Our business solely focuses on getting customers and their vehicles out of bad situations. The goal is to do so as quickly, and as safely as possible. We put our staff through extensive training to ensure they are prepared for every towing outcome. They learn how to operate each type of tow truck, how to handle possible setbacks, and how to service customers at times of probable frustration. Doing our job in a calm, controlled manner will hopefully exude the same feelings for the customer.

Tow truck driver was terrible, using profanity, racial slurs and being down right rude and disgusting. Tow truck drivers name was Alsadi mohamed. He got upset because I told him to try to take it easy with the vehicle because tire was popped and i didn't want rim damaged. He got upset and refused to tow.my vehicle. Would not recommend using them. If I could give less then 1 stars I would
Not sure if I’d ever use this company after witnessing who they employ . Driving through euless today on 360 and I witnessed a male driver merging onto the highway switching back and forth blowing his horn. Mind you he was in a big flat bed tow truck. He Ended up getting in front a vehicle and stopped traffic completely and got out and walked up to a lady car yelling and calling her a B****. What a poor way to represent your company. Not sure who this gentle man is. Bald, short tan beard, medium height, black shirt and jeans. If that’s who Is employed here I couldn’t imagine the work completed. So sad. Please remind your employees they’re representing a company on their trucks, this guy should be fired. He’s lucky nobody got into an accident. I’d love to speak to management if they want more details.
