an additional hour for it to be done. I was grateful to even get an appointment because of the reduced hours...but not a good experience based on the cost of the tires and no discount was available!
Jarvis was amazing 2nd time in for service got us right in and out also Ethan was great with getting me the 3 tires I needed these guys a very hard workers
Absolutely awful! Don’t go here. I wanted a simple tire replacement. It took over 4h to do a simple tire replacement. Like omg. What a sham. Wasted my entire day here and lost an entire work day due to their slowness. Never coming here again!
Jarvis and Bobby did a wonderful job. They made sure my vehicle was well taken care of even with the short staff and the cut hours. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and work on my vehicle. Definitely a place I would recommend

They have had company vehicles for weeks and no call on when they are done. I call in and it takes 10 times before someone answers. Then they put you on hold and never come back. Starts ringing again and no one answers. Then a message that no one is available to take your call. What a joke of a business. Ever since management changed the service is terrible. My company will no longer be using this joke of a Firestone. Already had issues with them unplugging stuff so error lights go away. Good riddance Firestone. You lost a business account.
After getting one appointment randomly cancelled with absolutely no warning or attempt to reschedule with me at one Firestone location, I called another Firestone nearby and Marilyn was able to work my car in on short notice. Incredibly understanding and committed to providing the best service possible. I would absolutely recommend people take their cars to the Firestone on Brown Deer Road for any maintenance issues
My Worst Experience at Firestone – Will Not Return
This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but my experience today at Firestone left me extremely disappointed.
I had an appointment at 9:30 AM for a simple oil change. I arrived at 9:25 AM. There was only one lady at the front desk, handling phone calls, customers, and communicating with the technicians all at once. In the past, oil changes here took no more than 30 minutes, and since my workplace is only 10 minutes away, I thought I’d be fine.
Unfortunately, that was not the case today. There was only one technician working on all the vehicles, and I ended up waiting for over two hours just for an oil change. No one informed me about the delay when I arrived. If I had known, I would’ve left right away.
Because of this unexpected delay, I was late to work for the first time ever, and part of my salary was deducted. Even when I asked them to bring my car down so I could leave, they refused. The front desk lady was unhelpful and kept saying, “I’m alone here, it’s not my fault,” in a very unprofessional manner.
To make things worse, I was charged $57, when I usually pay around $34 for the same service.
This experience was both stressful and costly. I will never return to this location again. They caused unnecessary damage to my work and treated me

Like most people I am not a fan of having to take my vehicle in for work/repairs. So I was not looking forward to my appointment to take my vehicle in. But after going and working with Marilyn I had a whole new attitude. She has such an amazing attitude and truly cares about explaining everything and anything that may be needed. She took the time to go over everything with me and explain what needed to be done as soon as possible and what could wait but still needed to be taken care of. I will be back for all my car/tire needs to be able to work with such an amazing employee like Marilyn..
I have been bringing my vehicles here for more than 15 years and I have always had a positive experience with how I was treated and how my vehicles were treated. I keep coming back for very good reasons!! Also, you can really tell that Marilyn respects her customers and cares that their vehicles are safe, keeping her customers safe!!! I feel that this is the attitude of all of the staff here.
Marilyn was amazing she helped me apply for a credit card and went over and beyond to help me figure out what was most important at this time. She did not pressure me to buy anything she just wants me to be safe while I drive. She is honest and respectful to me and other customers. She was running around helping multiple customers at once and had a smile on her face the whole time. Thus will be my new shop from now on it is all because of Marilyn. Otherwise I would not come back. Thank you Marilyn for your honesty and help.
Where do I begin….My initial appointment was an inspection. I was experiencing coolant leaks. They had my car for 6hrs just to inspect. Once the inspection was complete, we scheduled for the leak to be fixed a few days later. I brought my vehicle on time to this appointment. Firestone had my vehicle for 8hrs and did not do the work! No communication! It took me calling them for an update for them to inform me of this. I rescheduled seeing that I had already paid them for the inspection. I brought my car in thinking I wouldn’t have any more coolant leaks once they made the necessary repairs. The following day my car was leaking again! I brought it back just for them to tell me that now I needed a thermostat. It’s mind boggling how I paid for a coolant inspection and they didn’t tell me that initially. They also looked to see why my coolant was still leaking and told me that there weren’t any leaks. Per the attached photos, my car is leaking more than it was leaking when I brought it to them to inspect. When I initially brought my car, the leaks were mild now it’s much worst. I personally don’t think they did anything to fix my car. I was supposed to get a coolant flush but it was apparent that it wasn’t flushed. The coolant I used was orange, and the coolant they use is yellow. Not only was my coolant empty when I got my truck back, but it also had the orange coolant residue still in which indicates that it wasn’t flushed. Now I have to bring my car back for the 4th time for the same problem. I work full time and I’m currently in nursing school full time. I don’t have time to keep bringing this vehicle back and forth to them. It has been 5 days since I called corporate with the understanding that I would get a call back in 2 business days and that has not happened. This is ridiculous. Never again!! I’m really getting pissed off
I had worked done on 11/1 and they suggested I need brand new tires and a wheel alignment. Did the work and a week later was about to get on the expressway and my tire flew off my vehicle and damaged my entire car. I am still driving a rental and awaiting them to repair or total out my car and reimburse my rental and tow fees. They have not called me or kept in contact with me concerning the repairs on my vehicle. I was told to reach out and file a claim through their insurance and that is what I did and they sent an inspector out and found Firestone negligent. I would not refer anyone there . Customer service is terrible as well as their work ethic.
