Otto was a blessing to us when my front suspension gave out on my truck. He clearly communicated with me by phone and text. He was out on another call when he came by to assist me. Otto took the time to get the recovery truck instead of the flatbed and put my 4x4 on dollies to make sure the drivetrain wasn’t strained. Other operators might just yank it up on the flatbed to save time. Otto did it right. He sent pics of my truck once delivered to the repair shop. Top quality service with the proper insurances and to make sure the job is done right. I saved his contact to my phone just in case I am stranded on the road again.
Otto was quick to arrive, efficient, and very nice. He was extremely helpful in getting my car moved AND he did it for a good price. Overall excellent service!
Had a blown tire on my truck which ruined the wheel. I was stranded on the side of the road. He arrived very quickly within 15 minutes with his truck got my truck safely up on his tow truck and got me safely to my new destination. Can't ask much more from a towing service than that

The best of the best. Otto’s response on a busy Friday morning was amazing. You will never find an operator that takes more care with your vehicle. Great service and value and Otto made what was a stressful experience feel just fine. Highly recommend.
Absolutely FANTASTIC service! Extremely professional and prompt response time. My car broke down in the way to work this morning and I had to walk the rest of the way in (Around 2 miles). I called shortly after my lunch break and explained that I had kept the keys with me and that my vehicle was a short distance down the road, but I was unable to meet him. He advised that it was no issue and that he would pick up the keys from my work. He showed up in about 30 minutes, picked up my keys, and sent over a photo once the car was on the truck. And sent the final photo of my car once he dropped it at my requested location.
Going through something like this can be an absolutely miserable process, but with kind people like the ones from Rush Towing.. It makes the day just a little brighter!

Very affordable and fast service. I was actually referred to them by Meador Dodge and I see why . The owner is very nice, patient and gives great discounts. They saved me a time and a headache lol.
Otto is the kindest most genuine person I’ve ever met in the towing industry. He’s friendly and always smiling. Gave us an AMAZING deal on the day after Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend using Rush Towing for that alone.

I am super impressed with how prompt and professional Otto was at Rush Towing. The phone was answered promptly, he gave me a time estimate for his arrival, and got there even earlier. He treated the car with great care and professionalism. When the car was delivered to the dealership, he sent me photographs and the name of my service provider at the dealership. I feel that the service that he offered goes far beyond anything I've ever received from any other tow truck experience. It was like a white glove experience. I hope I never need a tow truck again, but if I do I'll be calling Rush Towing!
