I drove from 45 minutes away with all genuine OEM harley parts. Lowballed the daylights out of me only for 3 items out of a WHOLE parts lot. Called the rest of the rest of the parts "trash" and "a waste of his time" when I was under the impression they bough any good used harley parts...
Only accepted the offer because I needed the cash badly. Wish I took my business down the road instead. Only offering em 2 stars because there wasn't hardly any wait time between pulling up and them coming out to see what I had instead of my having to bring everything inside and being told that and wasting MY TIME instead.
I took a lot of Harley parts there and was low totally low balled. I accepted it but so wish I had donated them to a good repair shop instead. Save your gas.
@ Steph, Miah, and Maizi Hass. I bought the bike listed for 4995 and even after the tax, title, and license, it was still a great deal on a great bike. I showed up with cash in hand and Joey was the absolute best. I had to take Greyhound bus to downtown Ft. Worth, and Joey not only stayed open after hours to do the sale, he also sent his son to pick me up at the bus station. But wait, there's more...I needed to arrange shipping for the bike to get it home, and Joey was kind enough to open his business on Saturday (they are not open on sat and sun), and provided much appreciated assistance in getting the bike ready for shipping, including assisting with loading the bike onto the truck. I cannot say enough about how great the service was! Joey was fantastic to deal with!
I called and spoke to Joey about a bike listed at this location… something I won’t do ever again. The bike was listed for $4995 and considering I had $4500 cash I asked if there was a possibility of going down on the price. He quickly said NO - that the price was firm plus tt&l. Before I could say thank you he hung up on me. Joey is rude.
Beware of these internet sales scammers! We purchased a remanufactured HD trike reverse motor from them on eBay and installed it in a customer's motorcycle. It lasted less than a week before it began turning slowly and would not power the bike in reverse. We called and they asked us to return it, which we did. A week after tracking showed it was received by them, I had to call and inquire about its status. They called me back the next day saying they bench-tested it and there was no issue, then refused to offer a refund. I should have listed to all the negative reviews before purchasing from them. $600 down the drain!
Super cool bike shop, great items inside. It's clean and has some great small shop buys in here and some vintage bikes on display. Bonus garden center outside. I got a few little lavender plants for about $2.50 each. It's worth a look, check it out!
Needed at seat for a 2008 softail,drove an hour there. He didnt even let us look at any of his seats. He walked out of the room for a second,comes back in th room and says tha he doesnt have a seat for a softail. Wasted time,gas and an hour getting there and the 20 seconds that took him to walk out of the room and back in. 👎
Very rude person on the phone seems like no one in the business wants to help anyone ride anymore or stay on the road it's a shame the industry is taking a fall
Scammers. I bought a part off of ebay and when they found out shipping was more than they expected the canceled the order and told ebay I canceled it so they could avoid the fact they broke the seller contract. They put bible verses on the listings but they act in no way like good Christians. When I called them and they realized their responsibility in the matter they became abusive and hung up. AVOID Cycle Parts Plus.
This place is a waste of time. They act like they are rock stars when they really are just douche bags. They dont have anything! Its NOT a place to go to for parts.
Dont bother going there to these idiots.
