I wanted to give a huge thank you to this shop!! Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bike I was trying to get fixed by far one of the best shops with great deals on parts.
Hands down these guys are the best, most of these negative reviews are clearly people who don’t have any patience. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and don’t mind answering any questions. A little patience goes a long way. Y’all are probably the type of people who don’t tip your server when you show up during the rush at a restaurant and it takes more than 10 min to get seated.
We’ve gotten so many parts that have been impossible to find anywhere that didn’t charge insane amounts for shipping, and will be back for all of our future needs. And I can confirm, Will is smarter than Google when it comes to what parts are interchangeable. Like a walking motorcycle encyclopedia

These guys are awesome, hands down the best place in DFW to find used parts at a good price. They know their stuff and it’s so refreshing to talk to people who actually have a passion for what they do and not just warm bodies behind a counter trying to sell stuff.
I took 1978 honda xl 350 in December told me no problem we will be able to get fixed week or two every time I called different lie thay would forget and tell me the same lies went to pick it up Feb. Gas tank all scratched up it was new .had to look for seat for 35 min . Enter at your own risk.

Needed a clutch cable for my r1 , didn’t have the exact thing I needed but made gave me one that would work , and had the patience to make it happen for me
Bought a motor from them on eBay. I lived nearby and they refunded me the shipping cost and held it at their shop for me so I could pick it up in person. New motor works like a charm.
Joe was very helpful with my R6 parts. Meet the time frame of how long he said it would take and gave me a fair price on the parts. Was very easy to work with. Thank you.

Although it is hard to get parts for my bike, Mike worked with me to problem solve a few solutions. There is a lot going on in the shop making it hard find used parts, but the website is extremely well built, I found a brand new part easy compatible with my bike and at an extremely fair price. Just be a decent understanding human when your a walk in and they can usually help!
Joe was great to work with. After 2 other local shops gave up on me, this one got my 1976 Honda cafe racer carbs together and got it to work! Great techs and cool owner (Mike) who took the time to talk to me when I picked it up.
Not many shops can work on carbs and these guys are the best!
We were traveling in Texas from out-of-state and needed a new part for our dirt bike. These guys ordered the part right away and got the new part on as soon as it arrived. They understood the importance of getting us back on the road and were so friendly and easy to work with! Thanks, Joe and crew for being so awesome!
This place had what I needed for a reasonable price except for the used oil filler cap they wanted $12. But since I spent $170 on a couple of parts they threw in the oil filler cap for free! Great customer service! Thanks for going above and beyond y'all.
I bought an engine for these guys and they didn't bother to tell me it had an oil leak, so we had to replace a gasket. The guy at the shop was not very friendly and I showed up at the time we scheduled for pickup and the engine was still in the old bike so I had to wait around for over an hour. Not professional.
My experience well none of these guys are licensed mechanics I spent a little over 2400$ the things I paid for : carbs rebuilt and jetted sparkplugs changed valve reeds replaced oil and filter changed.i provided one clutch cable and two throttle cables they never got put on .they said one of my coil packs was bad .I tested them before bringing it there they were all good what did they do charged me for a brand new one they gave me a used one off a different style bike they said my air filter was dirty .it was a 60$ k&n reusable the took it and put used stock Air filter.carbs were never rebuilt nor jetted still had bad parts and still had stock jets the oil and filter were never changed they never changed the peacock the put a used fuel filter on .it was smashed at both ends .and the list goes on the guys that run this place are a bunch of liars and thieves .don't use these guys or buy their parts off of eBay their a bunch of scammers not a one of them even ride motorcycles to get everything fixed the right way I went to radmoto it only took a week not six months and they only charged me 800$ not 2400$
Unmemerable....did u have anything else? Nope...I went Partzilla Factory. Nope. Got it stock fixed. But it sure is fast!...my bike I mean. NOT THIS GUY!
Love this place! Lee and Will helped me find what I was looking for. I needed a backrest for my Honda Shadow Sabre and not only did they find it, Lee polished the part for me and gave me some knowledge. You can teach an old dog new tricks! I highly recommend this place.
I've got a 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 so far, every part I've went in for they've had. friendly , fair price and even changed the clutch handles for me.
