I have been using this facility for several years and I am very pleased with their service. For a scrap yard, it’s clean and everyone is helpful and professional. I was there again today, and I was immediately greeted. Everything was pleasant and the prices for scrap are good!
The night before, I attempted to go to another recycling business on Jacksboro Hwy near Springtown known as Collective Metal Recycling. It was filthy, cluttered with trash just thrown about the yard, and no one ever greeted me. I was even afraid I would get a flat tire. When I approached 2 men, they offered no help and ended up laughing at me! I left.

Now mind you I don’t do this for a living. I scrap as hobby and go once or twice every qtr. I have never had an issue there. I always get help and my questions answered. I feel comfortable going there and I get what I get and am happy.
Completely disgusted and appalled with this company. The operator of the scales cut my gross weight from 6820lbs down to 6420 lbs and valued tin at $110 per ton. My normal recycler on thwt same minute is giving $150 per ton. SAll Metal in Springtown would have not shorted me almost half of my weight and would have paid me $85 instead of the 39.60 I received from this place. Do not get cheated from these crooks and cheats. I would have picked up the iron and loaded it back in my truck if I had the time and wasn't completely scatered everywhere now. Unbelievable!!!! Unacceptable!!!!
This is mad disrespectful pulled up to the waystation in the workers just looked at me like I was not supposed to be there or like I was an idiot for you to pull up. I walked in the office ask the Asian lady. Hey, is anybody working in the waystation, she said yes give me a moment I’ll get somebody 20 minutes later go by nobody showed up
The staff here is more like family. My husband and son frequent this establishment every week. They love my son and always have goodies for him when he comes! We absolutely love Green Metal!

2 old fridgerators, 5 bicycles, and some sheet metal, and separately 2lbs scaled aluminum is worth more than 25 bucks. sadly i kicked it all off and what can you do. I know now it'll be the last time I ever go back. Nice curtious and presentable employees otherwise.
