Had a emergency and needed t I g e t my vehicle to a trusted repair shop. It was 16 miles and places close to me were asking between 250and 300 dollars. I called my shop and they gave me the referal to Panther View Auto tow. I was sold on the price and even though Panther view had to travel on th we otherwise of fort worth, they arrived 20 minutes after I called them. This buisness beats it's competition in customer service, price and no nonsense waiting. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I endorse a 10 for Panther View auto tow hands down. The driver was professional and didn't waste anytime getting it onto the flatbed.
I had an excellent experience with this towing service today. My car was completely non-operational and stuck in a tow yard, so I needed someone qualified, licensed, and equipped to safely retrieve it and deliver it to my home. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive—within 15 minutes, we had everything confirmed, including pricing and timing, which immediately put me at ease.
When he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and took the time to introduce himself, which I really appreciated. He handled my vehicle with care and clearly knew exactly what he was doing, especially given the complexity of accessing the tow yard and transporting a non-running vehicle.
What made the experience even more memorable was discovering we both graduated from Prairie View A&M University—always love that HBCU connection! Our go-to Company for towing In Denton and Lewisville. They give an estimate of time and have always been pretty close to spot on for that time. Love the pictures sent on delivery, especially since I’m not always there for a pickup but they always take care of our fleet

If I could I would give 6 stars to Mr. Banks @ Panther View Auto Tow! I was stranded on the service road for 6 hours, no thanks to my insurance company! Mr. banks saved what was left of the 3am morning by making my 16’ trailer fit on his flat bed truck! What a pro!!! If you need their services, don’t hesitate. Very polite and honest. That is hard to come by these days!

Extremely shady company, claimed to have never towed my vehicle, illegal tow from private property, forced them to admit they towed it with video evidence. Vehicle magically appears at ABC towing. Do not trust these people, I was in contact and in agreement with property owners that I was renting from and am still renting from. Property owners and New Property lessee both confirmed that they did not give this company authorization to tow. Fraud is what occurred.
I was referred to him by a friend, I made the call for towing assistance and he was there in 30 mins or less!! The process was so smooth. I will always call him if I’m in need. Definitely recommend
on February 10 I wrecked my car in Fort Worth. I live about two hours away from this city. It was a very traumatic and heartbreaking experience for me. Panther view auto made it so much better. Since the car was totaled, I was trying to sell it to multiple different places for parts, but all of them needed me to be in Fort Worth. I finally found a place that would accept my car, but my title was not with my car so they couldn’t take it. Gerald stopped what He was doing and went to go pick up my title from my sister for me and texted and called me throughout the day with updates about the company picking up car. Once they gave him the check, he also dropped it off at my sisters for me because he knows about the difficult time that I’ve been going through trying to get rid of my car. I cannot thank this man and his family Enough. They were such a huge help and won’t charge you an arm and leg.

Better late than never! I originally had assistance to this company way back in January. So I apologize for my delayed review. The towing service was awesome. At first. It was going to be too expensive. The man was a patient with me while I called around. He even attempted to try to help me find a mechanic that I could have my vehicle towed to have it looked at suggestions were not able to assist as far as mechanics due to the severity of my issue on my vehicle. He was Work with me i’m getting my vehicle towed and getting a payment within a reasonable price and I even forgot to get my keys back for them and luckily since I was still in the area, they were able to meet me at a store and bring me my keys, but the gentleman were awesome. I do recommend this company. Thank you. .
They were really great. The price was fair and they were really quick. Our insurances towing company was going to take three hours to get to us and they also canceled on us after waiting an hour. But Panther towing was able to get to us in 30 minutes. We are so thankful they were able to come get us and we’re super friendly. I highly recommend their services if you need a tow.
My wife had a breakdown during afternoon rush hour traffic and ended up stuck in the gore area with cars speeding by on both sides. In a panic she called Panther View to tow her. The female my wife spoke to on the phone was able to calm my wife down and told her to stay in the car they would be there shortly. Panther View Auto Tow arrived quickly and helped my wife to a safe spot. They towed the vehicle at a reasonable price with no damage to vehicle. Most importantly they were kind enough to patiently make my wife feel comfortable and calm her during a stressful situation. Everyone we interacted with at Panther View Auto Tow was genuinely nice and caring. Much appreciated!

Hired them to transport my new to me 2000 Porsche. They took great car to not mess up the car and provided great customer service. Very attentive to detail and very responsive. Made sure to stay in contact with us and showed up exactly when they said they would. More than impressed with these guys and the service the provide. Use them for all your towing needs
There are not enough words that I can say to express how amazing this company is. Long story short I called AAA a company that I pay a yearly subscription for....I waited 3 and a half hours for a tow, I called Panther View Auto, the gentleman quoted me a fair price, took my info and said that he would be at my location in 15 minutes or less... (12 minutes to be exact) When he arrived he offered me water helped me in the truck. I made it safely to my location and AAA still have not contacted me. Thank you Panther View Auto for taking care of me with the level of professionalism that ALL companies should provide.
After waiting 2-1/2 hours or so for a USAA towing contractor, got fed up and called a couple of local 24-hour companies. The first one didn't answer OR call back.
Called Panther View and the phone was answered promptly. After explaining our issue, where we were and where we wanted to go, we were quoted what I felt was a fair price. When I explained that the vehicle was all wheel drive, he said he would have to get a different truck and it would take a little longer (about 25 minutes). He arrived promptly and got our vehicle home safely and quickly. I thought the price would go up because he had to get another truck, but it didn't.
I would definitely use this company again.
My vehicle and I were stranded on the side of the highway. I was very satisfied with the service provided. The driver arrived in no time, was very professional & did his job quickly. Not to mention the price was reasonable compared to other towing services I called to get a quote prior to getting in contact with Panther tow service.
