That is everything I need to hear when my kid is alone on the side of a road at night. Really appreciate the way they handled it.

I had enough roll to get the car to the shoulder before the merge traffic closed in and sat there watching the city move around me at full speed. Set up his safety equipment before doing anything else, loaded the flatbed efficiently, and drove me to a shop on North Main Street that could look at it the next morning. That I-35W shoulder near North Side is tight and he worked it without hesitation. Really glad I found these guys.
