GPS was removed from my dashboard and left on the floor of my car screen down. I do not recommend this company or trust that they will take care when handling property that doesn’t belong to them
This place is trash as all the comments mention. Really want to report them to the BBB for how they do business and target people. I was towed after helping a friend move and I was there for UNDER 10 MINUTES. INSANE! Close this company down
They literally just towed my son’s friend vehicle and it’s only 7:pm. He wasn’t even visiting a hour. Someone really needs to report these people to a new station . I honestly think they’re towing ppl vehicles illegally. Especially if they’re visiting and not staying over night.
My daughter messed up, parked in a non parking spot, got towed. Went to Always Towing to get it back, looked up beforehand what we would need to get the car back. We were prepared, nobody was there, in and out in 20 minutes. I was a little nervous to go based on the previous reviews. Honestly, if you own up to the fact that you made a mistake and parked somewhere you shouldn’t have, the process is a lot smoother. Sure it sucks and it’s a hassle, nobody wants to pay $300. I know my daughter has definitely learned her lesson. Being rude and blaming the tow company people does nothing. The man that helped us was super nice and professional. This is a real review, not someone the tow company knows. Lol. Just play by the rules guys and you won’t have to deal with situations like getting your car towed.
I was charged a special fee of 150 dollars and It was a compact car a 2011 Ford sedan. Not a 4x4 I asked was Promised a Call back after I had to Pay $450 for basically 1 working day and a half. I still Haven't heard from them as of Yet. ***I Didn't need a special tow period
Literally towed my vehicle due to being on the lot literally for less than 15 minutes and I didn’t have a sticker as of yet … told the guy my situation how I was involved in a hit and run accident about a month ago which my older vehicle with the valid sticker was totaled and I literally just scrapped up on this new car and hadn’t had the proper opportunity to go and get my new sticker… mind you it’s the weekend and the main office of my property management isn’t open until Monday … no leniency, no warning, no nothing just straight savages … Just remember God don’t like ugly and everyone has there judgement day …..I will just leave that there …..
The absolute worst company out there. My sticker is always in the car..and it fell off the window due to the heat...again still in the car always in the car. So because it was not visible (because it fell) my car was towed...not once but twice. I told them, let them look in car and still said it's not visible. I will never rent from a person who uses this company. They need to be shut down or at least do the job correctly.
Heartless company towed my rental while I was at my grandmother’s funeral. After having it for less than 12 hours, I was told I was being charged $380. Representative at window couldn’t tell me the breakdown of charges. He just pointed to a plaque With $150 special tool fee (Couldn’t explain what special tool was being used for a four-wheel-drive car) $150 tow fee, and a $25 storage fee. I’m a visitor to the city, but it’s OK. I just pray all their affairs, paperwork, and taxes are in order and up to date , cause I have a surprise for them..
Very unprofessional, had to come all the way up there because they wrongfully towed my car, and was upset because they thought they was gone make some money. A company full of broke people trying to take advantage
They towed our car and completely cracked the rear bumper from side to side didn't use dollies so they draged it up the flatbed in park, what an awful company who doesn't care about people's property or take pride. Would give 0 stars if possible. Picked up my car not even a full 12 hours after they towed me. Still got the $25 "storage fee". Like other reviews I thought $150 isn't too bad but then I was charged $388! This place looks scummy because it is scummy. Special equipment is another way to say "up charging the poor people in this place"
I'm calling a lawyer about this "special equipment fee" I drive a Toyota. Have gotten tows before and was never hit with this fake equipment fee. I hope everyone at this business feels ashamed how they charge people just trying to get THEIR property back
Around 3:30 in the morning, a flatbed came to check the property and when he found a truck that wasn’t supposed to be there, he followed protocol until he took pictures of the sliders and removed them before he loaded the truck on the flatbed, another scam for $145. Took the pictures and everything but removed them before taking the truck
Extremely frustrated - I want to help my sister get her car out, offering to pay with my credit card (which matches my ID) + which matches my physical appearance, but was told I couldn’t because the name on the card doesn't match the registration.
Then I was told to pay in cash, which is ridiculous. What if someone doesn’t have the funds? It’s called a credit card for a reason! Then when I asked to see the “policy” that supposedly backs this up, I was told they didn’t have it. How can you refuse payment and then not even provide the policy that states such? This is clearly just a way to keep the car longer and rack up more fees. It’s dishonest and unfair.

As I'm reading the reviews, this company mostly replies to comments "Just so you know we we take your complaint seriously and defamatory claims and/or statements will be prosecuted" as if that is going to scare someone from sharing their HORRIBLE experience. The man provided initially friendly service upon arrival, however the woman that that I talked to after him had a horrible attitude, getting angry with me for asking why it's taking 30+ minutes to pull a vehicle from their lot. Also, while waiting for 30 minutes for them to pull our vehicle, I snapped this wonderful photo. "Rules for yee, not for thee!"
Make you stand outside because they take one at a time. So be prepared to wait. Oh they close from 12 till 1 and not taking any customers at that time. Horrible company. Charges you $360 just for towing your car that you didn’t ask to get towed Smdh and that’s just the starting price
Was charged $300 to get my car when they only had it one day which I paid with no problem just to get my car and find that my wallet was stolen out of it by either the tow driver or one of their other employees. No one seemed to care showed no empathy just told me to file a complaint. My important things are in my wallet along with my cards and drivers license and id. We trust you all with our things just for y’all to steal out of our cars when y’all had no business searching through my car anyways… I’d like my belongings back or I will be taking legal actions
340 dollars to get my car back. My id and everything was in there even my house keys I had to stay at my brothers crib that night. I don’t know how they took my car in under 10 minutes because I was in his apartment just to say welcome back from their honeymoon and we talked and then as I leave it was gone. Now next morning as we go pick up the car. I was like 150 fee ain’t bad then I saw special equipment fee and now that was done bs. My car is a sedan only and on top of that when I entered my detailed car not even a week ago. Dirt on the ground and the seat was messy. The guy that was driving my car looks dirty and didn’t care about his hygiene. And was holding my keys. Plus 25 dollar fee for 24 hours of storage even though I picked it up 40 minutes once they opened. Plus it’s in the northside so roads are trash. Also it’s one person allowed in. I had to sit outside and wait until I was next. If it’s negative outside that’ll harm someone. All in all. They people love money and if they see a car for a split second they’re taking it. On top of that. While we were inside. I was scared that they were going to take my friends car that was parked because they can probably do that so I kept on looking at it outside the window. Outside is filthy btw. It fits the people working there. Ofc I was polite with the staff because I’m not the type of guy to make their day worse because someone else will do that job for me.
Sad to see apartment management and tow businesses ???? take away from hard working people in the community allegedly... They are not the police and cant check your vehicles records or validity in any systems so if you forgot to put your sticker on and park on your apartment lot which works hand in hand ???? ? with this company supposedly lol you get towed away even if you actually live there, ...but management made the call supposedly?... probably need to revise rules n cameras etc.. when did they tow it? in my experience the time was a lie! And the strange fees additionally crazy! Common and poor people vampires hand in hand. This operation is nothing new.

Ever hear of someone being towed for parking over the line? Me either. Certainly not for nearly 400$ for one day. There isn’t a justifiable reason to charge basically half of rent for less than 24 hours of having my car. To get there then have to hand over my keys after paying, yet need a receipt to take my car is beyond a waste of time. I wasn’t in there yelling or being rude or even questioning, Be as quick getting my car back as you did taking it. Just to reiterate, right under half of a rent payment, more than my car payment, for less than 24 hours of even possessing my car.
On March 30, 2024 Always towing stole my vehicle out the driveway of my apartment complex, after talking with my landlord. I was told my vehicle shouldn’t been moved without his permission, because my parking permit was in my window and has been since I moved in here in September of 2023. I contacted always towing and asked about my vehicle and got a response stating that my permit wasn’t visible enough for them to not have towed my vehicle. Therefore your stating you seen my permit but was unsatisfied with how it was in my window to your liking and proceeded to yo take my car.
Was not looking forward to this experience as I read some horrible reviews before I left to pick up my towed car. Walking in the establishment expecting to have to bring out my worst attitude I was greeted with nothing but courtesy and respect from a very happy smiling man behind the glass partition. When I told him the apartment management was paying for the towing charges he asked me to wait while he talked to his manager. They got all the necessary info gave me a receipt and I was on my way. Also the guy in the yard was just as pleasant as the one inside.
Had two cars towed by them. They charged $500 each time. I wasn't aware of Wisconsin law at the time. 319.03 stating that a company can not exceed $150, regardless of what equipment was used. If anyone ever has the unfortunate luck of coming across this company, take them to small claims court if you ever have to pay their exorbitant fees. What a disgrace of a company.
I parked at work. Then a few hours later, my car was gone. Not their fault. The manager of one of the businesses in the lot called to have my vehicle removed. Kind of jerky since I work on that street. Very expensive tow that shouldn't have happened. Hopefully I can get my money back in court. The young lady at the counter was nice and, extremely helpful. When I was finally able to retrieve my vehicle the man on the lot was very accommodating.
These guys should be sued in court, for over charging people. These guys are charging $125 for a special equipment fee addition to the towing fee, which they are claiming as use of of flatbed truck. First all towing companies use flatbed or pull-ups to tow cars , I have my own towing company, we never charge Costumer's this kind of money. this is just a robbery. To get your car out of the Hell lot ur going to pay $348.48 which was not acceptable. But I will sue them in court these bastards.
