Joe and the service team always go above and beyond. That man knows how to deliver a true concierge experience. He treats everyone he meets with respect and kindness. I’ve been coming to him and Colby in the service department for the last half-decade, and they’re consistently incredible.
One time I accidentally left a 40-pound bag of cat litter and my garage door opener in the free loaner they gave me while my Range Rover was being worked on. Joe not only called me—he stayed 40 minutes after closing, sitting there with my bag of kitty litter just waiting for me. He carried it out to me with a smile, refused a tip, and said he was just happy to help.
