I had my car towed across town by this company and the experience was frustrating the whole way through. Following the tow truck was a nightmare. The driver made sudden lane changes in heavy traffic, which made it difficult to keep up and added a lot of unnecessary stress.
What really bothered me was that when we were less than a block from the shop, the driver pulled into a gas station to fill up on time that I apparently paid for.
The tow ended up costing $398, which felt excessive for the service we received. After all that, the driver insisted to leave him a good review.
I disputed the charge, which clearly stated in the invoice that the first 25 miles were free. I was charged for 80.1 miles. When I asked for a reimbursement, I was sent an "amended" invoice that removed the "25 miles free" statement and still charged me $398.
Overall, not a great experience and not a company I would use again.

Great customer service and really are 24/7 and Quick!! We were stranded on hwy 20 coming into Ft. Worth/Dallas @ 3:20AM! They picked us up within 35-45 mins. They got us home safely. Tow guy was very nice and we felt safe with his driving as well. Definitely recommend them. I did call 2 other spots and they were by FAR the best deal. Thank you kindly for your service.
I had a great experience tonight with a guy named George! I had a flat and needed a tow. George was so funny and kind! I told him my mechanic where we were dropping the car off said they couldn't get to my car until the morning. He said, let me talk to them. Next thing you know they fit me in right before closing. He saved me, I swear! Bad things happen and then you meet such a good soul and it's not so terrible! Couldn't recommend them more!
