This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Fort Worth, TX, Eddies Wrecker Service earns overwhelmingly positive feedback: rapid arrivals, clear communication, respectful drivers, and help beyond a basic tow. Customers praise fast response times, punctuality, delivery updates, and careful handling. Pricing is repeatedly called reasonable or the lowest, reinforcing affordable pricing. Wait times are short; professionalism and customer service stand out. One stray low rating conflicts with its positive comment but is an outlier. Little info on parts inventory or yard organization. Overall: 96/100.

Exceptional service with this company!! Amazing customer service they were at the place on the time we agreed to meet didn’t have to wait. They were fast and affordable and treated me and my vehicle with the up most respect. I recommend this towing company 100%!!
They showed up when they said they would, had very good customer service and even updated us when the car arrived at the destination. Would be happy to use them again in the future.
I called one company who said 25 minutes and they would be out, two hours later still no tow truck. Fast Eddies was out in 27 minutes to be exact. And less money than the other guy. I’ll be using them every time now. Thanks
I just had the nicest experience you can have getting your car towed. Eddie my tow guy went over and beyond to make sure I was safe. Also made sure everything was good with my car before he left. If you need a tow for whatever reason. Please use this company.
Highly recommend. Needed a tow for my mom, and they were very quick. They arranged everything over the phone and took photos upon delivery. They were great, start to finish.

This was the best experience I've had with a tow service, hands down. Eddie's response time was super fast and he even saved me money by doing some troubleshooting. I highly recommend this great service!
Had Eddie help me tow one of my cars from Northside to Eastside. His price was very reasonable and he was extremely professional and punctual. He was also just really easy to deal with when it came to payment which was nice. Hopefully I won't need anymore cars towed but if I do he'll be the first person I call! 10/10
Showed up in the time they said! Driver was very friendly and professional!
The price was best around!!!
I got a few cards from the driver, and will hand them out!!
