Damn to me this is the best place to go I mean I don't need no body to come out and unload my bag for me I know where it goes and then walk around there to Selena and get paid and the only time I didn't get a receipt was when I didn't ask for it
This place sucks they take advantage of people all day every day.... is complete bull shit! I just took a bunch of brass in About five pounds of brass They only gave me three pounds and Only gave me eighty five cents per pound But the state average 1.73-2.09 per pound... I get .85 I think because I'm a female.The thing that I can take advantage of me.This is not rigat all please.If you're reading my review, watch out.These people are scam artists
It seems like every load that we take in the gross weight is the same, have a lot of different things that is something. My wife took a load in and it was short iron,tin,cast, and breakage,they would not let her sort pay for only tin, They have no integrity and definitely not honest, I found a place on old Dennis Rd on interstate 20, that pays $54.00 more per ton so rather than receiving $140.00 they give you $194.00 I believe that is were to go check out for sure I want to thank all the cheaters for the education!! See ya, hopefully everyone will stop going here,199 will not be in business long
Normally I really like 199 Recycling but today I checked to see what time they close and it shows 6pm. I arrived at 5:20 and the man said they close at 5:30. Still would not let me in. I live all the way in Weatherford and made a special trip today.
First time coming here and while unloading brake drums and heavy metals they brought over the magnet over to help me unload, super easy to unload and very easy to deal with and they will help you out. Definitely will be bring more scrape to them
They said they would match prices so I came up Here, when I get there all the sudden they can’t do that and say no way but won’t stand there to listen to the call to other scrap yards. Don’t waste your time here this place is a joke and pays half of what you can get in Fort Worth.
One star because I can't rate zero. 45 cents/lbs of copper wire, when I can get $1.30 down the road. Wouldnt tell peices until it was already in their bin...
We've been going to these guys for about a year on a daily basis and have yet to have a problem. If there is any problem they are happy to come to an agreement.
Went to look for scrap metal, got to the office to ask a question. Two older men talking on the other side of glass couldn’t bother to get up and help me out. Stood there for 5 mins looking at them. Not worth my business I guess!!!
My first time there. The lady in the office was very helpful in explaining where to park and what to do. I did have to wait a little for someone to come and help me unload my stuff... But it wasn't that long. He was very polite. The whole process took maybe 30 min. And I got allot more money than I expected. So that was great. I'll definitely be using them from now on.
Customer service is horrible. When they physically see someone who needs help unloading the scrap we bring in, they sit there an smirk. Also the front desk person purposefully misspelled my name on my ID, and when I pointed it out, didn't do anything about it.... very disappointed. Hopefully changes are made because if not, business will be lost not by just myself, but by others who have experienced the same issues.
