Due to the online time, that states. They close at 4:30pm. Now we were turned away. Because a young man came out. Told us they close at 4:20. So if they closed at 4:20 why is it not stated online. That's not right, it doesn't matter the day of the week. So yall need to specify the actual time yall close

I just moved to fort Worth I don't have an ID that DPS gave me a paper ID call up here and talk to Ryan on the phone he tells me to come up here so I drive all the way up here 15 mi show him my paper ID from DPS and my picture ID on my phone and he looks at me cuz I can't stick your phone in the slot Ryan your customer service is horrible .

I want to see their alright .....but they don't give much they. overlooked at the copper Bear Bright they give you number one. so I don't understand that but all-in- all right place

Showed up at 4:20 on a Friday and was told they were closed. Site says they close at 4:30. Their gates were wide open.

Came two days in a row. We called the first day and they said they close at 430. We arrived at 421 and we were told that 420 is close time. The next day we arrived at 419 and same guy said they were closed. I said we were there before closing. I asked for the supervisor and he was kind enough to let us in but with a lecture on how we need to get there early for future reference. Well why have business hours? Every time I work at a business, I abide by scheduled hours. The guy working the gate needs to get a job as a jailer since he needs to feel so in charge. Ridiculous!!

Customer service was bad, was talked down to for inquiring on the grade they were paying on my aluminum. Guy was some what rude, even challaged me to load my truck back up.

They were fast. They have respect for people's time

In and out. No muss. No fuss. Wow! Accidentally left my driver's license there one Friday. I was panicking over the weekend, trying to find it. Called over there... FINALLY!; and it was still there: safe and sound. Nice example of integrity, guys. Thank you very much.

EMR staff were efficient, fast, friendly, and helpful. It was my first time at any metal recycling yard and I will not be going anywhere else in the future.

Their drop off is good just need to bring Up to date id or Driver's license.

Used to be a good mostly honest place. Now they will rip you off every chance they get. Scale started out at -1 so everything was at least that under what it actually was. Then the tell me that the bare bright copper was only #2 copper. Even the guy that was working there putting stuff on the scale said the other guy writing up the ticket was wrong. So got 30 cents less per pound on the wire that even the guy that works there said was supposed to be higher grade copper. This place has gone downhill quick. Wouldn't go there again that's for sure.

Haven’t had a negative experience over these last couple years. Recently went and they have upgraded their scales which makes the process a lot smoother and faster.

Do not do business with these people because they are crooks! My scrap was downgraded and they were rude to me when I was there last. I strongly advise not to do business with them and will never go back to there again!

Horrible place to sell metal or electronic scrap! I strongly advise not to go to this place or any gold metal recyclings places, because they down headed my scrap for no reason and were very rude and dishonest with the way they handle business. I will never do business with them ever again and hope that no one else will make the bad mistake of going to this place again! They are not good people and need to be shut down for the dishonest way they handle business.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will rip you off!!! They took advantage of it being my first time. They lied when they weighed the copper and paid the lowest when it was the highest. My husband took the same amount and was paid 84.74 they only paid me 26.48. I will never go back!!!!

I like it there! They have always help with the gutter unload and very fast with the cash!

We have been 3 times. Lack of communication and direction first time. Lack of communication and customer service second time. Lack of communication, direction, and customer service 3rd time. With that in mind beware that if you are not a regular metal trader that this is not a place you want to go to. There is a young man there that is very loud ,rude, and unprofessional. He will treat you very badly, and he seems to do it with no issue or consequence of treating a patron in such a manner. If you read this don't find yourself being caught off gaurd by the "offset" attitude you will find yourself experiencing while doing business with this company. You have been warned. We live near but have decided to drive for better service, dirction, and communication. And while at it we will look for a bit of appreciation.

Poor service, terrible attitude. Act like they are doing You a favor to do business with them. Had a large commercial remold project, filling 2 two dumpsters a day with building steel, copper wire, tin, sheet metal, for 3 months. Did not want to empty containers.Nor Would they send last of the load tickets, after I went with another company.
