They sold me the wrong battery I went back for my money and I had my receipt they said they don’t accept battery back , I went and got another battery from auto zone my car started but when I got it from s&s it didn’t work , I also ask to speak to the Owner they act like he don’t exist they are rude and I don’t recommend nobody to get any parts from there
They ordered the wrong part for my car and because I lost my receipt they wouldn’t give me an exchange on my part. From a mistake they made on there end
My grandmother bought a $400 alternator. Was given the wrong part came back for a refund the cashier charged her card another $400. The cashier was extremely rude and said the money would be back on the card the same day she just needed to wait because he voided it out. Waited until the next day and the money still was not on the card called back to speak with the guy he put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Very unprofessional establishment and unethical the money was taken immediately and he said the owner would not honor a cash refund this was at the time of the error. Mark my words this place will not prosper do not support to steal an extra $400 from an elderly woman on a fixed income is absolutely insane.

The guy over charged when I went for a switch the white said a lower price the black charged me almost $20.00 I will someone else next time he is crooked
This auto store disregard the customer concern when it come to answering the phone. One of the employees stated that they turn the ringer off because of to many calls. Auto Zone always answer their phone. One day I called s/s auto and they didn’t answer I went to auto zone and purchased me a $165 alternator. S/s was $10 cheaper but it didn’t make me any difference because I spend more money with people who treat me a customer
Been shopping there 45 years is the only place in town I can get what I need.
But the employees has an attitude problem half the time I should say most of the time they won't answer the telephone and most of them does not know what they're doing and if you don't like going there go to RockAuto . Com
Never answers phone tried for 2 days and 3 hrs each time they took phone off hook, or Hangs up on you. Why when half of your business is through phone calls. They should consider hiring another person to help with calls. Im just checking for a part to buy.
My step dad started me with them been going there since the guys always help and are patient. Hell I feel like they are some kind of family they been around so long 😆 💘.
Thank you Mr. Jackson Auto Zone and Oreillys really gave me the run around for days giving me the wrong part several time. But a previous customer of your reminded me of you guys. And Mr. Jackson was so helpful and understood my problem and he fixes everything. He made the rest of my day thank u again.
If you would like to price compare make sure you check with S & S. The price may be cheaper than O'Reilly's or AutoZone but you may have to wait while they shoot the part to you from another store. Usually if you order the part early enough you could have it the same day. for that particular service you will have to pay in advance. If it means that I could save $20 to $40 on any particular part then I have no problem ordering it from S & S. make sure you check out the Christmas hours if you need something during that time.
Very unprofessional rude disrespectful dont honor Warranties they have old age chuldish minded employees who will argue with you about money you spend/spent for parts you need as if they purchased them for you. There is NOOOOOOO professional manager or owner they allow things like a man arguing with a woman in front of her baby and not stopping their employee or putting him in his place like they are scared to speak up and do their job. If you buy a part with a warranty they dont tell you oh the warranty depends on us as cashiers if we feel you need a new part or not. UNPROFESSIONAL GHETTO TRASHY FAKE BUSINESS that need to be closed down.
Good stuff but if you don’t have your receipt for your warranty on a part you loose because they don’t have it in they computer...which sucks who can keep a receipt for a lifetime plus they receipts fade away after a month 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Every time I enter this establishment they acknowledge me. They always have what i need and always ready to help. They are by far the most reasonably priced for parts and tremendous customer service. They deserve 10 stars for their business practices and customer friendliness.
My experience was kinda bad, but not all their fault my machanic put my parts in the wrong box and they were a little rude about it when I went for my refund! No computer to store your parts so you have to hang on to the ORIGINAL receipt and we all know receipts FADE over time!
